Chapter 124 Mr. Abbott is about to be infuriated

Susanna thought she would fall to the ground, but in the end, it didn't happen. She was held by Dick and Aaron together.
She stabilized her body again; her left and right hands were held by them, preventing the tragedy of falling to the ground.
She was suddenly frightened. What if she really fell? What about the baby in her belly?
She had totally lost her mind when she argued with Grace and Andrew, and later she regretted it.
In the state of emotional loss of control, she ignored the fact that she was already pregnant.
Susanna wanted to withdraw her hand, but they didn't let go.
The air was briefly quiet.
After Susanna glanced at Dick and Aaron, they let go of her hands. She coughed and said immediately freed. "Thank you."
Dick smiled. "It's okay, after all, your injury is work-related; I'm saving money for the studio."
Susanna couldn't help but laugh. "Then I have to be more careful, not to waste the studio's money."
Beside them, Aaron saw them joking so easily, his thin lips pressed into a line, looking at Dick with a very cold gaze.
Dick naturally felt it, with a glance back at Aaron, "Mr. Abbott, thank you just now."
Aaron was momentarily speechless.
For the first time in his life, he wanted to curse like 'damn it!'
He saved his wife, why does he need a stranger to thank him?
Susanna noticed that Aaron's expression was a bit off, so she quickly said, "Aaron, thank you for your timely help just now!"
Aaron was somewhat displeased. "Is that all?"
Didn't she have anything to explain?
Susanna hesitated, "You are a kind person, good luck to you?"
Aaron opened his mouth in frustration. "Susanna, don't you have anything to say with the engagement?"
She just said that she designed today's engagement scene!
It was really something!
Aaron wondered, 'She is no longer willing to pretend now. Is she in such a hurry to get him engaged to another woman?'
Susanna met his deep eyes, unsure if she understood his meaning.
But she didn't want to delve into it.
She lowered her eyelids. "There is indeed something I want to say."
Aaron's breath paused, he patiently said, "Go ahead."
"If you are satisfied with the design of the engagement scene, remember to pay the final payment on time." Susanna voiced.
After Susanna finished speaking, she felt that the air had quieted down a lot.
Aaron looked angry, he had never been so angry with a woman before, Susanna was the first!
After speaking, Susanna left with her things.
Dick looked at Aaron pleasingly. "Mr. Abbott, I wish you a happy engagement."
"Get lost!" Aaron shouted.
Aaron was now very angry.
Dick didn't dare to offend him, so he left very cautiously.
On the other side, Susanna never looked back and left with her studio colleagues.
Back at the studio, Susanna returned to her seat as usual, thinking about today's engagement, which was probably over by now.
Suddenly, Susanna felt like crying.
She glanced at the time and said to Dick. "My phone is broken, I need to get a new one; I'll leave now."
Dick answered, "I'll take you; I'm also off work. Everyone worked hard today, so let's skip the dinner tonight. Let everyone go back and rest well, we'll have dinner together tomorrow."
"No need, Dick, I'll take a taxi back, considering how hard you've been working lately. You should go home and rest early too." Susanna uttered.
Dick quickly said, "I'm not tired, Susanna, you got hurt on your face, let me take you home, or I won't feel at ease."
At this point, he certainly wanted to show his concern for her.
Finally, because of the engagement, Susanna felt sorry for Dick and couldn't refuse him.
But when she came outside, she happened to see a familiar Volkswagen, and she exclaimed in surprise. "Edward?"
The car stopped, and Austin got out of the car and walked quickly to Susanna. "Susanna, are you okay?"
"Austin?" Susanna asked confusedly.
Susanna saw Edward's car and thought it was Edward who came, but it turned out to be Austin who got out.
She answered somewhat strangely. "Austin, I'm fine."
"Your phone has been off, we were really worried. "Austin replied.
Susanna felt guilty. "My phone accidentally broken, I have been busy with work to fix it."
Dick also explained, "Yes, Susanna was busy at the engagement scene for a while, we just got back to the studio."
Austin asked in surprise. "Susanna, you went to the engagement scene? When?"
Susanna answered, "I was late for quite a while, about two hours ago. What's wrong, Austin?"
Austin glanced at Dick over there and immediately changed the subject. "Nothing, I'm here to take you back, get in the car."
He couldn't say this in front of Dick, in case he noticed the crucial information.
Susanna turned to Dick and said, "Dick, Austin is here, so you don't have to bother to take me back, you should go home and rest early too."
"Okay, take your time." Dick said.
Dick had to give up this opportunity, but he would have many more chances in the future, so he wasn't in a hurry now.
On this side, Susanna bent down to get in the car, leaning back in the seat to rest. "I'm so tired today."
Austin asked, "Susanna, what happened to your face?"
Austin drove while sending a message in the group: [I picked up Susanna outside the studio and we're on our way back.]
After putting down his phone, he finally felt relieved.
They almost turned the neighborhood upside down looking for her, but they saw through the video that Susanna had a conflict with her foster parents, and many people came to watch. In the end, Susanna left by bus.
The bus route was complicated, so they didn't know where Susanna went.
Susanna touched her lips. "When I left this morning, I met Grace and Andrew at the entrance of the neighborhood. They knew they couldn't get compensation, so they came to me angrily for money. I definitely couldn't let them succeed, so we had a fierce argument outside, and I won in the end."
Although Austin already knew what had happened from the surveillance, when he heard her casually mention these things, he still felt a bit frightened. "Susanna, did you forget that you are pregnant now?"
"I know I was wrong, I was just too angry at the time, didn't think about it. I promised you last time. "Susanna replied cautiously.
Austin's car stopped at a red light, he turned to look at her, sounding helpless. "I'm not blaming you; I'm just worried about you."
He knew that his sister's experiences over the years had made her like to handle things independently, not to rely on others, and had a strong sense of defense.
Although it seemed that Susanna had accepted them now, Austin could feel that Susanna still didn't fully rely on them. When something happened, Susanna would still choose to face it alone rather than go home to her brothers.
Susanna stuck out her tongue. "I know, so help me get a new phone."
Austin drove to the largest phone store to buy her the latest model.
But when they entered the store, Susanna saw a familiar figure whom she almost thought she had mistaken.
