Chapter 130 Release My Sister

Austin clenched his fists, causing them to sweat. "Let go of her! How dare you hug her?"
Aaron turned to look at Austin, saying coldly, "Don't touch her."
"Aaron, don't make me punch you, okay?"Austin was instantly infuriated, wanting to snatch Susanna away. "Put her down."
"No, step aside!"Aaron yelled.
They confronted each other directly, making the atmosphere extremely tense.
At this moment, Susanna woke up, greeted by men facing each other in front of her, feeling a bit scared in between.
Susanna slowly raised her hand. "Um, can I say something?"
They both looked down at her. "You're awake?"
Austin asked with concern, "Susanna, are you okay? How are you feeling now? Tell me!"
Susanna shook her head. "I'm fine."
By the time she spoke, she suddenly realized she was being held by Aaron, uttering with embarrassment,"Could you put me down?"
Aaron pursed his lips. "I'll take you to the examination room."
"Wait, Aaron, put her down. There's no need for you to carry her, just push the cart over,"Austin suggested.
Susanna saw the nurses and doctors as well as an ambulance nearby. She glanced at Aaron."You don't have to carry me over. It's awkward with so many people watching."
Only then did Aaron place her on the nearby ambulance, casting a glance at Austin beside him, finding him quite annoying.
Susanna lay on the stretcher, looking at the ceiling lights, then turned her head to wave at Austin.
"I'm fine, don't worry."
Austin sighed helplessly, then turned to Aaron."Where did you find her? What about those bastards?"
He would definitely make those people pay a heavy price for daring to kidnap Susanna!
Aaron said expressionlessly, "I've taken them to the police station."
Austin nodded, looking displeased with Aaron."Fine, I won't dwell on what just happened since you have saved Susanna. We'll talk after Susanna's examination."
After saying this, Austin hurriedly followed to the consultation room. After all, Susanna was pregnant now, and he needed to keep an eye on her.
Aaron stood by, watching Austin rush off, tugging at his tie, feeling inexplicably irritated.
Susanna was taken to the consultation room. She looked at the bright lights, subconsciously touching her abdomen.
"Susanna."Austin, in a white coat, walked in, glanced at the examination records, and said, "The baby is fine, don't worry."
Susanna nodded. "I'm sorry for worrying you."
"This is our mishap. If we had resolved your foster parents' issue earlier, you wouldn't have suffered."Austin was full of regret now.
Susanna smiled faintly. "It's not your fault. It's my own business."
Her brothers had already been good enough to her.
"Susanna, rest well. I'll be here with you,"Austin comforted.
Susanna took a look outside the consultation room. "Austin, were you arguing with Aaron just now?"
She had been sleeping deeply but was awakened by the commotion.
Austin felt a bit guilty. "He kept holding onto you. I asked him to let you go, but he refused!"
"Just that?"Susanna was a bit surprised.
"Yeah, he should keep his distance from you, rather than keep holding onto you. If you hadn't woken up just now, and if it weren't for him being the first to find you, I would have punched him long ago."Austin recalled the scene from earlier and got angry. He had previously detected Aaron's malevolent intentions towards Susanna, and the kidnapping incident had now solidified his suspicions.
Aaron definitely had ulterior motives!
Susanna coughed, "Austin, he probably didn't mean it that way."
"What do you know? Susanna, stay away from him in the future. He's a bastard ready to get married for the second time, possessing no redeeming qualities save for his wealth.. Don't let him confuse you,"Austin said angrily.
Upon hearing Austin's words, Susanna couldn't help but smile wryly. "Don't worry, I won't be swayed by him."
She had learned her lesson before and wouldn't fall for it a second time.
"That's good." Austin breathed a sigh of relief, worried that Susanna might be swayed by Aaron saving her, as women weren't very resistant to such things.
After a quick thorough examination, Susanna was taken to a regular ward.
Soon, someone brought a sumptuous meal, which made Susanna very hungry.
Austin was puzzled. "I didn't order this."
At that moment, Aaron walked into the ward, looking at Susanna in bed. "Choose what you like."
Susanna hesitated with the cutlery in her hand, not expecting Aaron to have ordered this.
Austin was angry, turned to look at Aaron, forced a smile, and said, "Susanna needs rest, shall we go out and talk?"
Aaron stood by. "I don't think there's much to talk about."
He had nothing to discuss with his love rival.
Hearing Austin's words, Susanna was afraid Aaron might slip up. If Austin found out she had been kicked out by the Abbott family and was carrying Aaron's child, the situation would become very uncontrollable.
She quickly put down the cutlery. "I'd like some fruit."
Austin turned back gently. "Sure, what kind of fruit would you like? I'll go get it for you right away."
"Any fruit in season will do,"Susanna answered.
Austin nodded, then turned to Aaron, his expression changing immediately. "Susanna needs rest, you better not bother her for too long."
Aaron felt helpless. He didn't reckon Austin, a man meddling in their relationship, had the right to say anything to him!
Aaron said sarcastically with hie eyes fixed on Susanna, "Is this the man you chose? He seems to care about you, quite attentive."
Susanna finally recovered with a few bites, saying, "Thank you for the compliment, it means my taste in men has improved a lot."
Aaron, feeling frustrated, muttered, "I'm being nosy."
He didn't want to stick around and see her interact intimately with other men!
"Oh, there's something I've been wanting to ask you." Susanna looked at him, feeling a bit awkward. "I heard your engagement with Erica was called off?"
Aaron stood still, calmly confirming, "That's right."
"If you called off the engagement, what about Maria's surgery?"Susanna asked with concern.
Upon hearing this, a hint of confusion flashed in Aaron's eyes. Wasn't it her who convinced Austin to help with Maria's surgery?
Why was she asking this?
At that moment, footsteps from outside the ward could be heard.
Edward walked in front, pushing open the ward door, only to find Aaron there as well.
Five men outside the door, one man inside.
They didn't seem to like each other at all!
