Austin glanced at the phone and answered, "What's up?"
"Austin, Edward and Aviana flew in today, did you know?"
"Oh, really? How come I didn't know about this?"
Austin guessed that Erica was trying to get information, but he didn't say anything.
Just now, in a small group chat, he mentioned the incident where Erica secretly went to the airport with Aviana, almost being seen by Susanna, so he didn't want to tell Erica.
At this moment, Erica was in the airport parking lot, waiting for Edward and Aviana to come out. Her expression was somewhat suspicious. "Austin, you really don't know?"
"I've been busy all this time, how would I know?"
"Edward and Aviana really came. I arrived at the airport a bit late and missed them. Can you call and ask where they are so we can have a meal together? After all, they are here for my engagement party, and I need to host them."
Austin vaguely replied, "Let me finish my work first."

Susanna and Edward sat on the sofa in the living room. She offered some fruits to Edward, saying, "Edward, it must have been tiring to fly for so long. Have some fruits to replenish your vitamins."

Susanna, holding the fruit plate, looked at Edward in astonishment. "Edward."
"Susanna, if you have any dissatisfaction, feel free to speak up."
Edward looked at her expectantly. He had pushed aside all his work to handle this matter. After all, his sister had encountered such a malicious rumor incident, and as an elder brother, he had to step in.
Susanna took a bite of the fruit. "Edward, how do you know that those people will soon be homeless and burdened with huge debts?"
She could understand that Daniel, working at the law firm, issued a statement suing the rumor spreaders on her behalf. But when Edward mentioned the bankruptcy of that company in such detail, it seemed as if he was the one who acquired it.
Edward blinked, realizing he might have slipped up. But he quickly responded, "You know that the group acquiring this company is Silverpeak Innovations from Novaria. I work at this real estate company, so I'm quite familiar with the company's acquisitions. Plus, it's such a coincidence that it's the company owned by them, so I paid special attention to it."
"I see. But it does seem too coincidental."
Susanna couldn't help but wonder if something was being overlooked. After all, that company was owned by Erica's elder brother.

"Maybe it's Austin back, but he forgot his keys again."
