Chapter 344 Sebastian Gets Kicked Out of the Group Chat
Anna listened to Frederick and nodded, looking very obedient.
"Got it," she said seriously.
Her earnest response softened Frederick's heart, making him feel he had been too harsh earlier.
Amelia bent down to pick up the scattered documents, noticing Anna had doodled on them.
She raised an eyebrow at Frederick and whispered, "Didn't I ask you to pick these up?"
Anna, at the age where everything was a canvas, couldn't resist drawing on any clean book she found.
Seeing Amelia notice the documents, Anna shrank into Frederick's arms, afraid of being scolded.
Frederick had forgotten Amelia's reminder. He had been so focused on Anna in the car that he didn't hear her.
Seeing Anna shrink into his arms, Frederick quickly defended her, "It's fine. It was just some documents. I've already had someone redo it. Anna has a talent for drawing. I'll sign her up for art classes when she starts preschool."
Amelia glanced at the document, covered in unrecognizable scribbles, and thought Frederick was spoiling Anna too much.
She picked up the documents and placed them on the table, then reached out to take Anna from Frederick's arms.
As Frederick handed Anna over, he reminded her, "Don't scold her. It's my fault for not tidying up."
Amelia raised an eyebrow, glanced at Frederick, and understood it was his first day as a father. He couldn't bear to see Anna upset, so she didn't mention the documents again.
"Hurry up and finish your work so we can go home," Amelia urged.
Frederick nodded and quickly returned to his desk.
Susan, seeing Amelia waiting with Anna for Frederick, decided to head back to the Davis Manor to give them some space.
Anna was still engrossed in drawing. Amelia put her to the side to continue her artwork on the discarded documents.
Feeling a bit bored, Amelia heard her phone's notification and picked it up.
It was a message from Rachel with several screenshots.
Amelia opened them and saw they were from Frederick's Instagram, with several posts in a row.
Rachel: [Tell him to tone it down. He's spamming Instagram.]
Amelia quickly replied. [Got it.]
With that, she opened Instagram to take a look.
Amelia rarely checked Instagram, but after scrolling a bit, she saw Frederick's three posts in a row.
His captions were "My Daughter", simple and straightforward.
Amelia and Frederick had few mutual friends, probably only Rachel.
Amelia noticed Rachel had liked the first post but not the other two, and there was a comment from Rachel under the third post.
Rachel: [Did you file the report? How dare you post on Instagram.]
Frederick: [I filed it with my mind.]
Amelia raised an eyebrow, exited Instagram, and saw more screenshots from Rachel.
The screenshots showed comments from Frederick's friends.
Noah: [?]
Yves: [?]
Michael: [I'm shocked. When did you have a kid this big?]
Arnold: [The kid is so big, and you never introduced us.]
Jackie: [You hid it well.]
There were also comments from names Amelia didn't recognize, likely business partners. The comments were a mix of teasing, congratulations, and shock, showing how popular Frederick's posts were.
Amelia sent Rachel a facepalm emoji.
Rachel: [Once he recognized Anna as his daughter, his show-off style remained unchanged.]
Amelia smiled and glanced at Frederick.
Frederick, sensing her gaze, looked over. "What's up?" He thought she might be ill and was about to walk over.
Amelia shook her head. "Did you post on Instagram?"
Frederick nodded, "Yeah, a few posts."
Amelia rubbed her temples. "The media might be watching. You have posted so many photos of Anna. Don't you worried they might catch on?"
Frederick replied, "This is my private account. The friends I've added are trustworthy. I've blocked those who aren't."
Amelia looked at the screenshots Rachel had sent. There were no comments from Scott and Sebastian, Frederick's friends. Rachel might have deleted Sebastian, so it was normal for her not to see his comments. Scott was probably blocked by Frederick.
She said softly, "Even so, there's still potential danger. If someone takes a screenshot and posts it, Anna's photos will be exposed."
Frederick realized she had a point. His eyes darkened, and he said seriously, "I'll delete them right away."
Amelia nodded.
Frederick picked up his phone, opened Instagram, and deleted the three posts.
Noah and Yves had been chatting in the comments, asking Frederick to treat them to a meal. Suddenly, the posts disappeared.
Noah immediately opened the group chat and tagged Frederick.
Noah: [Why did you delete your Instagram posts?]
Yves: [Didn't you see what Ms. Davis said about filing a report before posting? He probably didn't get the report approved, so he had to delete them.]
Noah: [Ms. Davis seems gentle. She shouldn't be that strict.]
Yves: [Is it possible that Frederick willingly plays the role of a henpecked husband?]
Noah: [Totally possible.]
Sebastian, who hadn't spoken in the group for a while, sent a message.
Sebastian: [Those two sisters, each one is tougher than the other. Don't be fooled by their gentle appearance.]
Noah and Yves knew about Sebastian and Rachel's recent issues. When Sebastian spoke up, they didn't know how to respond.
After a few seconds, just as Noah was about to reply, he noticed that Sebastian had left the group.
Noah: [Did Sebastian leave the group?]
Frederick, who had been silent, replied.
Frederick: [I kicked him out.]
