Chapter 116 Did He Discover Her Affair?
All these years, Eloise had always been the one in Michael's heart.
She was his bottom line, someone no one could mention or touch.
Because of Eloise's existence, Michael could never fall in love with Elizabeth, and Elizabeth could never truly accept Michael.
Elizabeth stood at the door, staring intently at Eloise, her chest heaving, her face pale.
She pulled Nolan to her side, then stood in front of Eloise and coldly asked, "What are you doing in my house? What did you say to my son?"
Elizabeth's face was pale, and she was trembling slightly.
Nolan always refused to talk to strangers, so why would he bring Eloise home for no reason? What exactly did Eloise say to Nolan? What did she do?

Nolan heard Michael's name and glanced at Elizabeth.

This was a strange name; he had never heard Elizabeth mention it before.
Eloise had already sensed Elizabeth's hostility. She turned towards Nolan and started crying loudly, like a child.
It was completely unlike a normal adult's reaction.
She shouted loudly at Nolan, "Help me! I don't know anything!"
Her reaction left Elizabeth stunned.

Nolan stepped out from behind Elizabeth, stood next to Eloise, and gently said, "Mom, don't be so harsh on her." Nolan pointed to his head and continued, "She's got a screw loose. She's also from Global Horizons International School."
Elizabeth looked at Nolan in shock and thought, 'So, Eloise was brought here by Nolan? I've completely misunderstood?'
She pulled Nolan over, squatted down, and asked him, "Nolan, tell me, why did you bring her home? If the school finds out she's missing, they'll definitely call the police."

Nancy said in surprise, "You mean, she's your rival in love?"
Elizabeth propped her head with her hand and nodded, "Yeah, you could say that."

Elizabeth sighed and said to Nancy, "Mom, can you get a taxi to take Nolan back to school? I'm exhausted."
Nancy stood up, "Okay, I'll take him. Elizabeth, you rest well."
Nancy took him back to Global Horizons International School safely. Soon they arrived.
As soon as Nolan entered the school gate, he saw the security personnel in a flurry of activity.
The artificial lake's water was being drained, and people were searching through the greenery.
Even on the rooftop, people were reinforcing the railings and safety nets.
Nolan noticed a black Rolls-Royce parked at the school gate.
He had a photographic memory. He had seen this car before.
He glanced at the license plate.
It was the car that had made Elizabeth nervous on the first day of school.
Elizabeth must know the owner of this car.
Nolan pulled down the brim of his hat and turned into a deserted corner.
He sat down, opened his laptop, and began searching for the black Rolls-Royce in his own way.
Soon, the search results showed that the car's owner was named Michael.
Nolan continued to search for information about Michael and discovered that Michael had just finalized his divorce today, and his ex-wife was Elizabeth, Nolan's Mom!

It was indeed Elizabeth. The documents were correct.
