Chapter 203 He covered her mouth with his own

Michael slid into the car and barked at the driver, "Sky Entertainment Club, now."

By the time David and Daniel made it outside, the black Rolls-Royce was already a distant memory, speeding away like a bullet.

They exchanged looks.

Daniel sighed, "Our boss is losing it."

David shrugged, "Should I have kept my mouth shut?"

Daniel shook his head, "Nah, not telling him might've been worse."

David nodded, "True. If something goes down between Elizabeth and that gigolo, you think Michael's gonna lose it?"

Daniel sighed, "Forget it, let him deal with it. Let's head back inside."

Meanwhile, in a private room at Sky Entertainment Club, the guy in black stared at Elizabeth, raising his glass.

"I wasn't planning on coming tonight, but damn, you're stunning. You got me hooked, Miss." He clinked his glass against hers and leaned in close. "Have a drink with me. Tonight, I'm all yours, no charge. I'll be at your service."

His voice was smooth and seductive.

He reached out and gently tucked Elizabeth's hair behind her ear.

Elizabeth felt her ears heat up.

She gripped her glass tightly and shifted uncomfortably.

Even though she was a mom of two, she'd never been in a situation like this.

No guy had ever come on to her like this.

The man in black noticed her pulling away and chuckled. "Miss, are you shy?"

Just then, Sarah turned to Elizabeth, "Elizabeth, I'm heading out. David's waiting for me in the banquet hall. Have fun!"

Seeing Sarah about to leave, Elizabeth quickly stood up. "If you're leaving, then I'm out too."

Sarah laughed and pushed Elizabeth back onto the sofa. "Come on, Elizabeth! Live a little! Enjoy yourself!"

Sarah left, closing the door behind her.

Now, it was just Elizabeth and the man in black.

Feeling awkward, Elizabeth tried to make small talk. "So, what's your name? I don't even know what to call you."

The man smiled, showing off his perfect teeth. "I'm Paul Loomis. And you, beautiful Miss?"

Elizabeth knew Paul wasn't his real name.

She said, "Just call me Elizabeth."

Even though she knew he was lying, she couldn't bring herself to lie.

Paul stood up and walked over to her. "Alright, beautiful Elizabeth, tonight it's just us. You look so lonely. Let me accompany you and let you experience true earthly bliss."

He placed his hand on her shoulder.

Elizabeth jumped away immediately.

Her voice shook a bit. "Paul, I'm sorry. I can't do this. My friend is waiting for me, I have to go. Sorry."

She headed for the door.

At that moment, the doors burst open, and Michael stormed in.

His face was dark and stormy, like a brewing summer storm.

Elizabeth was stunned to see him.

Michael? What was he doing here?

Wasn't he supposed to be in the hotel room? Elizabeth had sent him there. And Calla was supposed to be with him, right?

Where was Calla? Wasn't she supposed to keep an eye on him?

While Elizabeth was still in shock, Michael had already closed the distance between him and Paul.

Without a word, he landed a solid punch on Paul's head.

Paul hit the ground, completely blindsided. One moment he was with Elizabeth, the next he was seeing stars.

But Paul had been around the Club long enough to know the drill. Guys would come in, beat up the gigolos, and then drag their wives or girlfriends away.

He picked himself up, didn't say a word, and walked out the door.

As he left, Paul thought, 'Elizabeth is stunning. Even if she isn't married, she must have a boyfriend, right? Maybe she had a fight with him and vented to her friend. The friend, trying to cheer her up, brought her to the club and hired a gigolo. She probably isn't serious, just trying to make her boyfriend jealous.'

With Paul gone, it was just Michael and Elizabeth in the room.

Elizabeth suddenly felt a wave of nervousness.

She licked her lips and timidly called out, "Michael..."

She wanted to ask him why he was here.

Michael stared at her, his eyes bloodshot. He was breathing heavily, like he was trying to keep something in check.

His face was alarmingly red.

Elizabeth walked up to him and touched his face. "Michael, why is your face so red? Haven't you sobered up yet? Are you really allergic to alcohol? Should I take you to the hospital? By the way, weren't you resting in the hotel room? Why did you come out? How did you find this place? Did you put a tracker on me? Why are you so angry? Even if you're mad, you can't just hit him. If he gets injured, you'll have to pay for it. Where's Calla? Didn't she go to find you..."

Michael listened to Elizabeth's endless questions, not sure how long she would keep going.

The veins on Michael's head were throbbing. His heart was pounding in his chest.

A strange heat washed over him, and he craved her intensely.

He stared at her moving lips, wanting to silence them.

So, he did with his own lips.

Finally, the world was quiet.

How long had it been since he last felt this softness and sweetness?

He missed this taste, this touch so much.

He closed his eyes, savoring the familiar sensation that brought him happiness and shivers.

He held her, pressing her against the wall. His hand cushioned her head against the hard surface. He kissed her deeply and passionately.

Elizabeth had also been drinking, her mind a bit foggy.

In Michael's arms, she kissed him back with equal passion. It felt like a dream.

Michael had already unzipped her dress.

The sudden exposure to the air made Elizabeth feel a chill.

She snapped back to reality.

She pushed against his chest, trying to create some distance, but Michael held her tighter.

His lips trembled as they touched her forehead.

He called her name softly. "Elizabeth, I miss you. How could you be so heartless to me? Do you know how much I've missed you these past four years?"

Elizabeth felt drops of water falling on her cheeks.

She looked up at Michael and saw that the usually cold-faced Michael was actually crying!

Elizabeth couldn't believe it.

Such a heartless, wild, violent man could cry?

Was he heartbroken?
