Chapter 342 Kissing Her Forcefully

Back in the day, Mary had her doubts about whether he even liked women, and she even suspected he had some unspeakable physical ailment.

Turns out, he just wasn't interested in other women.

But when it came to Elizabeth, even if she didn't make a move, he couldn't help but be distracted.

Michael pulled the sheer curtain closed, turned around, and stepped into the other room. He sat at the dining table and opened the breakfast box.

He appeared to be sitting quietly, waiting for her, but in reality, his heart was pounding like a drum.

He sighed inwardly. He was nearly thirty years old and should have been mature and composed by now.

Yet, just seeing her body made him feel like an impatient twenty-year-old.

He exhaled softly, trying to suppress the burgeoning desire within him.

He couldn't let her dislike him. He had been working hard to get closer to her and couldn't let it all go to waste.

She was carrying his child.

Initially, he had used Calla's miscarriage as an excuse to force her into having sex with him.

He had insisted that she needed to have his child to make it up to him.

Deep down, he knew he was just using this shameless tactic to bind her to him, to create an unbreakable connection between them, and to share the responsibility of raising a child together.

He never wanted to get married before. He didn't dare to hope for everlasting love.

He knew he wasn't a good husband or a good father.

His genes carried the terrifying traits of that person.

Originally, he didn't want to risk it. He was afraid she would give birth to a monster like him, devoid of emotions, violent and crazy.

The word "everlasting" didn't exist in his world.

When she insisted on the divorce, it seemed she didn't care for the marriage he offered. But if she was willing, she would be the love of his life, the mother of his child.

In his heart, no one could ever take her place.

While Michael was lost in thought, Elizabeth had already dried off, dressed, and walked over, lifting the curtain.

To hide her embarrassment, she coughed lightly, avoiding eye contact with him.

She sat at the dining table, head down, keeping her distance.

Michael looked up, "Sitting so far away, can you reach your breakfast? Or do you want me to come over and feed you?"

Elizabeth awkwardly glanced out the window.

Michael stretched out his long leg, hooked her chair with his shoe, and gently pulled.

Elizabeth yelped as she and the chair slid over to him. Her face blushed again.

Michael handed her a spoon, pretending not to notice her embarrassment, "Eat up before it gets cold."

Elizabeth kept her head down and ate quickly.

After just a few bites, she started choking.

Michael quickly handed her a glass of milk and gently patted her back, "Why are you in such a hurry?"

Elizabeth took a sip of milk, calming down a bit. Her face remained flushed the entire time.

Michael noticed her discomfort and tried to make conversation, "Are you heading back to Aurora Bay after breakfast?"

Elizabeth kept her head down, "Yes, Pearl seems to be adjusting well here. That puts my mind at ease."

Michael took a sip of milk from the glass.

Elizabeth was eating a cream cake and noticed him drinking the milk out of the corner of her eye. She looked up to confirm.

There was only one glass of milk on the table. The one he was drinking from was the one she had just drunk from...

She got lost in thought, chewing on a piece of broccoli.

She let out a yelp and quickly covered her mouth.

Michael put down the glass, concerned, "What's wrong?"

Elizabeth's eyes welled up with tears, "I bit my tongue."

Her speech was slurred, and she glared at him with teary eyes.

Michael lifted her chin, frowning, "Open your mouth, let me see."

Elizabeth's eyes were filled with tears as she slightly parted her red lips and stuck out her trembling tongue.

There was a small drop of blood on the side of her tongue, but it wasn't serious.

He couldn't help but chuckle, "It's not too bad, just a little cut. Finish your breakfast and suck on an ice cube; it'll heal faster."

Elizabeth put down her spoon, "I'm full."

She didn't know why, but she just couldn't focus this morning.

She stood up, kicking the chair back, forgetting that Michael's foot was still there.

The chair barely moved, but she stood up too quickly and lost her balance, falling onto Michael's lap.

Neither of them expected this turn of events.

Elizabeth's eyes widened as she looked at him, "I didn't mean to."

Michael instinctively held her, smiling down at her, "I know. You don't want to eat breakfast."

He had held back all night and all morning.

Now, he didn't want to hold back anymore.

What if she wanted it too?

He gently wrapped his arms around her, his voice low and husky, "You want me, don't you?"

Elizabeth was stunned by his words, her lips parted, eyes wide, unsure of what to say.

Michael watched her reaction. Her eyes sparkled, her red lips slightly parted, like a silent invitation.

His Adam's apple bobbed, and he couldn't hold back any longer. He reached out, cupped the back of her head, and pulled her towards him.

Elizabeth was still in a daze, not fully understanding what was happening when Michael's lips pressed against hers.

She couldn't speak.

Michael seemed to have been holding back for a long time, finally finding release.

He wrapped his right arm around her waist, his left hand on the back of her head, kissing her forcefully.

Elizabeth could hear his heavy breathing.

She tried to push him away, squirming on his lap, trying to stand up.

Michael let out a low groan, his voice strained with restraint, "Don't move! Unless you really want to fully awaken my desire!"

Elizabeth froze at his words, already feeling the hardness beneath her.

How could his body react so quickly?

Elizabeth remembered his earlier words, "You want me," and quickly explained, "Michael, listen to me, I really didn't mean to..."

Michael's eyes were red, not letting her speak, "I know, it doesn't matter now."

He kissed her again, breathing heavily.

In their struggle, someone accidentally pulled the tablecloth, sending cups and plates crashing.

Michael ignored it, swiftly pulling the tablecloth away and lifting Elizabeth onto the table.

Elizabeth let out a startled cry.

Michael braced his arms on the table, on either side of her.

He looked down at her, whispering in her ear, "Tell me, do you want me?"

After the earlier chaos, Elizabeth was already aroused by him.

Blushing, she turned her head away, whispering, "Michael, you're shameless."

Michael saw her flushed face and felt a surge of joy.

He stared at her red lips, a smile playing on his own, and quickly kissed her before pulling away.

He whispered in her ear, his voice low and raspy, "It's okay, because I want you."

Before Elizabeth could react, he had already bent down, lifting one of her legs onto his shoulder, leaning over her.

He lifted her skirt.
