Chapter 257 Let Him Do Whatever He Wants

Michael leaned in close to Elizabeth and whispered, "You sure you wanna scream that loud? Aren't you worried someone might hear?"

His breath tickled her ear, sending shivers down her spine.

Elizabeth quickly covered her mouth, but muffled sounds still escaped.

Michael was having his way with her, his desires taking over.

He had already undone her blouse and unclasped her bra.

Her breasts swayed with his movements.

"Michael, you jerk! You're doing this on purpose, aren't you?" Elizabeth cursed, her voice filled with anger.

She was still in her high heels, her legs and feet weak and sore, barely able to stand.

He gripped her waist and kept going.

"Just realizing now? I told you, you owe me a kid. I'll stop when you're pregnant," he said.

Elizabeth was on the verge of tears. "It doesn't happen that fast! It takes at least ten days to two weeks to even know if I'm pregnant!"

Michael didn't care and kept at it. "I don't care, we can't waste time," he replied.

He gave her a light slap on the butt, the sound echoing in the empty office.

"Focus!" he said, slightly annoyed.

The desk was a mess, and Elizabeth lay on it, covering her mouth, letting him do as he pleased.

Suddenly, there was a knock at the door.

"Strange, not here? Why is the door closed?" It was Dean's voice. Soon after, the footsteps faded away.

Then, Elizabeth's phone rang. She saw a voice message from Dean, "Elizabeth, have you finished reading the documents? The planning department called your office phone, but it was busy."

Elizabeth glanced at the corner of the desk where the landline phone was. The receiver was off the hook, making the phone constantly busy.

Michael gave her another hard slap on the butt.

"I told you to focus!" he said.

Elizabeth couldn't help but moan and quickly covered her mouth.

When Michael finally finished, he pulled out and gently hugged her, whispering, "I'll take care of things."

He then walked into the shower in the adjacent lounge.

Elizabeth didn't waste time either. She quickly tidied up the desk and fixed her clothes and makeup in the mirror.

Her hair was a mess, and her lipstick was gone. She cursed Michael under her breath while touching up her makeup.

In just a few minutes, Michael came out, looking as if nothing had happened, his face still indifferent.

He glanced at Elizabeth, noting the flush on her face hadn't completely faded.

"The color of the skirt suits you," he said, then opened the door and left as if nothing had happened.

Elizabeth watched him leave, then went into the lounge to deal with the marks on her body.

When she came out, she was startled to see Dean sitting on the sofa in her office.

"Dean, when did you come in?" she asked, clutching her chest, trying to calm her heartbeat, and awkwardly sitting back in her office chair.

Dean gave her a deep look and responded, "I came in right after Michael left."

Elizabeth's eyes were fixed on the screen. "What about the people from the planning department? Why did they call you?" she asked again.

Dean asked, "Elizabeth, did Michael just bully you?"

He stared at her, waiting for any sign that Michael had crossed the line. If she said he had, Dean was ready to go after him. Michael was still somewhere in the building.

Elizabeth kept her eyes on the screen. "No, he wouldn't dare pull anything here. This is our turf."

Dean pressed on, "Then why was he here?"

Elizabeth hesitated, unsure of what to say.

Dean got up and moved closer to her. "Elizabeth, why did you change clothes? You weren't wearing this when you left this morning!"

He circled her, taking in her new outfit. "But you do look stunning in this, very sexy, very charming!"

Elizabeth awkwardly tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. She tried to change the subject, "I saw this outfit on an app and had it delivered. Dean, let's focus on these documents."

That afternoon, Sarah called Elizabeth. "Elizabeth, I'm planning a pre-wedding bachelorette party this Friday. You have to come."

"Okay. Where's it at?" Elizabeth asked.

"At the Crystal Oasis Retreat downtown. I'll send you the address," Sarah replied.

"Is David inviting his friends too?" Elizabeth asked.

"Elizabeth, I know what you're worried about. Don't worry. I won't let David tell Michael, or I won't marry him. He wouldn't dare risk it," Sarah assured her.

"Alright. I'll be there," Elizabeth said.

"Great, remember to bring everyone along," Sarah added.

"Okay," Elizabeth agreed.

On Friday night, Elizabeth drove to the hotel. She and Dean brought the kids and walked into the banquet hall.

Elizabeth, tall and beautiful, and Dean, handsome and dashing, walked together, while Pearl and Nolan held hands, looking like little angels.

As soon as they appeared, they immediately attracted a lot of attention, with everyone looking in their direction. Yet, Elizabeth didn't care at all.

In recent years, she no longer paid excessive attention to others' opinions of her.

She thought to herself, 'You are not qualified to judge me.'

The hall was brightly lit, with young people drinking and chatting.

Sarah grabbed Elizabeth's arm and said, "Elizabeth, you made it!"

She then squatted down and greeted Pearl and Nolan, "Go get some food. If you can't reach something, ask someone for help."

Elizabeth looked around and, indeed, didn't see Michael. She breathed a sigh of relief.

Sarah linked arms with her and poured her a drink. "Elizabeth, let's drink to our heart's content tonight!"

"I still have to drive," Elizabeth said.

"No worries. If you drink too much, just get a room upstairs. Go back tomorrow. We don't have work on weekends anyway," Sarah responded.

Elizabeth thought it made sense. So she clinked glasses with Sarah and drank champagne.

Dean looked distracted. He scanned the hall, and suddenly his gaze fixed, and he smiled slightly.

"Elizabeth, you chat with Sarah. I'm going to get a drink," he said.

Elizabeth looked in the direction he was heading and immediately saw Daniel. She wasn't surprised at all.

Suddenly, there was a commotion in the crowd. Everyone looked towards the door.

Michael, in a black suit, slowly walked in.

Elizabeth and Sarah were both shocked and surprised.

Sarah handed her wine glass to Elizabeth and quickly walked towards Michael in her high heels. She stood in front of him, blocking his way.

Her tone was unfriendly. "Mr. Thomas, this is a private party. Uninvited guests are not welcome."
