Chapter 414 Tonight, I Won't Let You Off

Dean was still reeling from the shock. He stared at Daniel, dumbfounded.

It was strange; on the way here, he had mentally prepared himself. He thought Daniel would surely deny their relationship in front of his family.

After all, in Dean's mind, Daniel's attitude towards their relationship had always been somewhat ambiguous.

Dean had originally planned to come to Daniel's hometown, show his face to his family, so that when they announced their relationship in the future, his family wouldn't be too shocked.

He never expected that the first time Daniel introduced him to others, he would openly acknowledge their relationship.

Snowflakes continued to fall gently.

Dean's heart, which had been restless with doubt and uncertainty, finally settled in his chest.

All the speculation and hesitation of the past days vanished with Daniel's simple declaration, "I love you."

Dean hugged Daniel tightly, resting his chin in the crook of his neck, savoring the warmth of his body.

But Daniel pushed him away, his face serious. "Hey, what's the matter with you? Don't avoid the question! You haven't answered me yet! Are you here to break up with me?"

Dean held him close and finally laughed freely.

It turned out that being acknowledged by the other person was such a blissful thing.

Daniel continued to feign anger, pretending to push him away. "Why are you laughing? I'm asking you a question!"

Dean pressed him against the wall, one hand behind his head, the other lifting his chin, and kissed him fiercely.

It wasn't until Daniel's breathing became erratic and his legs grew weak that Dean looked down at him tenderly.

Daniel met his gaze, the light in his eyes and the curve of his lips showing he was in a particularly good mood.

His voice was slightly hoarse, deep. "Daniel, I love you too. As long as you don't leave me, I'll always love you."

Daniel looked at him, puzzled by his words. "Why would I leave you? Don't accuse me of things."

Dean left a gentle kiss on his forehead, unable to suppress his smile. "Alright. I understand. You love me deeply, and we'll never be apart."

He continued to kiss his nose, his voice low and seductive. "So, now? My love, where are you taking me?"

Daniel suddenly remembered, stood up straight, eyes wide. "Oh no! I forgot! Let's get inside quickly! You'll freeze out here!"

He immediately took Dean's hand and led him into the living room.

Everyone inside turned to look at them.

Daniel was about to speak when Dean pulled him aside, whispering, "Not everyone here is your family, right? No need to explain our relationship to outsiders, just tell the closest ones. We don't need to care too much about others' opinions."

Daniel glanced at his parents and led Dean upstairs.

Dean turned and had just closed the door when Daniel pressed him against it.

Dean looked at him, chuckling softly. "What? Holding a grudge?"

Daniel didn't let him continue talking, wrapping his arms around his neck and kissing him, silencing him.

Dean, already filled with desire and longing for him, couldn't let him go so easily now that Daniel had come to him.

Dean immediately took control, hugging Daniel and turning him around, pressing him against the door, continuing to kiss him deeply.

The room was dark, with only a few rays of light coming through the window.

Neither of them spoke, the quiet room filled with the sounds of kissing, heavy breathing, and Daniel's faint moans.

Their bodies had already reacted.

Dean pulled away first, his chest heaving, his voice hoarse. "Shouldn't you go back? They're probably waiting for you."

Daniel looked up, giving him a resentful glance, pulling his hand to touch his lower body. "You're terrible! How can I go out like this? It'll be so awkward!"

Dean gently caressed him, moving closer, kissing his cheek. "What should we do then? Not go out? Will they come looking for you?"

Daniel shook his head. "No. My parents are pretty understanding. They respect me. The party's almost over. They're probably busy saying goodbye to guests. I work out of town most of the time and don't come home often, so many people don't know me."

He looked at Dean. "But I should go to the kitchen through the back door. You must be hungry. I'll get you something to eat. Or I can call the housekeeper to bring something up. That way, I don't have to go out. What do you think?"

Dean raised his hand and locked the door with a click.

He placed his hand on Daniel's neck, smiling at his lover. "In that case, I won't hold back!"

He suddenly bent down, arms reaching under Daniel's legs, lifting him up.

Daniel let out a surprised cry, instinctively wrapping his arms around his neck. "What are you doing?"

Dean laughed softly in his ear. "Compared to dinner, I'd rather taste you. Tonight, I won't let you off."

Daniel buried his head in his chest. Luckily, the room was dark, or Dean would have seen his flushed face.

Dean gently laid him on the bed, his body pressing down without hesitation.

The darkness intensified their desire. They kissed passionately, quickly shedding each other's clothes.

The carpet was a mess, clothes scattered everywhere.

They were naked, touching and comforting each other's longing.

They had done this many times before, but never as intensely, freely, and satisfyingly as this time.

Afterwards, Dean held Daniel, lost in thought.

Even if his parents opposed their relationship, he had no regrets. Because the person he loved, loved him just as much.

What more could he ask for? One shouldn't be too greedy.

Valoria.

Elizabeth and Michael had returned home with the kids. Pearl and Nolan, exhausted from a day of fun, quickly fell asleep.

Elizabeth washed up and nursed Francis. After he was fed, Susan came to take him.

Elizabeth soon fell asleep too. She found that sleeping in Michael's arms made her sleep especially well.

Michael heard her steady breathing, knowing she was asleep.

He picked up his phone and checked his unread messages. The more he read, the worse his expression became. He sighed and put the phone down.

He closed his eyes, feeling the warmth of Elizabeth beside him.

Today, she and the kids were very happy. Seeing their happiness made him feel happy too.

But he knew, in a few days, they would all face immense pain.
