Chapter 437 Insane

Tonight's drama was all Aurora's doing.

She didn't have the patience to deal with Jack or wait for Gary to figure him out. The quickest and most straightforward way was to target the darkest part of his heart and bring it to the surface.

Aurora initially just wanted to test the waters, but she didn't expect Jack to actually lie.

Seeing Richard being bullied triggered another side of Jack's inner self.

Jack had deep feelings for Richard, contrary to his previous claims of hating him.

On the screen, Alexander and Wendy continued to curse Richard. The curses were like demonic whispers piercing through, and Jack rushed over, frantically attacking the projected images of Alexander and Wendy.

The screen was just a projection. Aurora turned it off, and Alexander and Wendy disappeared, leaving only Richard lying on the ground.

Jack knelt in front of the screen, swearing, "Dad, I won't let you die in vain. I won't let those who hurt you get away. I'll make sure they all join you in the grave."

Aurora felt a complex mix of emotions hearing Jack's words. The hatred in Jack's heart was already so deep.

"Aurora, Aurora?" Samuel whispered to remind her.

Aurora snapped back to reality and quickly played another segment of the projection.

On the screen, Richard, barely breathing, said, "Jack, my son, I didn't love you in vain. It's a pity your sister isn't as obedient as you. Lori is skilled. With her help, there's no reason Wolfpack can't thrive."

"Dad, why are you still thinking about that traitor? She doesn't deserve to be your daughter. She's in cahoots with John. If it weren't for her, you wouldn't have been captured and killed. Don't worry, Lori's betrayal won't go unpunished. She'll join you soon."

Aurora was shocked. It was indeed Jack who took Lori.

Jack reached out to touch the screen's image of Richard, and Aurora quickly turned off the projection.

The movie room was dimly lit. Jack pulled back the screen, finding nothing, and realized he had been tricked.

Lightning struck again, and Jack turned to look out the window, revealing a sinister smile that sent chills down one's spine.

Suddenly, Jack turned and walked out, grabbing a wooden stick.

Aurora and Samuel exchanged a glance. What was Jack planning?

Aurora quickly realized.

"Damn, he's going after my mom."

Half of Richard's tragedy was due to his obsession with Wendy.

Jack probably hated Wendy, too.

Aurora and Samuel didn't dare delay and immediately chased after him.

Wendy was asleep in her room when Jack knocked, "Aunt Wendy, it's me."

"Coming," Wendy responded, getting up.

Wendy had no idea how terrifying Jack was at that moment. Just as the door was about to open, and Jack raised the stick to strike, Aurora knocked Jack out with a stick first.

Wendy opened the door to see Jack lying on the ground and Aurora holding the stick.

Wendy was stunned, "Aurora, what are you doing?"

"Jack was about to attack you." Aurora handed the stick to Samuel. "Mr. Foster, I'll leave the rest to you. I think I know where Lori is. I'm going to find her."

"Be careful," Samuel advised, then turned to Wendy, "Wendy, find some rope to tie Jack up."

Wendy was confused, "Samuel, what's going on?"

"Tie him up first, then I'll explain."

"What's happening?"

"Why is Jack unconscious?"

Alexander and Dean came out, hearing the commotion.

Aurora was in a hurry to get to the cemetery to find Lori. She drove towards the cemetery and called John, "John, Lori is at the cemetery where Richard is buried. I'm heading there now. Send someone over quickly."

Jack had mentioned making Lori join Richard, and Aurora realized the cemetery was the place.
