Chapter 46 Watch Her Fight Back
No one knew what Aurora was doing on her computer at this moment.
Emily just thought Aurora was making a last-ditch effort.

Security immediately came in, but Aurora raised her hand and said, "Godmother, wait."

As soon as Emily finished speaking, the sound of police sirens came from outside. Henry panicked and started to run, no longer limping.

Aurora moved quickly, grabbing Henry's shoulder and throwing him over her shoulder, subduing him.

Henry was slammed heavily to the ground, drawing everyone's attention.

Upstairs, Todd exclaimed, "Miss White is so fierce. Boss, can you handle her in the future?"
John had a doting smile on his lips but said nothing.
Kevin said, "Mr. Lewis, I'll go down now."
With things getting this chaotic, it was about time to wrap it up. Kevin should make an appearance.
"Okay," John responded, continuing to sit and drink his coffee.
Henry was subdued, and the police arrived. One of the officers recognized Henry and said, "You just got out after six years in prison, and you're at it again? You must really like jail. Let's go."
Six years in prison?
This man had just claimed to have had a fling with Aurora five years ago.
With the police's words, everyone now understood that it was indeed slander.
Henry immediately pleaded with Emily, "Ms. Emily White, save me. Ms. Emily White, you promised me I'd be fine."
This statement caused another uproar in the hall.
So, it was the youngest daughter of the White family who had hired someone to frame Aurora.
How dare Emily come up with such a vicious plan?
Everyone looked at Emily. Her eyes darted around, and she panicked, instinctively stepping back and stammering.
Aurora stared at Emily and asked, "Dear sister, shouldn't you explain to everyone what's going on?"
"I don't even know this man. How would I know what he's talking about?" Emily pushed all the responsibility away.
Karen spoke up, "Just now, you were clearly siding with that man. Who would believe you don't know him? Otherwise, why would he ask you for help and not someone else?"

Emily argued, "I didn't. I just felt sorry for the man. How was I supposed to know he was a fraud?"
"Ms. Emily White, how can you burn bridges?" Henry stared at Emily, agitated. "You were the one who told me to do this."
"You're talking nonsense. I don't even know you. Why would I tell you to do this?" Emily refused to admit it. Admitting it would be the end for her. She looked to Daniel for help.
Daniel frowned but said nothing. He wasn't stupid enough to take the fall for Emily.
Nicole said, "He's a fraud and an ex-con. How can anyone believe him? Besides, Aurora, you used to be so reckless. We really thought you had something to do with him. After all, what he said didn't sound like a lie, and you..."
"This man dared to slander my daughter. He can't be let off so easily. My daughter is innocent. How can we let anyone slander her?"
It was Dean speaking. He stepped forward now, clearly trying to mend his relationship with Aurora.
Aurora was valued by the Robinson family, and he couldn't let her be ruined.
Aurora understood Dean's intentions but didn't feel particularly grateful.
Ashley took a protective stance and said, "If anyone dares to throw dirt on Aurora again, I'll be the first to not let it slide."
