Chapter 449 Everything That Made One Blush and Heart Race
Gabriel didn't give her a chance to play coy. He grabbed her waist, not letting her slip away, and kissed her without a second thought.
Soon, Jessica's muffled moans echoed from the front of the villa. The lights were glaring, and she fumbled to turn them off. Before she could even lift her hand, Gabriel scooped her up, keeping her in the same spot she had been sitting on the low cabinet. He carried her upstairs, lips never leaving hers. Jessica heard a noise by her ear, probably Gabriel kicking open the bedroom door.
He carried her into the room without bothering to turn on the light, but the hallway light still cast a glow inside.
Gabriel loved watching her clutch the pillow, the beads of sweat on her skin, the way her softest points flushed with the slightest touch.
Gabriel was incredibly sexy when he lost control.
Jessica lay beneath him, trying to keep her cool and not give in to his allure. The big villa was empty, the bedroom door was open, and the hallway light let her see Gabriel's handsome, desire-filled face in the dim light.
She suddenly smiled, her eyes curving, and lifted her head to nibble on his chin. Under Gabriel's increasingly dark gaze, she bit his lip, then, maintaining the somewhat strenuous position, wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him down forcefully. Gabriel, who had been trying not to put his full weight on her, was pulled down heavily. Their eyes met intensely, and Jessica clung to his shoulders, kissing him proactively.
Even though Jessica wasn't shy, she often lost control in moments of passion. Now, she was kissing him actively, seducing him, and occasionally whispering "dear."
It was devastatingly effective.
Especially after two years of abstinence, followed by the recent resumption of intimacy. The long-suppressed desire made every night too short. Perhaps, with age, she'd become more…demanding.
His self-control crumbled.
Jessica knew that coming back to South Hill Villa tonight, with such a perfect atmosphere, they would definitely make love many times.
But she didn't expect Gabriel to hardly give her any chance to sleep.
The snowy night muffled the suppressed moans in the room, but she couldn't bear to close her eyes. With every deep thrust, every tremble and arch of her body, she could see the deep love in Gabriel's reddened eyes.
The next morning, everything in the South Hill Villa bedroom made Jessica blush. She didn't dare leave it for the maids to clean, so she quietly gathered the sheets and blankets herself and went to the bathroom to clean up the mess.
Last night, Kevin had something to do and rescheduled her scenes to the afternoon, giving Jessica a free morning.
While Gabriel prepared breakfast, Jessica tidied up the bathroom and then soaked in the bathtub, resting with her eyes closed.
It was getting close to the end of the year, and the Harriman Group was wrapping up its year-end work. Even though South Hill Villa had good soundproofing, with the doors open, Jessica could still hear Gabriel taking calls, mostly about the company's year-end stuff and reports.
As the president of Harriman Group, Gabriel barely had any holidays. His phone was always on, and he carried the weight of everything, standing at the top where everyone looked up to him.
After breakfast, Jessica saw she had some time and decided to head back to her apartment at Star Tower to grab a few things.
She didn't need to pack a lot, just some daily essentials.
Gabriel was all for her driving the Bentley, so he went with her to get her stuff but let her drive the white Bentley. He stretched out his long legs in the passenger seat, enjoying the ride.
Thankfully, Gabriel didn't treat her like a chauffeur and sit in the back.
Halfway there, she thought about how Danielle was now being picked up daily to the Harriman family, and her house didn't need so many maids. She figured she should find time to talk to Caroline and Olivia about settling their wages and give them a little extra to thank them for taking care of her and Danielle over the past two years.
Jessica stopped to buy some fruit and health supplements for middle-aged folks. When she got back, Gabriel had already moved to the driver's seat, clearly not wanting her to tire herself out.
Jessica, holding the two fruit baskets she had just bought, got into the car.
After visiting the two maids, they headed back to the apartment at Star Tower.
As they entered the complex, Jessica noticed that Gabriel, who had never visited this apartment complex under his company, was finally planning to take a look. She couldn't help but laugh, realizing she had been living under his nose for the past two years.
The apartment where Jessica and her daughter had lived for the past two years was definitely bigger than their old place. The new apartment had a good environment, not as fancy as Blue Bay Apartments, but still comfy.
Jessica liked to keep things clean, and the two maids kept the place spotless. The apartment was filled with cute little items, clearly things Danielle liked. Every corner had a touch of cuteness, just like Danielle, who always brought a unique charm.
Gabriel looked around the apartment and saw Jessica heading to the master bedroom to grab some things. He followed her, noticing her opening a drawer in the wardrobe to take out some work-related documents and certificates, including Danielle's ID and school records. She also grabbed a couple of frequently worn outfits.
As Jessica opened the wardrobe, Gabriel glanced inside and suddenly noticed two men's shirts among her numerous dresses, the fabric and style very familiar.
Jessica was busy packing and didn't notice the wardrobe. Gabriel walked over, raised his hand slightly, and picked up one of the men's casual shirts.
