Chapter 522 Sweet Extra of Couple Variety Show 7

The photography team also had a small crew on the second floor, filming Clayton and Cindy, the couple, napping on the couch, even though it was already afternoon.

Kevin, trying not to wake the couple, was tiptoeing downstairs with a task card in hand when he suddenly saw Jessica coming up, followed by Amy in a black doll dress. Amy wanted to help Jessica with her luggage, but dressed like that, she had no free hands, as her entire body was encased in the doll dress.

"Just arrived?" Kevin asked Jessica.

"Yeah, just got here. What's the process now? Are we all just waiting here to gather?" Jessica asked.

"Seems like it. I just got here myself and I'm still a bit confused."

Kevin smiled and reached out to help her with her luggage, but Jessica stepped back, signaling with her eyes that cameras were filming.

Kevin chuckled and whispered, "I believe Mr. Harriman would prefer me helping you with that big suitcase over you carrying it yourself."

Although everyone was speaking in hushed tones, they were all mixed up, so everything could be heard on the live stream.

The comment section erupted in laughter, with many fans eagerly anticipating how Gabriel would interact with Kevin, Jessica's former rumored love interest, once he arrived.

Jessica insisted on carrying her luggage, and Amy gave her a little push from behind. Kevin didn't insist but turned to a staff member to get a hair tie, which he handed to Amy, who was sweating under her doll dress. "For your hair."

Amy's hair was down, and she was sweating around her neck. Seeing the hair tie Kevin handed her, her eyes lit up, and she smiled, "Thank you."

Kevin handed it to her and then stepped back, avoiding further contact, but it was enough to make Amy excited for a while.

Jessica had just pushed her suitcase to the couch when Clayton and Cindy woke up from the noise. They greeted her and offered her a glass of water. Jessica took the water and sat on the couch, chatting with the couple for a while, finding them quite easy to talk to.

The show had invited six couples, including Clayton and Cindy, who had been dating since their student days and had been married for seven or eight years. Both were under forty and well-maintained, clearly still very much in love, with a strong sense of mutual understanding.

The others hadn't arrived yet, but Jessica had seen the tentative guest list. Brent was one of the rising TV actors in recent years and had just married Melissa last year. Melissa had participated in a talent show a couple of years ago but narrowly missed debuting. Despite that, she had a large following. As a young idol under contract, it was quite brave of her to announce her relationship and get married so quickly publicly. This young couple's average age was probably under twenty-four.

Besides Jessica and Gabriel, there were also a couple of veteran artists, Maurice Chambers and Debra Wells. These two had been regulars on TV shows twenty or thirty years ago and were now in their sixties. Having been together for decades, they were one of the model couples in the industry.
