Chapter 631 Sweet Extra of Couple Variety Show 116
Gabriel sneered, "You didn't change your mind back then, so why would it matter now? It might already be too late."
Without waiting for a response, he turned and walked towards where Marshall was standing.
Kevin stood there for a moment, then followed him.
"Mr. Harriman, Mr. Martinez," one of the staff members said, "Marshall thought that since everyone plans to stay in the villa tonight, sleeping on the ground might cause an uproar among the fans. Since we've already allowed everyone to stay in the villa, the accommodation won't have the adventurous feel of sleeping in a cave. So, we might as well provide some folding beds so everyone can at least get a good night's sleep."
As he spoke, the staff called over the logistics team, who brought over a dozen folding beds. "These were prepared in advance by the team. They were originally intended as task rewards, but we'll use them tonight."
Gabriel nodded slightly without saying anything. Marshall walked over with a smile and said softly, "Mr. Harriman, the producer would like to have a word with you."
Gabriel glanced in the direction of the producer and then looked at Marshall.
Marshall subtly pointed towards the villa, making it clear that it had to do with the upcoming tasks and game arrangements involving Jessica.
Given Jessica's current situation, the team definitely needed to make some preparations, even if the guests were unaware.
"Alright."
Gabriel was about to leave when he suddenly paused and looked back at Kevin.
"Mr. Harriman, you go ahead. I can handle these folding beds. They're not too heavy. I can carry several at a time and make a couple of trips," Kevin said, waving his hand.
Gabriel nodded at him, "Thanks."
"No problem," Kevin smiled.
Jessica was still looking out from the villa. She saw the two men who had been talking earlier now going their separate ways—one heading towards the production team and the other carrying several items back. From a distance, she couldn't tell what they were.
"Amy, let's go help," Jessica said, grabbing Amy's hand and heading out.
Amy glanced outside, hesitated for a moment, and then said, "Okay..."
Before she could finish her sentence, Jessica had already pulled her along.
Kevin was carrying three folding beds in each hand when Amy and Jessica approached. Jessica glanced towards the director and saw Gabriel talking to the producer. From afar, Gabriel looked more like a leader inspecting the site than a guest.
Gabriel always had that presence, even without any extra expressions on his face.
Had she seen Gabriel's stern demeanor in the Harriman Group office too many times?
"What are these, folding beds?" Jessica asked, looking down at what Kevin was carrying.
"Yeah, the director showed some mercy. We have beds to sleep on tonight," Kevin said with a smile, glancing at the young girl behind Jessica.
Amy stepped forward and looked at the items in Kevin's hands. "They look heavy, Mr. Martinez. Let me help you with a few."
"A few? You can't carry this many. I'll handle it," Kevin shook his head.
"Let me try. I can take two," Amy insisted, reaching out to grab a couple from his hands.
