Chapter 643 Sweet Extra of Couple Variety Show 128

The screams from over there were getting louder, and it sounded like someone was calling for help.

Not sure what was happening, the staff on this side and the staff on the other side all suddenly rushed towards the beach where the volleyball game was. Jessica turned her head to look over there and vaguely heard someone say that someone had run too fast, fallen into the sea, and got swept onto the rocks by the waves.

Jessica quickly walked over, and several male guests and staff members also hurried over.

Gabriel and Jessica arrived at the crowd at the same time, just in time to see a few staff members who were good swimmers, along with some guests like Clayton who were also strong swimmers, diving into the water to half-drag, half-lift Rachel out of the sea.

Lester had already rushed forward. "What happened? How did she end up in the water?"

Melissa and Cindy anxiously explained, "Rachel said she got too hot playing volleyball and wanted to cool her legs in the waves. But then a big wave knocked her over, and she got swept in. We were too far away, and by the time we heard and reacted, she was already pulled in. Luckily, the show's rescue team got there quickly."

Lester knelt down and patted Rachel's face. Seeing her pale and unresponsive, he shouted, "Help! Somebody help!"

Jessica and Gabriel had just walked over and looked down at Rachel. Although Rachel didn't look good, Jessica, having seen real drowning victims before, thought this didn't quite look like true drowning-induced asphyxiation.

She stood there, half-worried and half-doubtful, thinking about finding the on-site doctor. Suddenly, she heard Lester turn to Gabriel and say, "Mr. Harriman, please save her. Does she need CPR?"

Jessica was speechless.

The other guests present were speechless.

The staff who were about to provide first aid were speechless.

Jessica turned her head to look at Lester's anxious face, which was fixed on Gabriel. She raised an eyebrow slightly.

Gabriel's expression didn't change. He looked at Lester calmly. "How do you suggest we save her?"

Lester, in a panic, said, "Of course, CPR! What else? In this situation, CPR is probably the only way!"

Gabriel replied coolly, "Do you know how to do it?"

"Of course not! If I did, I wouldn't be asking you, Mr. Harriman!" Lester's face was tense, as if he were desperate to complete some task.

Gabriel remained unfazed. "Well, I don't know how either."

Lester was stunned and was about to say something when the on-site female doctor pushed through the crowd. "What's going on? Let me see!"

The doctor suddenly pushed Lester aside, stumbling back a step. He averted his gaze, no longer looking at Gabriel or Rachel on the ground.

Gabriel, with a cold expression, took Jessica's hand and walked away. Jessica, puzzled, whispered, "Is Lester out of his mind? Trying to get someone else's husband to help his girlfriend? What is he thinking?"

Seeing Jessica's expression, unable to hold back the truth, Gabriel glanced at her with a faint smile. Leading her further away, he said quietly, "If two people are together purely for mutual benefit, and there's no emotional bond, they'll do whatever benefits them the most. Rachel and Lester's agency has some connections. Only they know what they're really thinking."
