Chapter 653 Sweet Extra of Couple Variety Show 138

Gabriel shrugged and turned Jessica around, lifting her hair to help dry it.

As he worked, he whispered in her ear, "I'm older than you, but you're technically my ancestor. So, as my great-grandmother, aren't you even more untouchable?"

Jessica's mouth twitched, wanting to respond, but Gabriel held her shoulders firmly, continuing to dry her hair.

The sound of the hairdryer fluctuated, and aside from that, there was only Jessica occasionally glancing back at him with a playful glare, only to be turned back around by Gabriel to wait patiently for her hair to dry.

Melissa, having finished her wash, walked out while drying her face with a towel. She caught sight of Gabriel helping Jessica with her hair and couldn't help but feel a mix of envy and amusement. When she met Jessica's gaze, she felt like she was intruding on their sweet moment and quickly covered half her face with her hand, hurriedly leaving without even saying goodbye.

Jessica stared at the now empty bedroom door, sighed, and said, "Being a great-grandmother isn't easy."

Ten minutes later, Gabriel finished his wash and went downstairs with Jessica.

Melissa and Amy were sitting at the dining table, waiting for breakfast like kids. Neither of them was as skilled in the kitchen as Cindy and Debra, and they had gotten quite used to freeloading meals over the past few days, looking more comfortable than before.

"What are you looking at?" Jessica asked as she joined them.

"Ins," Amy replied, turning to Jessica and waving her over. "Come sit and check this out. Rachel deleted her post from last night, but a bunch of gossip accounts screenshotted it. Everyone's speculating why she did it. Your fans are bombarding Rachel's other posts, demanding answers. Even Lester's account is getting hit with questions. There are all sorts of theories flying around."

As Jessica sat down, Gabriel overheard the conversation but decided not to join in. Seeing Maurice doing stretches outside, he went out to join him.

Jessica leaned over to look at Amy's phone. Before Rachel deleted her post, it had garnered eight thousand comments. The hashtag #What Is Rachel Trying To Say# had been trending for hours, with entertainment accounts stirring up drama and speculation. Despite it being early morning, Instagram was already buzzing with activity.

"Amy, just leave it alone. Don't get involved," Jessica said, glancing at the phone before Amy put it away. Amy exchanged a look with Melissa, saying, "We've put up with that two-faced person for days. We were ready to let her go peacefully, but now she's digging her own grave."

Amy, clearly having bottled up her frustration, couldn't help but smile skeptically at Jessica. "What are you planning?"
