Chapter 670 Sweet Extra of Couple Variety Show 155

At Jessica's call, everyone quickly got up to pack their things and get ready to board the boat.

Since they had already prepped their belongings, it didn't take long before they were rushing to the dock.

Marshall had slept in the cave with everyone for a few hours, and now his back was giving him trouble. Once on the boat, he intended to stand by the side, but Clayton gave him a look and forcefully dragged Marshall to the guest seating area.

"No need, there aren't many crew members on the boat right now. I'll get up and help with the filming," Marshall waved his hand.

Clayton pressed him down, "Come on, it's just a few shots of us boarding and leaving the island. If we're going for authenticity, let's capture everything. We can all take turns with the camera, no one gets left out."

As he was speaking, Brent had already cooperated by asking the assistant director for a camera. After checking it, he said, "The battery should last another ten minutes. Let's record everyone boarding and sitting down, then each person can say a few words. This segment will be done, and we can continue filming the next episode tomorrow."

Brent pointed the camera at Marshall's face, who waved his hands in protest, "Don't film me, film them." He looked around for help and saw Gabriel and Jessica entering the cabin last. Seeing his saviors, he said, "Go film Mr. Harriman and Jessica, quick."

"Alright, Mr. Harriman and Ms. Jenner," Brent said, jogging over with the camera and aiming it at their faces. He grinned, "Hurry, the battery's low, and we don't have much time. Keep it short and sweet. Talk about your experience on Mantanani Island and how you feel about finally leaving."

Jessica glanced at the camera, then at Brent.

Gabriel also shot Brent a look that clearly said he wasn't in the mood for this.

Despite the sudden interview, Jessica's professionalism kicked in, and she steered the conversation positively. "It was a great experience. I'm very happy. The filming went smoothly, and we got along well with all the guests. Thanks to all the crew for their hard work behind the scenes. See you in the next episode."

Brent, satisfied, looked at Gabriel, who had no intention of humoring him. Gabriel's look conveyed that if the camera wasn't moved soon, Brent's head might be the next thing to go.

Brent quickly said, "Okay, next!"

He turned and ran off with the camera.

The boat ride was lively for over an hour, and they finally reached the dock just before 4 AM. The first boat had arrived earlier, and the crew had decided to stay at a nearby small inn while waiting for them. It was still dark, and the crew was resting at the inn.

Jessica and the others also chose to take a shower and change clothes at the inn. By the time they were done, it was already daylight. No one went back to sleep; instead, they boarded the bus to head to their next destination.

This time, however, the bus ride was much quieter than the last. No one organized any silly conversations. As soon as the bus started moving, everyone silently put on their eye masks and earplugs, settling in for a long nap.

Before boarding, the producer had mentioned that the bus ride to Oceancrest City's forest park and stables would take about three to four hours, just enough time for everyone to catch up on sleep.
