Chapter 526 Sweet Extra of Couple's Variety Show 11

Jessica suddenly felt as if an invisible scarf had been tied around her head. She was wearing a floral cotton jacket, squatting by the fence, waiting for the chicks to come home.

On the live stream screen, a fitting chibi-style graphic was added to her, and the chat was filled with laughter. Jessica ignored Amy's playful calls and continued squatting, bending over to attract the little creatures.

She was so focused that she didn't notice Gabriel, who needed her rescue, had already walked over by himself.

In the chat.[Jessica, turn around and look at your husband, hahaha!]

Many chicks and ducklings had instinctively treated Gabriel's shoes as immovable stones or props since he hadn't moved. Suddenly, he took two steps towards Jessica, startling the little creatures into flapping their tiny wings and scattering in all directions, kicking up a cloud of dust. Jessica, still engrossed in her task, didn't notice Gabriel. Her legs were numb from squatting, so she knelt on the ground and diligently continued her work of corralling the chicks and ducklings.

[Did a clueless duckling just step on Gabriel's shoe?]

[I saw it too, and it wasn't just one, hahaha!]

[Mr. Harriman's inner thoughts, Why did I agree to come to this show with my wife? This chaos is nothing like the peace and quiet of the Harriman Group office!]

[Another one stepped on his shoe, and it looks like it pooped next to Mr. Harriman's shoe!]

[Hahahaha, it really pooped! Marshall, are you scared?]

Marshall said, "Since it's a farm-themed episode, I'm sure Mr. Harriman won't mind these little things!"

Gabriel glanced at the mess by his foot, paused for a second, and then walked away without showing any sign of disgust. Clearly, he didn't plan to stay there any longer and didn't give the little creatures another chance to step on his shoes. He walked straight ahead.

However, the little creatures had been around him for so long that, even though there was nothing on his shoes, they still carried some scent. Some of the well-fed little ones instinctively rushed towards his boots, continuing to gather around his feet.

Marshall said, "Oh? Things have taken a strange turn. Mr. Harriman seems to attract them more than the corn."

Jessica was holding two chicks that were about to run away, trying to put them into the pen. Hearing the commotion, she looked up and saw Gabriel standing a few feet away from her, with a group of chicks and ducklings chirping and gathering around him.

She was stunned and quickly tried to get up to pull him into the pen. Just then, Rachel, who was by the pen, stood up and shouted, "Mr. Harriman, it's too sunny over there. Come stand over here!"

Rachel started to walk over, trying to take the opportunity to invite Gabriel to her side.

Gabriel seemed not to hear Rachel's voice. He only slightly curled his lips as he watched Jessica rush towards him.

"Honey, come inside quickly!" Jessica, with dirty hands, didn't care about anything else and grabbed Gabriel's arm to pull him into the pen.

Gabriel didn't move, looking down at the dusty Jessica, and let out a barely audible chuckle, "Now you remember your husband? You didn't even look back earlier."
