Melissa spun around, waving her hands like a madwoman. "What was I thinking, agreeing to do this show with him? I'm dying of secondhand embarrassment here."
Jessica laughed so hard she had to hold her stomach. "Maybe Brent should think about doing comedy next time."
Melissa looked up at the sky, her face showing she couldn't care less if the world blew up.
Gabriel, who had been bear-hugged by the towering Brent for what felt like forever, was going from annoyed to furious. "Brent, get off me. Now."
Melissa covered her eyes.
Jessica thought to herself, He's kinda cute, actually.
Not many wives would enjoy watching their husbands get all buddy-buddy with other guys.
But who could blame her when all these men were so good-looking?
Even Brent, with his massive build, had a perfectly muscular and attractive physique.
Too bad. If it weren't for that night she accidentally got into that Bentley and saved Gabriel from a life of bachelorhood, she would have loved to see him experience the entertainment industry firsthand.
He was just that good-looking.
Gabriel had no clue what Jessica was thinking as she stood there wide-eyed. He just looked disgusted as he pried Brent's hands off his back.
Seeing that he couldn't hold on any longer, Brent was about to step back when Clayton kicked him again. "Stop messing around and get in line!"
Brent immediately pretended to lunge at Clayton, who quickly hid behind Gabriel, cursing, "Damn it, get away from me!"
"Alright, how much more do we need?" Gabriel, who hadn't planned on ignoring them completely, finally spoke up as Brent chased Clayton around for a bit.
Brent stopped tormenting the nearly furious Clayton and handed Gabriel a discount coupon. "Just this much."
Gabriel glanced at it, took the coupon, and pointed behind him with his chin. "Fine, I'll buy it. Go get in line and wait for the tickets."
Gabriel's words were polite, but the tone was clear: get lost.
"Got it, boss. Just let me know if you need anything!" Brent quickly turned and walked away, knowing that if he lingered any longer, Gabriel might actually kick him.
Clayton, still fuming, glanced at the coupon in Gabriel's hand. "If I don't mess with him once we're inside, I'll take his last name."
Gabriel chuckled and gave Clayton a meaningful look. "Alright, we'll settle this inside."
Once all the guests were inside the horse arena, they chose their horses based on the order in which they completed the previous game task.
Kevin had already picked horses with Amy and Maurice. Clayton, after looking around, saw the only remaining strong and fast horse. Though tempted, he had promised to help Gabriel today, so he and Cindy decided to leave that horse for Jessica.
Brent was the last to enter, and there was nothing he could do about it. To everyone's surprise, Jessica ended up with the fast horse, while Gabriel led out the smallest, cutest white pony.
Everyone was stunned.
How was Gabriel supposed to race on that little pony?
