Chapter 479 The Genuine Miss of the Jenner Family
The three girls were startled. When they turned their heads, they still had their phones out with the camera function on. Jessica stepped forward, snatched the phones from their hands, and mercilessly threw them into the nearby pond in the Jenner Estate's backyard.
The pond's surface was frozen, but not very thick. The three phones broke a small section of the ice and sank into the water.
The girl huddled in the corner had a face flushed from being hit, her eyes swollen from crying, staring blankly at her.
Jessica turned her head to look at her . The little girl just squatted there, looking back at her, with tears still streaming down her face.
As Jessica got closer, she saw that the little girl's mouth was bleeding slightly, and there were red and bloody marks on her neck exposed to the cold air from her torn clothes. The little girl's eyes were full of grievance and fear, with a hint of resigned endurance and despair from being habitually beaten and bullied.
The phones had disappeared into the pond, sinking quickly. The three girls standing by the edge looked at Jessica in disbelief after realizing what had happened, cursing continuously. Jessica didn't hear clearly. She took off her own down jacket and put it on the nearly naked little girl, then stood up and coldly faced the girls standing by the edge.
They looked young, probably around eighteen or nineteen, but it was obvious they came from wealthy families, spoiled from a young age. They wore exquisite makeup, expensive clothes, and even their casual accessories were worth at least tens of thousands of dollars, forming a stark contrast with the disheveled girl cornered by the wall.
"Who are you? Mind your own business! Do you know where you are? Who gave you the right to interfere?" One of the girls recognized Jessica but was still angry about the phones, cursed instinctively.
"I don't just interfere; I can also hit ." Jessica grabbed the collar of the girl who was shouting and pushed her forward, "Which family are you from? Bullying a little girl in the Jenner Estate's place? Who gave you the guts? Do you often bully people at school? Does the school not care or dare not care? Do you know how cold it is outside? 6.8 degrees Fahrenheit. If she gets sick from the cold, can you take responsibility? Or should I take you to your parents directly?"
Not expecting her to get physical, the girl tried to dodge but failed, falling backward into the snow. The other two, recognizing Jessica, hurried to help her up.
Jessica simultaneously helped the little girl in the corner, whose legs were numb, to stand up. Feeling her cold hands, she adjusted the down jacket on her and sternly said, "Put on it!"
The girl, frightened by her tone, quickly put on the sleeves and carefully zipped up the jacket.
"You bitch! Do you know who I am? My dad and grandpa are the heads of Washington Johnson Leatherworks..." A girl of them shouted angrily.
"Stop it, she seems to be Jessica." Another girl stopped her.
"Jessica? Which Jessica?" She was confused.
"The one from TV shows," the girl next her said.
The girl, just helped up from the snow, lost her temper completely. "What TV show? Just an actress! Many actresses in Washington would love to please my family. Who does she think she is..."
Before she could finish, she suddenly realized who Jessica was and turned to look at her. The three girls, who had been arrogant moments ago, recognized Jessica and their expressions changed dramatically.
The girl they had cornered was Rebecca Jenner, a fake Ms. Jenner, but Jessica was Donald's granddaughter, the real Jenner family heiress.
Their arrogance vanished instantly, and they exchanged uneasy glances. Despite their youthful impulsiveness, they couldn't let it go and muttered, "So what if she's Ms. Jenner? Everyone in Washington has status. I have no grudge against you. Why did you hit me?"
The girl Jessica had pushed raised her hand, "You pinched my wrist, and it hurt! I'll tell my dad..."
Jessica sneered, seeing the other two's faces regaining their disdain and arrogance, and walked towards them.
They were all from respectable families, used to bullying others, never being bullied, and Jessica was a bit older than them. They didn't believe she would really hit them. So they all glared at her.
Suddenly, the girl in the middle sensed the coldness in Jessica's eyes and instinctively took a small step back, slipping slightly on the snow. Jessica grabbed her wrist to steady her.
However, Jessica had no intention of helping her. She tightened her grip, causing the girl to struggle in pain, shouting various profanities and internet slang. The other two, scared, reached out to help but were intimidated by Jessica's cold gaze.
"Let go of me! Are you bullying a kid? Just because you're the Jenner family heiress, you think you can be so shameless? Let go of me!
I'll take pictures of my wrist and post them online, then show it to your fans, Jessica, Ms. Jenner, bullies kids!" the girl who was gripped shouted.
Jessica, as if not hearing, pulled the girl forward, looking down at her with a stern face. "Kid? You've already been an adult. Do you know that school bullying can get you into police station? And you're an adult bullying a minor in someone else's backyard. If I insist on intervening and testifying, do you think you can get away with it?"
As Jessica spoke, her nails dug into the girl's wrist, leaving bloody marks similar to Rebecca's. Ignoring the girl's screams of pain, she pushed her forward, causing her to fall heavily into the snow again.
"She hit me! Jessica hit me!" The girl cried, and the other two, scared, ran to help her, crying out, "Help! The Jenner family heiress is bullying! Help!"
