Chapter 319 The Whole Hospital Knows Jessica Is Pregnant
"Jessica."
Gabriel had just started talking when Jessica cut him off.
She was crying, looking at him with those sad eyes. "Others might not get it, but you do, right? You know how much it hurt when we lost our first baby. I dream about him calling me 'Mom' every night. I dream of having another baby with you to make up for all that guilt and regret.
"Now that he's finally here, do you know how happy I am? But you don't seem excited at all.
"Gabriel, I'm not waiting for another chance. This baby is a gift from God. He's perfect, and I don't want anyone else but him."
Jessica broke down in tears.
Gabriel pulled her into his arms, feeling his heart shatter.
"Alright, we won't wait for another one. This baby is perfect, and we'll keep him." He finally gave in.

He thought to himself, 'Dear Jessica, you have no idea how much I love you right now! Because I don't want to lose you, I can accept everything I thought I couldn't, including this baby.'
He leaned down and kissed Jessica deeply, saying, "Alright, stop crying. If you keep crying, you'll really turn into a weeping mess, and the baby wouldn't want a mom who only cries."

Gabriel said, "Yes, I agreed. But if he makes you cry again, I might change my mind."

"What did you say? Say it again," Gabriel caught her words, squinting his eyes playfully.
Jessica blinked deliberately and said, "Thank you!"
"Not that one, the next one."
"You're amazing!" Jessica repeated.
Gabriel grabbed her and kissed her hard before holding her chin and warning her playfully, "Will you say it? If you don't, I'll have to teach you a lesson."
"How will you teach me?" Jessica squinted her eyes and asked with a smile.
Gabriel didn't say anything, suddenly reaching out and tickling Jessica's waist.
Instantly, Jessica laughed so hard she couldn't catch her breath, rolling around on the bed.
Thinking of the baby, she could only laugh and beg for mercy, "Alright, alright, I'll say it. Gabriel, I'll say it."
Gabriel finally let go, waiting leisurely.
The morning light shone through the thin curtains, falling on their faces and shoulders.
This scene was particularly beautiful and touching.
Jessica blinked her sparkling eyes and looked at Gabriel, speaking very seriously, "Gabriel, I love you."
