In the hotel, the sound of water echoed.
"Honey, I'm done showering, your turn!"
Jessica assumed he was in the living room, so she didn't think much and called out as she pushed the door open.
After her shower, Jessica changed into a white short nightgown.

He tilted her head up, and Jessica planted a light kiss on his lips.
Holding back, Gabriel ruffled her hair, his voice low and husky, "Go wait for me in bed, I'll take a shower first."

Jessica nodded lightly.

Before bed, Gabriel carried her to the bed, tucked her in, and then held her in his arms.
"Tired?" He kissed her forehead and asked lovingly.
"Yes!"

She was completely exhausted.
"Then sleep early, I'll stay with you."
However, thinking of Freddy and Gilbert, Jessica forced her eyes open and reminded. "I'll nap for a bit, remember to wake me up. They always sleep with me at night, I'm worried they won't be used to sleeping with Mom, and it might disturb her rest."

As soon as Jessica fell asleep, Gabriel texted Danielle.
He asked how Gilbert and Freddy were sleeping.

So, Jessica slept right through until the next morning.
When she woke up, it was already bright outside.
The morning light was very bright, just looking at it made her feel good.
But she didn't go home yesterday, she wondered how Freddy and Gilbert were doing.
At that moment, Gabriel opened his eyes, pulled her into his arms, and kissed her forehead. "Did you sleep well?"
"Yes, why didn't you wake me up yesterday?"
"Mom said they were very well-behaved and slept soundly, so she told us to come back this morning."

Because she had worked several night shifts in a row, she had the day off this Monday.
But Gabriel might have to go to work.
"Do you have to go to the company later?" Jessica asked.
"I'll take you home first, then go to the company at nine."

Thinking about how he had spent the whole day with her yesterday, Jessica felt very guilty.
"I'm sorry, honey, you're so busy and still made time for me."
"Are you going to be working overtime for a long time again?"
Gabriel held her hand gently. "I do it willingly. Besides, the kids will always be my kids, but a wife is different. No matter how busy I am, I have to spend time with you. What if you run away, where would I find you?"
Jessica hugged him, "Silly, you and the kids are here, where could I run to?"
"Next time, if you're busy, just wait until you're free to spend time with me. Although I admit I want you with me all the time, I care about you more and don't want you to be so tired, okay?"

After getting ready, Gabriel originally planned to take Jessica home first.
