Chapter 805 Grace's Venting 2
"Quentin, it hurts so much, I'm in so much pain, can you help me?"
Quentin's tall figure remained leaning against the wall, not even changing his posture.
He merely lifted his eyelids and said indifferently, "Since you initiated the fight, you have to take responsibility for your actions."
Although Quentin made his stance very clear, Caroline cried and pleaded.
"Quentin, I really can't take it anymore."
"My scalp hurts so much, I'm about to faint."
Quentin remained as calm as ever, "That's how fights are, there are winners and losers. If you enjoy the thrill of winning, you must also bear the consequences of losing. I won't intervene; handle it yourself!"
It seemed he really intended to stay out of it.
Caroline felt an overwhelming sadness.

"Grace, stop dreaming, Quentin will never marry you, just give up on that idea!"

"Go find your man for a sense of security, why come to me? Caroline, I'll ask you one more time, do you want me to let you go?"

"Alright, as long as you promise never to retaliate against me for any reason, especially personal grudges, suppress my career, or create scandals and rumors about me, I'll let you go."
"I promise!"
Caroline blurted out without even thinking.
"Good, I hope you keep your word."
Grace pushed Caroline away and released her hair.
Gaining her freedom, Caroline immediately gasped for air.
At that moment, the elevator doors opened.
Seeing the burly men coming out of the elevator, a vicious look flashed across Caroline's face, and she immediately shouted, "Grab her for me."
Grace reacted quickly, almost instantly pulling Caroline to her side and grabbing her by the neck.
"Ms. Stewart, did you forget the conditions you just agreed to? It seems you really like going back on your word!"
Grace deliberately whispered in her ear, forcing out a long, thin sound from her throat, thanks to her excellent acting skills.
The sound was cold and terrifying, making Caroline shiver.
"But it doesn't matter, from the moment you first saw me, I've been recording everything you said."
"I know the Stewart family is powerful, and you have countless ways to deal with me, but Caroline, let me tell you, I've been down once before."
"Since I've been down once, I'm not afraid of being down a second time. How bad can it get? At most, I'll be blacklisted. But if I release the recording I have, it will be different. The Stewart family's good reputation will be ruined by you."

Grace's every word struck fear and shock into Caroline's heart.
She had almost precisely grasped all of Caroline's weaknesses.
Leaving Caroline angry but speechless.
"So Caroline, don't try to provoke me again."
"Otherwise, I don't mind going down with you."
After saying that, Grace pushed Caroline away and walked towards the elevator.
Just as the elevator doors were about to close, Quentin slipped in.
"What are you doing here?" Grace looked at him coldly.
Facing Caroline, Grace could be strong, almost invincible, like a brave female warrior.
But the moment Grace saw his face, realizing that all of this was because of him, she felt extremely wronged.
If it weren't for him, Grace wouldn't have been humiliated by Caroline like this.
Grace wouldn't have suffered so much.
"Get out, I want to take the elevator."
Quentin reached out to grab Grace's hand, but she dodged it, "Don't touch me!"
"Grace, I'm very sorry, I didn't handle this well. I didn't expect Caroline to show up here. The reason I didn't intervene earlier was because I knew you had the upper hand and wouldn't suffer."
"Really?" Grace sneered, "Quentin, do you know? Not just Caroline, but you too, none of you should appear in front of me. My good trip has been ruined by all of you."
"Get lost, I don't want to see you anymore, I'm not joking."
So, when the elevator arrived, Quentin didn't stay to bother her; he turned and left.
Grace's eyes fell on the ring on her finger, and she suddenly called out, "Wait a minute!"
Quentin turned around.
Grace walked up to him.
In front of him, Grace took off the ring and handed it to him.
"Since our agreement is no longer valid, this should be returned to you."
"Quentin, don't look for me again. Since you have your life, I should find my future too!"
In the past few days, Grace had imagined many times the scene when they truly parted.
She thought she would cry, even wail hysterically, expressing all her grievances and unwillingness.
However, when the moment actually came, Grace found herself surprisingly calm, almost unlike herself.
"Take it." Seeing Quentin not reaching out to take it, Grace said softly, "This was yours. I only had it for a short while."
