"I don't have a son like that. It's all because you spoiled him." Jonah angrily shook off Patricia and stormed out of the office.
Patricia walked over to Jack. "Jack, seriously, you need to apologize to your dad this time. No matter how much you hate Danielle and Gabriel, you can't just wreck the Walton family's legacy."
"Your grandpa and dad worked their whole lives for this. How could he not be mad about what you did?"
Jack retorted, "Now he calls himself my father? Where was he when you were pregnant and raising me alone abroad? When people insulted me for being fatherless, where was he? When did he ever act like a father?"
"Jack, that's all in the past. Let's not dwell on it," Patricia said, wiping her tears and trying to persuade him.
Jack gritted his teeth. "I can't." He paused for a moment, his voice cold and resolute. "As for the Walton Group, if I can't have it, and since Danielle and Gabriel care so much about it, I'll destroy it myself."
Patricia panicked. "Jack, that's crazy. What good will it do you if the Walton Group is gone? If they can't have it, you won't get anything either."

Although the related videos had already been removed, the abusive comments were everywhere on the internet. Jessica felt a wave of fear and anxiety wash over her, confirming her worst fears about the online backlash.
During this time, Tina received a call from home.
Just then, Jessica's phone made a sound, and curiosity drove her to pick it up.
When she saw the words on the screen, she couldn't help but click in.

"I missed you, so I came here to be with you," he replied.
Jessica knew he must have been extremely worried about her to come over despite his busy schedule.
"I'm sorry, Gabriel. It's all my fault. If it weren't for me, the Walton Group wouldn't be in crisis, the stock wouldn't have plummeted, and you wouldn't be so exhausted." Jessica looked at him, feeling extremely guilty.
