Chapter 365 Pregnant Women Are the Most Sentimental

Feeling Jessica take the lead, Gabriel was a bit taken aback but more than that, he was pumped and thrilled.

"Jessica," he whispered, his forehead resting against hers. "The babies are already three months old, can we..."

He left the rest hanging.

Jessica nodded with a soft smile, though she still looked a bit worried. "Of course, just be gentle and don't hurt the babies."

"Got it."

At that moment, all his bottled-up emotions exploded like a volcano, unstoppable. He couldn't remember the last time they were like this.

In the end, Jessica was completely wiped out. She lay in Gabriel's arms, utterly exhausted, and fell asleep the second her eyes closed.

Gabriel, on the other hand, felt wide awake. Holding her in his arms and looking down at her peaceful face, he marveled at the reality of the moment.

If he wasn't holding her and could see her just by looking down, he might've thought it was all a dream. Luckily, this time, his Jessica was real. Everything was real.

The next morning, Jessica woke up in Gabriel's arms. Seeing him, she felt a warm sensation in her heart, with joy and happiness bubbling up inside.

"Good morning, Mr. Walton!" Jessica said with a smile.

But Gabriel frowned, clearly not too thrilled with that title.

"Say it again," he said, surprisingly acting a bit spoiled.

Jessica thought for a moment and then playfully said, "Good morning, Gabriel!"

"Silly, you know that's not what I want to hear." Gabriel pinched her cheek, but his words were full of love.

Jessica hugged him tightly and thinking about the time they were apart, her heart still ached.

After sharing some warm moments, the two of them went downstairs, and Charlotte had already whipped up a delicious breakfast.

Jessica's appetite had shot up in the middle of her pregnancy, and she ate quite a lot. Charlotte watched her with delight, over the moon to see her so happy and healthy.

Time flew by, and Jessica had been back for two months.

During this time, Charlotte thought of all sorts of ways to tempt her with tasty food every day. Jessica had little resistance and usually ended up eating everything.

Seeing Jessica's good appetite and growing belly, Danielle and Charlotte were delighted. They often chatted excitedly about how adorable and super cute the babies would be when they were born.

Listening to their conversations, Jessica couldn't help but smile, her biggest wish as a mom being for the babies to be healthy and beautiful.

But one night, while taking a bath, Jessica looked at her body and felt a wave of sadness. She had gained weight. Not only had her belly grown, but her arms and legs had also thickened. She felt confused and anxious about her changing body.

Gabriel used to playfully call her "my little foodie" when she ate a lot. But now, she really seemed to have become one.

Later that evening, Gabriel had just finished his bath and lay down on the bed, only to find Jessica pouting with a worried look on her face.

"What's wrong? Not happy?" Gabriel asked.

"I've gained weight," Jessica said, suddenly feeling very down.

"Of course you will. Where else would the two little ones sleep?" Gabriel reassured her.

Jessica still felt down. "It's not just my belly, my whole body, including my arms and legs, has gotten fatter. What should I do? Gabriel, I feel like I've become a little piglet."

Gabriel pinched her cheek with a smile. "It's okay, I like little piglets too. Besides, you're the cutest little piglet I've ever seen."

Hearing this, Jessica's smile suddenly froze. Then, she burst into tears. "Gabriel, I knew you would dislike me. Look, you also think I've gotten fat. Aren't you supposed to say that I'll always be the most beautiful and slender in your eyes?"

Gabriel hurriedly comforted her, "Okay, I swear, Jessica will always be the most beautiful and charming woman in my heart."

"You just repeated what I said. That doesn't sound sincere at all," Jessica said, getting even angrier.

Gabriel fell silent, understanding that pregnancy could make emotions run high. After a moment, he gently suggested, "How about we go out for some fresh air tomorrow? You mentioned it before."

Sure enough, hearing this, Jessica immediately got interested. "Really? Where are we going?"

"It's a surprise."

The next day.

Remembering that Gabriel was going to take her out, Jessica got up from her nap and started putting on makeup. Just as she finished, the car arrived—perfect timing.

Oscar, Gabriel's assistant, had come personally to drive. "Hello, Mrs. Walton," he greeted warmly.

"Oscar, long time no see."

Oscar replied with a smile, "Mrs. Walton, it may have been a while since you've seen me, but I see you every day."

Jessica was puzzled. "Oh?"

Oscar quickly explained, "Mr. Walton's desk is filled with your photos, so I see you every time I report to him."

Jessica smiled, understanding now.

Twenty minutes later, the car stopped by the seaside.

As soon as Jessica got out of the car, she saw Gabriel already waiting for her. She took his arm and followed his steps, without asking where they were going or what they were going to do. At this moment, she trusted him unconditionally.

When they walked towards a luxurious ship, Jessica was filled with surprise. Soon, they were inside, and Jessica marveled at the splendor and excitement around her.

The entire ship was decorated in a party style, with festive decor, setup, and people coming and going. This was undoubtedly something Jessica loved.

Looking at the dresses on the ladies, Jessica felt a twinge of envy. Gabriel noticed and said, "I'll have someone take you to change into a dress."

Jessica was stunned for a moment, then said, "But dresses are very form-fitting. Can I wear one with the babies?"

"Absolutely," Gabriel said confidently, then waved his hand. Immediately, two maids approached and took Jessica to a room.

In the room, the attendants displayed several dresses in front of Jessica. "Mrs. Walton, which one do you like?"

"Any of them?" Jessica looked at her belly and asked uncertainly, "Are you sure I can fit into these?"

The attendants smiled. "Of course, these are all custom-made by Mr. Walton according to your measurements. You'll look beautiful in them."

At this moment, Gabriel, already dressed in a tailcoat, walked in. He approached very gentlemanly, and Jessica couldn't help but be a little mesmerized.
