Chapter 617 Drunk 2
Hesitating for a while, she couldn't come up with a better solution.
Tina had to speak up, "Excuse me, taxi driver, just take us to the hotel up ahead."
As she said this, she felt extremely nervous, her palms sweating.
She was just taking Vincent to rest for the night.
But she couldn't shake the feeling that she was doing something wrong.
To be honest, this was the first time she had ever gone to a hotel with a man.
And it was nighttime, which made it easier for people to misunderstand.
The taxi driver chuckled and glanced at Tina, nodding immediately, "Alright, miss, I understand."
Tina quickly waved her hand, "Taxi driver, it's not what you think."
"No need to explain, it's normal for adults."
Tina bit her lip, feeling very awkward.
The more she explained, the more it seemed like a misunderstanding.
The next few minutes felt like an eternity.
Especially the taxi driver's gaze, which made her face turn red, feeling like she was on fire.
Finally, they arrived at the hotel, and Tina paid the fare.
The taxi driver was quite enthusiastic, even helping her get Vincent into the hotel lobby.
Tina was about to thank the taxi driver.
But the taxi driver said, "Miss, no need to be shy. It's just that your boyfriend is so drunk, some things might not be that easy."
Tina fell silent.
She felt extremely embarrassed by his words.
Her cheeks turned even redder instantly.
With the help of the hotel staff, Tina finally got a room and brought Vincent inside.
As the male staff was about to leave, Tina quickly grabbed him, "Please, help me give him a bath."
Thinking of what the taxi driver had just said, the male staff replied, "You're his girlfriend, it should be better for you."
"I'm not his girlfriend, that was a misunderstanding," Tina explained.
Then, she took out her phone and got straight to the point, "A hundred dollars, please, just do me this favor."
Seeing the staff was a bit tempting.
Tina immediately said, "A hundred and sixty dollars, please."
However, if Tina had known what would happen next, she would never have let the staff member bathe Vincent.
After the staff agreed, Tina and he helped Vincent into the bathroom.
"I'll leave it to you then."
With that, she left the bathroom.
Soon, the sound of running water came from the bathroom, and steam began to rise behind the frosted glass door.
The cocktail's aftereffects were stronger, and Tina rubbed her dizzy head, planning to take a short nap on the chair.
She propped her head with one hand and placed the other on her leg.
Soon, she felt drowsy.
Suddenly, a sharp, terrified scream came from the bathroom, "Let go of me, what are you doing?"
Immediately followed by Vincent's cold, piercing voice, "Who are you? What are you doing?"
It turned out that the staff had filled the tub and was just about to unbutton Vincent's pants after taking off his shirt, exposing his upper body, when Vincent suddenly opened his eyes, as if waking up abruptly.
In such a situation, with a man undressing him, Vincent immediately misunderstood.
Plus, Vincent had some skills, so his arm moved like the wind, grabbing the staff's arm with one hand and pinning him against the wall with the other.
Vincent's eyes were filled with extreme ferocity as if he wanted to tear him apart.
The staff was terrified, feeling like he was about to be killed, which led to the earlier screaming.
Realizing something might be wrong, Tina quickly ran over.
In the bathroom, the staff was being tightly pinned against the wall by Vincent.
It looked like he was apprehending a criminal.
And Vincent was full of hostility, no wonder the staff was scared. It was genuinely unsettling.
Seeing Tina, the staff immediately pleaded, "Quick, explain to him, that I'm innocent."
Tina walked over and patiently and gently explained to Vincent, "Vincent, I'm sorry, I didn't think it through, you might have misunderstood."
"It's because you were very drunk, and I couldn't do it myself, so I asked him to help you take a bath, so you could sleep more comfortably later."
Vincent's cold, murderous expression finally eased a little.
"Vincent, I'm not lying to you, it's the truth."
Vincent then let go, his cold gaze directed at the staff, "Get out."
The staff didn't dare to delay for a second, running away immediately in fear.
Tina finally let out a sigh of relief, giving her chest a firm pat.
Luckily, she showed up just in time; otherwise, it would have been a mess.
Looking at Vincent, Tina sincerely apologized, "I'm sorry, Vincent, it was my fault."
As she spoke, her gaze gradually moved up, and when it landed on his lower body, she immediately covered her eyes.
Because just now, the staff had already unbuttoned Vincent's pants, so what Tina saw was his black underwear.
Plus, his upper body was already bare, revealing his strong muscles.
"Sorry, you..."
Tina loathed herself at that moment, her mind completely blank, and said.
"Will you take a bath?"
"Yes," Vincent replied.
"Then I'll leave right away."
With that, Tina hurriedly ran out.
But she forgot her eyes were covered by her hands, so she ran straight into the glass door.
The loud bang sounded painful just to hear.
Tina felt like her head was about to burst, her consciousness fuzzy, and her skull aching.
When she touched it, she felt a prominent bump on her forehead.
"How can you be so careless?"
As he spoke, Vincent had already walked over.
"Where did you hit? Let me see."
The sound of her hitting the door was so loud that Vincent was worried she might have hurt her head, so he insisted on checking.
"It's nothing, I should be fine," Tina said.
And if she remembered correctly, he wasn't wearing a shirt now, and the strong scent of his hormones was overwhelming.
In this confined space, it was almost impossible to avoid.
If she stayed any longer, she feared that even if her wound was fine, she wouldn't be.
"Are you really okay?" Vincent asked, a hint of skepticism in his voice.
"I'm fine, really," she replied.
Tina said, suddenly, Vincent's hand lightly grazed her wound, barely applying any pressure.
"Ouch."
Immediately, she cried out in pain, gasping for breath.
