Chapter 15 I Was Wrong
Sharon was filled with a deep-seated hatred in addition to her desperation. She felt hatred toward Ethan!
If Ethan didn't want to help, she wouldn't have come to plead Boss Sam, and this wouldn't have occurred!
'Did you really think I'd grovel before you, Ethan? Dream on!'
'Even if I give myself up to this old man, I won't do the same for you! I'll absolutely make you pay a steep price if I get close to Boss Sam!” Sharon had great animosity in her eyes.
Afterward, she turned to face Boss Sam. "I agree!"
This was the only thing she could do in order to save the Thomas family and get revenge on Ethan.
"Hahaha, excellent! You're intelligent, and I enjoy those kinds of women," Boss Sam said with a big chuckle before calling her over.
He'd force himself upon the woman he wanted, even if she didn't want to. However, her consent would make it even better.
Sharon approached him, her eyes welling with tears.
After pulling her into his lap, his strong and huge hand slipped inside her clothing.
Sharon held back her tears, her crimson lips nearly bleeding from her biting. It was all Ethan's fault that she got humiliated today. She'd definitely get twice the revenge!
Benjamin stood to the side, his eyes turning red with sadness and jealousy! He should've played with Sharon first before passing her over! He knew she hadn't been touched by that useless Ethan yet.
Now, not only was Boss Sam benefitting, but he couldn't even grumble. "Hmm? You're not out of here yet? What, do you want to watch us?"
Boss Sam's narrowed his eyes as he stared at Benjamin. Startled, Benjamin quickly smiled flatteringly as he said, "Take your time, Boss!"
Then he walked out of the room. Boss Sam put his hands around Sharon's plump thigh, a sly smile spreading over his lips.
"We can play for as long as we want now that nobody else is around."
Just as he said that, his subordinate reported, "Boss Sam, Jayden is here!"
"Huh? Why did he come so early?" Boss Sam scowled.
He scheduled a tea appointment with Jayden for today, although it will likely take place later.
"Never mind, just let him in."
Reluctantly squeezing Sharon's arm, Boss Sam waved his hand and muttered, "Looks like we'll just have to continue later. You step aside for the time being."
Given that Jayden had traveled so far, he needed to show some decency and couldn't just send him away.
With her hands clenched, Sharon remained silent. She brushed away a tear that was about to fall, then stood silently at the side.
Soon, the servant brought Jayden over.
At the living room entrance, Boss Sam grinned and welcomed him, saying, "At last, you're here! I've been waiting for you."
Jayden said nothing, then looked at Sharon inside the room. He furrowed his eyebrows a bit and said, "Samuel, do you know who she is?"
"Huh?"
Boss Sam was shocked, then chuckling as he said, "What, do you want her? I can give her to you!"
"Be quiet!"
"She's the young master's ex-wife!" Jayden said, his expression darkening.
"What?!"
Boss Sam's face turned pale at the news.
He was aware that Jayden was referring to Ethan, with him being one of the few people who knew Ethan's true identity.
"You're not joking, are you? Are you telling the truth?"
Boss Sam turned completely pale. His authoritative demeanor entirely disappeared, with no signs of it anymore.
"What else would it be? Why do you think I came here so early?"
Sharon was in the room, but she couldn't hear Jayden's voice well enough. However, for Boss Sam, it was as loud as thunder.
"So, you're saying the young master...?"
Boss Sam's knees felt weak, and his face had lost all color!
Even if Sharon was only Ethan's ex-wife, he couldn't mess with her!
It would be awful if Ethan found out about this.
He quickly raced into the living room and kneeled down in front of with a "thump," thinking about this.
"Miss Thomas, I offended you earlier by acting like a bastard. Please, please, please forgive me!"
As he said, Boss Sam's voice wavered and blood spurted from his head as it struck the ground.
Sharon was astounded by his demeanor.
What was happening?
As she turned to face Jayden, she saw Ethan's figure in her thoughts.
Was it possible that Ethan requested Jayden to help her? However, she ruled out this option afterward.
Moreover, it would be odd if he was aware of this. Confusion gripping her, she turned to face Boss Sam.
If she knew that Jayden would help her, she wouldn't have come here in the first place. Furthermore, Ethan is only Beverly's gigolo; how could he command Jayden?
Not being able to understand, Sharon no longer bothered anymore. "I can forgive you, but I hope that Cloud Group and my company can revive their partnership," she remarked, glancing at Boss Sam who was lying on the ground.
As she said that, she looked at Jayden. His expression became uncomfortable. Beverly was the one who decided this, and he couldn't refuse her. However, Ethan's ex-wife was Sharon. He knew his young master to be devoted and emotional, even after the divorce.
After giving it some thought, Jayden responded, "Miss Thomas, I can't be the one to decide this, but I can help convey your message."
"No problem! Mr. Wilson, you can set any conditions you'd like as long as the Thomas and Cloud Groups can continue their collaboration." Sharon reddened as she clenched her teeth. By now, she didn't care much anymore.
Jayden's expression darkened and he paused for a moment, but he remained silent.
When Sharon saw this, she bit her lip and went up to Jayden, saying, "Mr. Wilson..."
"You can leave now, Miss Thomas. I'll take care of this," Jayden said, backing away from Sharon a few steps.
"Oh, okay..." Sharon only nodded before turning away, her gaze complicated.
Dazed, she wandered outside and started straightening her rumpled clothes. However, the buttons began to fall off, so she held them in her hand.
As she arrived at the teahouse's entrance, she was shocked to see Ethan approaching her.
"Ethan?" Sharon's eyes blazed with hatred. "You came to make fun of me, didn't you? Are you satisfied now that you've seen me in this state?"
With a gaze full of contempt against Ethan, her eyes welled up with tears.
It was all this scum's fault that she had reduced to becoming a disgusting man's toy!
When Ethan saw her like this, he was overcome with an intense rage. He already told Samuel about this.
When she finished her angry words, Sharon turned and left, not wanting to see the man she'd considered as worthless. On the other hand, Ethan wasn't in the mood to care about her words just now. All he wanted to do was find out who had betrayed him; Jayden or Samuel.
