"Actually, I brought two contracts today. One of them you just saw is the Cloud Group's acquisition of IntelliMerge Group!" Beverly took a deep breath and then stood in the middle of both groups, holding up the acquisition contract.
"As for the other contract, it's right here with me!" Ethan nodded with a smile, took a contract from Alexander, and held it up as well. Then he announced loudly, "This one is Stellar Nexus Enterprises' acquisition of the Cloud Group!"
Everyone in the entire room fell silent. Several seconds later, the shocked crowd finally reacted, followed by incredulous exclamations. This sudden reversal left everyone in disbelief and caught the Ashford family and the Wilson family completely off guard. No one expected that just as the Cloud Group acquired IntelliMerge Group, Ethan also acquired the Cloud Group.

"Beverly, explain this to me!" Dashiell roared at Beverly.
"There's nothing to explain. I signed the contract in Ethan's hand. Now, Stellar Nexus Enterprises owns eighty percent of the Cloud Group's shares, and from now on, it has nothing to do with the Wilson Family!" Beverly said calmly.
"Why would you do this? You are a member of the Wilson Family. Are you planning to betray the family?" Dashiell, having received a definite answer from Beverly, questioned her angrily.
Logan and Zephyr also stared at Beverly in disbelief. Even though Logan didn't like her, he never thought she would have the audacity to betray the family!
"Ethan is also a member of the Wilson family. How is this a betrayal of the family? Why can't I stand by Ethan? Besides, the current Wilson Family has completely disappointed me!" Beverly snorted dismissively.
"Exactly! No need to care about Dashiell; say it as it is. From now on, my Wilson Family welcomes you. Let them take that Wilson Family until they die!" Ethan gave Beverly a thumbs up and laughed heartily.
"I knew it. It's impossible to get any advantage from you unless I can kill you directly!" Kenny, who had been low-key and silent, suddenly sighed and said calmly.
"Unfortunately, you can't, or you could have Dorian do it!" Ethan reminded him with a faint smile.
"No need. Some things must be done personally to have meaning. I'm not in a hurry." Kenny smiled slightly and shook his head slowly.
"Dashiell, how do you plan to handle this?" Dorian asked Dashiell in a deep voice.
"Beverly, you must be crazy. You've betrayed Brady's trust in you by siding with this traitor, Ethan. Even if you don't think about yourself, don't you care about your family? If your parents knew, they would be furious!" Dashiell said, heartbroken. He never expected Beverly to betray the family!
Even Brady couldn't have imagined Beverly would have such audacity, let alone Dashiell.
"Don't use my family to threaten me. They support my decision. Our Nova Terra branch has decided to support Ethan in establishing a new Wilson Family!" Beverly sneered dismissively.
"What?" Dashiell's eyes widened, feeling a sudden sense of absurdity. He pondered, 'Did the entire Nova Terra branch side with Ethan?'
"Beverly's parents and everyone from the Nova Terra branch were secretly brought to Everglow City by me a few days ago. I bet you didn't see that coming. If you think you can threaten Beverly with her family, you're wrong!" Ethan said confidently.
"Well, Ethan, you're indeed impressive. I didn't expect the Nova Terra branch to stand by you willingly. But so what? Do you really think they can hide forever?" Dashiell's face contorted with rage, his tone full of threats.
"You'd better put away any impulsive thoughts. If the Wilson Family wants to keep playing, they need to follow the rules and accept their losses. If you break the rules, I have countless means to make you pay. If you dare to hurt anyone from the Nova Terra branch, I will take two from your Enigma City branch in return. If you don't believe me, try it," Ethan warned, knowing Dashiell would be enraged and showing no mercy.
"You..." Dashiell was so furious that he couldn't speak, clearly lacking the courage to risk young lives against Ethan.
"Dashiell, there's no need to get angry. Since the Nova Terra branch dares to betray the family, report it to Brady and have them expelled from the Wilson Family," Zephyr reminded, seeing that Dashiell had lost his composure due to anger.
