Chapter 314 Both Losers
After soaking up all that demonic energy from Andrew, Ethan was on the brink of becoming a Half-Step Grandmaster. But Larry's palm strike wiped it all out in an instant!
Even if Larry hadn't attacked, Ethan wouldn't have let him off the hook!
This time, Larry went all out, and Ethan didn't hold back either. They both flew back, skidding over thirty feet before landing.
Without the protection of the beads, Ethan wasn't as composed. His face turned bright red.
Larry wasn't looking great either. While Ethan's face was flushed, Larry's was ghostly pale.
"Come on! I refuse to believe I can't beat you as a Half-Step Grandmaster!" Larry was stunned that Ethan could still match him blow for blow. Furious and humiliated, he charged again without hesitation.
"Bring it on!" Ethan roared, charging at Larry once more.
They clashed repeatedly, exchanging over a dozen blows. No fancy moves, just raw strength and super energy, almost evenly matched!
When they landed again, both were staggering, clearly drained and injured!
"Ethan's strength is way below mine. How is he still holding on? Could it be those treasures Ronald mentioned?" Larry was even more shocked!
Larry was sure he was stronger than Ethan, but the fight was a draw. He couldn't accept it!
Ethan's hands and feet were trembling. He knew he could only take one more hit before going down!
He hadn't expected Larry to be this powerful!
Ethan had never craved strength more than at this moment. If he were a Half-Step Grandmaster too, he could crush Larry!
The audience watched in silence, not daring to make a sound. The only noises were birds, insects, and rustling leaves.
Chloe and Sarah hadn't expected the fight to be this intense. Watching Ethan on the verge of collapse, their hearts were in their throats.
They could only watch helplessly, unable to do anything!
"Is this all you've got? Looks like I'm still superior!" Larry noticed Ethan's condition. Confident he could still fight, he was delighted.
"Is that so? Try me if you dare!" Ethan sneered, but then a large mouthful of blood spurted from his mouth.
"Ethan!" Chloe and Sarah exclaimed in shock. They put down Camila and were about to rush forward, but Ethan raised his hand to stop them!
"You're in this state and still dare to boast? Today, I'll cripple you. Let's see if you can still talk big!" Larry laughed maniacally, seeing Ethan spit blood, and charged at him with his palm thrust forward.
At this critical moment, Ethan raised his right hand, revealing three silver needles between his fingers.
"Still trying that trick? You think it will work on me?" Larry scoffed at the sight of the needles.
But this time, Ethan didn't throw them. Instead, he jabbed them into three points on his chest!
"You'll find out soon enough if it works!" Ethan sneered. Instantly, his weakened aura surged, becoming even more formidable.
Larry's heart skipped a beat, sensing extreme danger. But he was moving too fast; the distance closed in an instant, leaving no time to stop.
"Trying to steal from me and cripple me? Let's see who cripples whom today!" Ethan roared as Larry drew closer, swinging both fists at him.
Larry tried to stop at the last moment, but the distance was too short—only ten feet!
As Ethan's fists struck out, an astonishing force erupted.
"No!" Larry's eyes widened, and he let out a spontaneous roar. But the next moment, his body was sent flying uncontrollably, soaring beyond the courtyard wall and disappearing from sight!
Although no one saw Larry's final fate, given his condition moments ago, he was likely either dead or disabled!
The precarious situation had reversed in an instant, and the one still standing on the lawn was Ethan, leaving everyone in shock!
At that moment, the guests began to understand why Robert valued Ethan so highly.
Ethan's abilities were extraordinary!
"Ethan!" Seeing Ethan's victory, Chloe and Sarah could no longer contain themselves and rushed toward him.
As they reached him, Ethan, who had been standing straight, suddenly collapsed into Chloe's arms!
"Ethan... are you okay?" Chloe's face turned pale as she held Ethan, examining his injuries anxiously.
In reality, Ethan's injuries were internal. Apart from a trickle of blood at the corner of his mouth, there was nothing visible on the outside.
"I'm fine, just overexerted. I need some rest to recover," Ethan panted, forcing a smile.
"You're not fine! You just spat blood. You need to go to the hospital right away!" Sarah urged anxiously.
"Yes, quickly arrange a car to take Mr. Wilson to the nearest hospital!" Robert, who had rushed over with others, immediately instructed the servants.
"No need. Have you all forgotten that I'm a doctor? Just find me a quiet place to rest," Ethan quickly shook his head and instructed.
At that moment, the guests let out a collective gasp, and Jesse, covered in blood, leaped over the courtyard wall and landed inside.
