Chapter 188: KuYi Appears Again
Munro and Cherry, with an absent-minded Chloe Miller in tow, made their way to the courtyard, where they saw Kenny and a group of others carrying bridal gifts entering through the main gate.
"Uncle, Aunt, these are the bridal gifts prepared by our Ashford family. As long as you accept them, our two families will be one from now on!"
Kenny looked especially dapper today, dressed in a sleek black suit. With his naturally tall and handsome figure, one could mistake him for an actor in a romantic idol drama.
"Thank goodness you're wearing a suit today. Otherwise, that pseudo gentleman would have overshadowed you!" Sarah glanced at Kenny from afar and muttered under her breath to Ethan Wilson.
"Is appearance really that important? I just can't stand his pretentious attitude!" Ethan Wilson remained noncommittal, but his expression grew colder.
Meanwhile, Kenny had already approached Chloe Miller.
"Chloe, you look absolutely stunning today!"
Chloe Miller looked radiant, and Kenny couldn't help but feel captivated by her beauty. Normally, any other girl in this situation would have made Kenny stumble over his words. However, Chloe Miller didn't want to engage further and simply thanked him before shifting her gaze towards Ethan Wilson.
Little did Chloe Miller know that with just that one glance, she sold Ethan Wilson out!
Following her gaze, Kenny locked eyes with Ethan Wilson, whose icy gaze seemed to pierce through him. Their eyes locked, and sparks seemed to fly between them.
Kenny wasn't surprised by Ethan Wilson's presence here. After all, Sarah had a connection with Chloe Miller, and Ethan Wilson was currently dating Sarah. Logically, he shouldn't be a hindrance to Kenny and Chloe Miller's relationship.

The pleasantries had been said, and Munro finished his drink, earning applause from the surrounding crowd.
"Head of the Miller family, are we going to start the engagement banquet now that everyone is here?"
At this moment, Logan Wilson gave Ethan Wilson a cold smile and then stood up to address Munro.
In fact, the so-called engagement process is very simple, without as many confusing rules as a wedding. The other guests also could not believe that Munro had managed to invite Master KuYi. They showered Munro with compliments, and anyone would be envious or moved by this.
After all, Master KuYi is a highly skilled doctor, and who wouldn't want to establish a connection with him?
"Master KuYi, please have a seat at the head table," Munro gave KuYi the highest honor, personally inviting him to the main seat.
"There is no need. This old monk intends to sit next to a young friend so we may converse," Master KuYi replied, his gaze directly landing on Ethan Wilson from the Harris family.
For a moment, everyone's attention was focused on Ethan Wilson!
"Ethan Wilson?" Munro and Cherry finally noticed Ethan Wilson's presence. Among those who knew him, they were the couple who seemed to have realized it last!
