Chapter 675 Meeting

At first, Bonnie was indeed disheartened by Ethan and Chloe's relationship, and she considered burying her feelings and leaving.

However, over the past few days, as she frequently interacted with Chloe and others in this big family, she sensed the sisterly bond between them. This made Bonnie have different thoughts, and her hidden emotions began to stir again.

Ethan, however, was unaware of this. When Patricia suggested that Bonnie accompany him back to the Ladies Guild, he only pondered for a moment before nodding in agreement.

Logically, Bonnie should have been happy to be alone with Ethan, but now she thought differently. She realized that Ethan deeply cared for Chloe and the others, always considering their feelings. So, the most important thing now was not to win over Ethan but to establish a friendly relationship with Chloe and the others!

As long as she could blend in with them, she might still have a chance!

So, between going back to the Ladies Guild with Ethan and staying to protect Chloe and the others, Bonnie preferred the latter!

At least this way, she could stay in Ethan's house and even be by his side for a longer time, which was a more long-term choice!

But going back to the Ladies Guild with Ethan had too many uncertainties. What if Ethan said she didn't need to return to Novaria? What would she do then?

However, since Patricia had already given the order, Bonnie had no choice but to nod in agreement despite her own thoughts.

Thus, early the next morning, Ethan took Bonnie and left the villa, heading to the Ladies Guild.

This time, Ethan didn't bring Orla and wasn't in a hurry since Linda hadn't made a breakthrough yet. So, he took a plane to the northwest with Bonnie.

'This might be the last chance. What should I do to keep this man?' Sitting on the plane, Bonnie occasionally glanced at Ethan, who was sitting next to her with his eyes closed, silently pondering.

But she quickly realized that none of the methods she could think of seemed to work, unless she forced Ethan into a sexual relationship, which might give her a slim chance!

But even that possibility was almost nonexistent!

If it was about seduction, hadn't she been obvious enough before? He didn't fall for it, so it clearly wouldn't work!

"Right, Margare!"

Somehow, Bonnie suddenly thought of her sister, Margare!

Margare had always been resourceful, especially in this area, even more so than Bonnie herself. If she stepped in, things might change!

Thinking of this, Bonnie immediately took out her phone and silently sent a text message to Margare.

This little action didn't escape Ethan's notice.

But although Ethan saw her texting, he had no idea who she was texting or what she was saying, as he didn't pay much attention and wouldn't have thought that Bonnie was still plotting something.

So, when the plane landed and they walked out of the airport, Ethan was speechless to find Margare running towards them excitedly! "Bonnie, Mr. Wilson, long time no see!"

Margare barely looked at Bonnie, her eyes fixed on Ethan!

"Long time no see. What are you doing here?" Ethan couldn't help but feel awkward.

"I asked her to come. Please don't mind, Mr. Wilson. First, I missed her, and second, I hoped you could honor us by coming to our home for a meal. You saved Margare last time, and we haven't had a chance to thank you properly!" Bonnie quickly explained.

"No need for thanks; it was just a small favor. Besides, I've been troubling the Ladies Guild quite a bit lately!" Ethan shook his head with a wry smile.

He could see that they were still not giving up and planned to cling to him again!

"We must thank you. I've told my parents about what happened last time, and they've been talking about wanting to thank you, our benefactor, by inviting you to our home for a meal. You might not care about our face, but you should at least give some face to my parents, right?" Margare's words left Ethan with no way out.

Among peers, it was easy to handle, but now Margare had brought up her parents!

It was like when friends invite him to a meal and mention their parents; he couldn't just refuse and disrespect their parents.

That would mean the end of the friendship!

Bonnie didn't expect Margare to say that and was initially startled, thinking of scolding her and smoothing things over. But she was surprised to see Ethan hesitating.

It seemed that choosing Margare to step in was the right gamble; she didn't disappoint!

"Yes, Mr. Wilson, my parents have always wanted to meet you, their benefactor. Even if we don't have a meal, just a meeting would be fine. After all, Linda is still in seclusion, and we have some time!" Bonnie swallowed her words and invited Ethan again.

Ethan was in a dilemma, wanting to refuse but unable to find a suitable reason, so he reluctantly nodded in agreement.

"Great, my parents will be so happy to see you!" Margare clapped her hands excitedly when she saw Ethan agree.

Then the three of them took a cab home.

Ethan had been to this neighborhood once before when he and Bonnie brought Margare back, but he didn't get out of the car or enter their home.

But it seemed that what was meant to happen couldn't be avoided. Today, under their enthusiastic 'hospitality,' Ethan entered their home.

Bonnie and Margare's parents were ordinary middle-aged people, looking honest and unassuming, yet they had raised such quirky sisters!

As soon as Ethan entered, he saw the two elders busy in the house.

Bonnie and Margare's mother, Hestia Peterson, was cooking in the kitchen. Knowing they had a guest, she came out with a smile to greet them and then went back to the kitchen.

Their father, Aubrey Peterson, was making tea and offering Ethan a cigarette, saying a lot of polite words, being extremely hospitable.

Seeing this, Ethan, who had planned to say a few words and then leave, felt embarrassed to leave immediately!

"Your name is Ethan, right?" Aubrey warmly invited Ethan to drink tea and asked with a smile.

"Yes, just call me Ethan!" Ethan nodded politely.

It seemed that Bonnie and Margare hadn't told their parents much about his identity, which was good. It felt like a casual visit, without any formality.

If they suddenly respected him greatly, Ethan would have felt uncomfortable.

"Alright, I'll call you Ethan to feel closer!" Aubrey nodded in agreement, then said something that almost made Ethan spit out his tea!

"How long have you been with Bonnie?"
