Orion was the most commercially gifted among the Harris family's second generation. Previously, he was always busy managing the family's business, so he never appeared in Novaria's Harris family branch.

Ethan sighed in relief; seems like Orion had a good impression of him.

"Sit down and have a cup of coffee I brewed myself. Tell me about Percival's situation!" Carlos invited Ethan to sit down. Evidently, he had heard about what happened at Fragrant Garden and directly asked.
"It's indeed good coffee. It tastes light but has a long-lasting aftertaste." Ethan didn't hold back. After a cup, he praised it before continuing, "Percival has recovered, and he should return to the Miller family in a few days."
"Certainly, he was able to be saved thanks to Chloe!" Carlos nodded.
"It seems Percival likes you a lot?" Clarence, sitting nearby, asked happily.
"He even gave Chloe's parents a scolding and publicly announced the marriage with the Ashfords' cancellation!" Sarah interjected excitedly, clearly delighted at the thought of Munro and Cherry's sour faces.
"That's certainly good news! With the marriage canceled, the relationship between the Ashford and Miller families will definitely be affected. Forming a partnership again is probably out of the question! When we used to collaborate with Percival, our families always had a good relationship. It seems it's time to visit this old friend!"
Carlos's eyes lit up upon hearing this.
In Everglow City, the Harris and Miller families had always benefited from their cooperation and advancement together.
Their alliance made it difficult for other ambitious families to surpass them, which was why both families have stood strong for so many years.
Although they had centuries of heritage, their move to Everglow City was a recent development. Establishing a foothold, even for such well-established families, wasn't easy.

This was the main reason why Carlos risked helping Ethan.
"Ethan, now that the marriage issue is resolved and Percival has spoken, there's no turning back. What are your plans next? Are you going back to Novaria?" Clarence shifted the conversation.
Hearing this, everyone's eyes focused on Ethan.
"Since I've come to Everglow City, leaving hastily isn't an option! I told myself before that once I come here, I must establish a firm foothold. I won't leave until I achieve my goal!" Ethan pondered for a moment before speaking slowly.
"And what is your goal?" Carlos asked, looking pleased but curious.
"My goal is simple; the Wilson family also has plans to get involved here, which is currently their biggest issue. Everglow City is too important; if their family wanted to continue developing, they need a certain level of influence here. My goal is to establish my power in here first and thwart their plans. In Everglow City, apart from my Wilson family, the other one shouldn't even think about getting a foothold!"
Ethan declared passionately. The Wilson family's problem was in Everglow City, so it was a place he must conquer. Winning was the only option!
