Chapter 325 Everyone Was Happy

Interrupted by Chloe and Sarah, the previous impulse had long since vanished, leaving only awkwardness.

Ethan put away his phone and sat back on the couch, not knowing what to say.

"What did they mean just now?" Hannah, her face flushed, was the first to break the awkward silence.

"I'm not really sure. They're always like this, joking around without thinking. Don't take it seriously!" Ethan explained awkwardly.

"Why do I feel that they might have figured it out," Hannah asked, a bit embarrassed.

Ethan thought, 'Of course. With a man and a woman in the same room at night, anyone would be suspicious.'

"Have they accepted me?" Seeing Ethan not respond, Hannah asked softly again.

"Probably." Ethan nodded with a wry smile.

"Since they already knew and have agreed, you shouldn't have to leave tonight, right?" Hannah asked again, her head lowered.

"I wasn't planning on going anywhere!" Ethan scratched his head and replied.

"I'll go take a shower first!" Hannah said and immediately ran to the bathroom.

Ethan sat on the couch for a long time, then suddenly shook his head and smiled bitterly. It seemed his plan to be a good man was not going to work out.

The next morning, when Ethan and Hannah walked out of the room together, they saw Beckett and the others already waiting in the hallway.

These guys all looked at Ethan and Hannah with strange looks.

"Miss Collins looks a bit different today. It seems women do need love to bloom." Beckett teased, seeing Hannah's flushed face.

"Beckett, mind your words." Hannah scolded with embarrassment.

"I've lived a long life and seen it all. Young people should love boldly. Isn't this great?" Beckett laughed heartily, not taking it seriously.

Ethan knew the thirty billion dollars worth of raw stones taken by the Ashford family yesterday would definitely not be coming back. Hannah was still upset about the loss, as it was crucial for the company's supply.

To solve this problem, Ethan planned to help Hannah pick some top-quality raw stones today and replenish the energy in the Sun and Moon Beads.

With Ethan, a master appraiser, Hannah couldn't be happier. Perhaps losing the raw stones was a blessing in disguise.

Of course, Ethan wouldn't take this loss lying down. There had to be an explanation for the thirty billion dollars worth of raw stones.

The matter wasn't over yet. Ethan had already informed Alexander to continue searching for Ignatius and find out where the raw stones went.

They spent the day at the raw stone market and had quite a fruitful day.

Every stone Ethan picked was top-quality, and although the quantity wasn't large, it far surpassed the previous thirty billion dollars worth of raw stones.

They loaded the selected stones onto a truck and had a security company escort them back to Novaria. Ethan, Hannah, and Beckett then boarded a plane back home.

By the time they returned to Novaria, the sun was already setting.

Ethan picked up the car and first dropped Beckett off at the company, then took Hannah directly back to the villa.

After school, Camila had already been picked up by Chloe and Sarah and brought back to the villa.

Ethan felt a bit guilty when he informed them of his return.

As soon as they entered, Camila was the first to greet them.

Camila hadn't seen Hannah for three days and missed her terribly, hugging her tightly.

Chloe and Sarah stared at Ethan. Their eyes were filled with a mix of amusement and inquiry as if saying, "You better come clean."

"Our hero is back! Not only did you save Hannah in distress at Emerald Vein, but you also won her heart!" Sarah said sarcastically.

Ethan knew he couldn't avoid it, so he shamelessly sat on the couch, ready to face the music.

"You are shameless! You know I won't punish you, right?" Sarah pounced on Ethan, pinching his face and gritting her teeth.

"Alright, stop it! Hannah just got back. Let them rest." Chloe, helpless, quickly invited Hannah to sit down.

"Maybe we shouldn't go in. Since I'm back, I'll take Camila home. I feel bad for imposing on you." Hannah, feeling a bit awkward, picked up Camila and tried to leave.

"No! Camila will stay here from now on. Why go next door? As her godmothers, we've already set up her room!" Sarah quickly jumped up from the couch and pulled Hannah into the living room.

"Wait! Camila isn't used to not being with me." Hannah was stunned and quickly shook her head.

"She is still with you. We've set up your room, too. We'll all live together," Chloe added with a smile.

"What? I'm moving in. too?" Hannah's face turned even redder.

"Hannah, are you still shy at this point? Or do you not want to live with us?" Sarah asked seriously.

"That's not what I meant. I am surprised!" Hannah said, lowered her head.

"Alright, since they invite you to move in, just do it. Your stuff is next door. It's easy to get anything you need." Ethan stood up and pulled Hannah to the couch.

"Yeah, how else can we make you happy? This way, everyone's happy, and you should be the happiest, right?" Sarah glared at Ethan and huffed.
