Chapter 239 Blatant Framing
As Kenny saw Ethan again, his eyes instantly turned red!
"I knew it was you! I let you go today, and you still have the guts to come here?" Kenny gritted his teeth and glared at Ethan, questioning the latter.
"Kenny, it's not that I look down on you, but without Dorian, you're nothing! How dare a loser talk big in front of me? I'm not afraid of Dorian, not to mention you. How about we have a match right now?" Ethan sneered indifferently.
Even though Kenny knew Ethan was provoking him, he couldn't suppress the anger in his heart. Kenny was on the verge of exploding.
"Ethan, don't go too far. This is the Ashford family's territory. You don't get to act wild here!" Magnus pointed at Ethan and shouted angrily.
"Going too far? Since you say I'm going too far, I'll grant your wish. My only merit is that I show no mercy for my enemies," Ethan sneered and then glanced around at the surveillance cameras above. "These cameras should be off now, right?"
Kenny's eyes twitched and he had a sense of foreboding.
"Ethan, what exactly are you planning?" he asked.
If looks could be lethal, Kenny had effectively dispatched Ethan tens of thousands of times with just his gaze!
"Lysander, have these guys given you any trouble? Do you feel anything wrong, like you're about to suffocate?" Ethan didn't answer Kenny but winked at Lysander standing nearby.
"Mr. Wilson, is this really necessary?" Lysander asked with a bitter smile.
"No choice. I know that if I hadn't arrived in time, you'd probably be beaten to death by them by now!" Ethan gravely spouted nonsense with an air of seriousness.
"Ethan, with so many people here, do you think anyone will believe your framing to me?" Kenny couldn't help but shout angrily.
He wanted to kill Ethan, but he had suffered a significant loss last time and hadn't yet recovered to his peak state. How could he be a match for Ethan now?
He didn't want to end up back in the hospital right after getting out!
"Frame you? Kenny, if you continue talking nonsense, I'll sue you for defamation. Everything needs evidence!" Ethan said aggressively with a justified tone.
"What are you all standing around for? Turn on the cameras. Turn them on now!" Kenny was genuinely anxious now, thinking, 'If Isolde's situation happened to Lysander again, the Ashford family and I would become a huge joke! Everyone will know that the Ashford family falls into the same pit twice, and both are due to Ethan!'
"It's too late! Lysander, are you feeling chest pain and dizziness now?" Ethan walked up to Lysander, quickly pressing several spots on his back, and asked with a smile.
Lysander's mouth twitched as he looked at Ethan. Then he rolled his eyes and collapsed into Ethan's arms!
"Framing! You are blatantly framing me! It has nothing to do with us. So many people are watching!" Kenny's eyes widened. He didn't expect Ethan to blatantly frame him, almost making him explode with anger!
"Can you offer any evidence? All I know is that he fainted on your territory. Plus, you had a conflict earlier, and the Harris family can testify!" Ethan smiled at Kenny and reminded the latter.
At this moment, some members of the Ashford family, prompted by Kenny's reminder, had already taken out their phones to record the scene.
However, how could Ethan possibly give them a chance to turn the tables? He kept insisting that Kenny and his men knocked out Lysander. He even pretended to be furious and scolded Kenny, all of which was recorded by the Ashford family with their phones.
"Impossible! How could a perfectly fine person faint? It must be your doing. Get him over here. I'll find out what tricks you're playing!" Kenny was completely at a loss. He could imagine that if anything happened to Lysander, he would become the scapegoat!
What made it even harder for him to accept was that he knew Ethan was behind all this, but he was helpless. He had ordered the cameras to be turned off, originally intending to deal with Lucien and his group. He didn't predict all these subsequent events.
He was entirely caught in his own trap!
Several security guards immediately rushed forward to grab Lysander.
"Fine. Since you won't let him go, we'll leave. But let me remind you, if anything happens to Lysander while he's in your hands, you'll have to deal with the consequences!" Ethan cooperatively handed Lysander over to the security guards, laughed a few times, and then turned to leave with the three girls.
"Kenny, this is clearly Ethan's trap. This guy is a dangerous presence. We can't let him stay!" Magnus quickly reminded Kenny.
"We must keep him. This guy must have done something, and I believe we can find out what! As long as he's in our hands, he won't have a chance to act again!" Kenny snorted arrogantly.
"So we're just going to let them go?" Magnus asked, looking at Ethan and the three girls walking away, feeling unwilling.
"What else can we do? If you have the guts, go stop Ethan for me!" Kenny snorted.
Magnus's expression turned grim. Even if he had the ability, he wouldn't step in. He wished Kenny would completely lose to Ethan!
"You're really devious, aren't you? When Lysander fainted out of nowhere, I finally understood what you were up to. Isn't this exactly like what happened with Isolde?" Sarah said, following Ethan out of the market.
"They are so stupid that they fell for the same trick twice?" Ethan chuckled indifferently.
"Isn't it risky to hand Lysander over to them like that?" Chloe frowned, her face showing a hint of worry.
"Don't worry. As long as Kenny and Dorian haven't lost their minds, they won't dare harm Lysander. If they wish to investigate, let them do so thoroughly. Should they uncover the truth of the matter, I'll admit my defeat!" Ethan said confidently.
"Not finding anything would be best. When Isolde was in a coma, the Ashford family tried everything and brought in many experts to examine her, but they couldn't find anything wrong. Your methods are really impressive!" Sarah recalled how the Ashford family couldn't find any flaws when Isolde was in a coma, which made her even more confident in Ethan!
"Are you mocking me or praising me? Let's go. The show is about to start. We need to visit Remington first! Without him, this play can't go on!" Ethan said, touching his nose with a wry smile.
"Remington will be furious when he finds out you roped him into this!" Sarah rolled her eyes.
"Even if I wanted to involve Remington, he had to give me the opportunity! Do you really think he knows nothing?" Ethan smiled enigmatically.
In reality, the Walker family had always maintained a neutral stance and couldn't openly support Ethan. However, Remington wouldn't refuse to help passively, especially since he owed Ethan a favor.
Throughout a lifetime of experiences, one of the most poignant burdens for him was the inability to repay the debt of gratitude owed to a young man, especially a life-saving one!
Knowing Remington's mindset, Ethan dared to act so "recklessly"—blatantly framing the Ashford family!
