Chapter 363 Siblings Reunited

"You heard my mom, right? You're not deaf, are you? If there's nothing else, get lost," Ethan snapped at the still-dazed Zephyr.

"I'll make sure Brady gets the message. I'm outta here!" Zephyr knew sticking around would just lead to more humiliation, so he turned and left.

With no other options, he had to report back to Brady.

Just as Zephyr left, Elmer from the Wilson family Shadow Gang appeared at the entrance.

"What are you doing here?" Ethan asked, instantly on guard.

"You?" Jessie was also surprised to see Elmer.

"Jessie, it's been years!" Elmer's masked face showed no emotion, but his tone had a hint of nostalgia.

"What's up?" Jessie frowned.

"I wanted to catch up, Jessie. Can we talk privately?" Elmer glanced at Ethan before addressing Jessie.

"Mom, don't listen to him!" Ethan quickly moved to Jessie's side, eyeing Elmer warily.

Elmer was a master-level expert, and Ethan didn't want anything to happen to Jessie after finally finding her.

"Don't worry. I won't harm Jessie," Elmer chuckled.

"We have nothing to talk about. Leave now, or don't blame me for being rude!" Ethan warned.

"Jessie, don't you want to know the truth about the car accident years ago? I can tell you something different from Brady's version. Aren't you curious?" Elmer ignored Ethan and stared directly at Jessie with a smile.

Jessie's expression changed.

"If you have something to say, say it here. Why sneak around? I'm curious to hear you!" Ethan frowned.

Elmer stayed silent, still staring at Jessie, waiting for her response.

"Alright, I'll give you a few minutes. Let's find a quiet place to talk," Jessie hesitated but then nodded.

"Mom!" Ethan tried to stop her, surprised she agreed.

"Don't worry. He won't harm me. I want to hear what he has to say," Jessie reassured Ethan.

"If you have something to say, say it here. We'll all step out," Percival suggested, leading the way to the backyard.

Soon, only Ethan, Jessie, and Elmer were left in the living room.

"Now, can you talk?" Ethan glared at Elmer.

"Mr. Wilson, please wait outside," Elmer shook his head.

"Ethan, step outside," Jessie instructed before Ethan could argue.

Ethan gave Elmer a warning look before leaving the living room.

Even so, Ethan stayed close outside, trying to catch any sounds from inside.

"To prevent eavesdropping, I need to set up a small array. Sorry!" Elmer chuckled, and then it went silent.

Ethan rolled his eyes and sat on a stone bench, staring at the living room door.

About ten minutes later, Jessie finally came out.

Seeing her safe, Ethan sighed in relief and quickly asked, "Mom, where's that guy?"

"He's gone," Jessie replied, shaking her head.

"What did he tell you?" Ethan frowned.

"Don't ask yet. I don't know if what he said is true. I'll tell you everything later. We need to visit Brady," Jessie sighed, not revealing anything.

Ethan knew Jessie's temperament well. Seeing she wouldn't say more, he decided not to press further.

"If we need to talk, Brady has to come to us personally!" Ethan snorted.

"I'm going to check on Chloe. You handle your own business," Jessie said, heading towards the backyard.

Ethan called Gino from the yard, and the two left.

Sarah, Chloe, and Hannah stayed with Jessie, while Ethan decided to deal with the Ashford family matters first.

Ethan and Gino drove to a downtown café and parked outside.

Entering the café, they saw Caspar sitting in a booth.

Seeing Gino, Caspar immediately stood up, but her face darkened upon seeing Ethan.

"What are you doing here?" Caspar's tone was harsh, clearly not pleased to see Ethan.

"Does it seem like I'm not welcome? Honestly, if it weren't for Gino, I wouldn't have come. You guys talk, pretend I'm not here," Ethan said, choosing an empty seat and sitting down.

Caspar glared at Ethan, then looked at Gino, gritting her teeth before sitting back down.

Gino sat across from Caspar.

"Gino, are you really going to help Ethan against Dorian and the Ashford family?" Caspar asked, eyes full of complexity.

"I never intended to go against you. This is between you and Ethan. Honestly, I have no right to interfere," Gino shook his head slowly.

"But I'm your sister, and Dorian is your brother-in-law!" Caspar bit her lip, unwilling to give up.

"Because of our relationship, I agreed to meet you. I hope you'll listen to me," Gino frowned before continuing.

"What do you want to say?" Caspar asked suspiciously.

"Have Dorian give Ethan an explanation. If he's sincere enough, I believe Ethan won't make things difficult for you," Gino said.

"You came here just to tell me this? Why are you helping him? I'm your sister; you used to care about me the most!" Caspar stared at Gino in disbelief.
