Chapter 107 A Strange Dream
"Mummy?"
"Yeah."
"Really? Did you find mommy for me?"
Anderson smiled, "Do you want to see her?"
"Yeah! I want to see her so much!"
"Then I'll hang up and then send you the photo. You should go to bed after watching it, okay?"
"Okay."
Only then did Anderson hung up the phone. He found a picture of Clarissa that he had accidentally taken before and sent it to Anne.
When Anne received the photo, she got so excited immediately.
She thought, "Is this my mommy?"
"Mommy is so beautiful! She has fair skin, pretty eyes, high-bridged nose and good-looking lips!"
"Mommy and I look exactly the same!"
"Wow... Grandma, this is my mommy! I am her baby and I feel so happy!"
Anne ran to the living room to find her grandma excitedly while holding the phone.
Unexpectedly, as soon as she ran out of the room, she was caught by the maid who took care of her.
"Anne, it's ten o'clock now. Didn't you promise me to go to bed? How can you run around?"
Anne looked at her and paused.
She rolled her beautiful and black pearl-like eyes and pursed her pink lips tightly. After a moment, she suddenly turned around and ran into the bedroom.
She thought, "No, Mommy is so beautiful! I can't let others know about it!"
"Otherwise they will come and grab my mommy from me!"
"Mommy only belongs to me, and no one can take her away!"
"Humph!" Anne thought to herself.
Watching Anne run into the bedroom again, the maid thought Anne knew that she had done something wrong and went to bed obediently, so she didn't think too much.
She followed Anne her into the bedroom and watched her go to bed. Then she stepped forward to tuck the quilt for her and coaxed her softly, "Anne, just sleep! I will go out after you fall asleep."
Anne closed her eyes obediently and started to sleep.
It was easy for a child to feel sleepy, and she soon fell asleep.
Anne was holding the mobile phone all the time. The maid was afraid of her making a fuss just now, so she didn't dare take it. After Anne had fallen asleep, she took the mobile phone from her hand lightly.
In her dream, Anne said vaguely, "Mommy..."

She didn't stay any longer, turned around and walked out quietly.
That night, Clarissa had a dream.
She dreamed that she was lying on a white bed, surrounded by cold iron instruments, and there was a cold metal machine stirring in her body.
A man's low voice sounded in her ears.
"Giving birth to my child, and I will give you whatever you want."
"No!"
Clarissa woke up.
It was light outside, and it was seven o'clock in the morning. The sound of running water came from the bathroom, and someone was taking a shower.
Clarissa lay on the bed, closed her eyes, and tried to forget the terrible dream.
After a while, she heard the sound of the bathroom door being opened and then opened her eyes.
"Are you awake?"
Anderson was wiping his short wet hair with a towel. Clarissa knew that he had the habit of exercising in the morning, and he must have just finished exercising.
"Yes." She said in a low spirit.
Anderson raised his eyebrows, put the towel on the back of the chair, and walked to her.
"What's wrong? Are you not feeling well?"
As he said this, he reached out to touch her forehead.
"I'm fine." Clarissa yawned, "I just had a very strange dream."
"What dream?"
"Well..." She thought for a while, frowning.
"I don't know how to say it. It's strange and messy, and I can't figure it out."
"Maybe you were too tired yesterday. Do you still want to rest for a more while?"
Clarissa shook her head.
"No, I have something to do in the company today."
Anderson did not insist anymore, "Then get up and go down for breakfast."
"Okay."
As the new year approached, Clarissa became busier in the company.
There were not many things to deal with in Energence International Crop. The actors were all well-behaved lately, and nothing went wrong, so the work in the public relations department was easy.
About Starlight, Evelyn had begun to film "Destiny Fragrance". Lara was replaced because of the scandal. After thinking about it, Freddie finally chose Lauren to be the leading actress and let her play the role of Ava.
Naturally, Lara hated them because of this again.
But she had no choice. After so many days, although the scandal had been suppressed, it had also caused a damage to her reputation.
She not even lost the chance to play in "Destiny Fragrance", but also lost all her chances to endorse some products.
Erin asked her to not to appear in public for a month. There would be a charity activity after the Spring Festival, and she asked Lara to donate some money to the charity to restore her image.
Although Lara was unwilling, she had no choice but to follow Erin's arrangements.
After Clarissa dispatched the notice, several actors left Starlight, and only four dance singers were left.
Clarissa did not let them attend business activities in a hurry. Instead, she hired professional vocal and dance teachers to help them improve their skills of singing and dancing.
She hoped that they could show their talents in the variety show which would be held after the Spring Festival.
Time passed by in such a lively and busy atmosphere.
Four days before the Spring Festival, they finally had a holiday.
In Starlight, Clarissa had informed them of the holiday time in advance. Energence International Crop had the vacation one day late. Before the holiday, colleagues in the department proposed to go out and have a party as their team activity.
Clarissa agreed and said that she would pay the bill generously, which made the colleagues in the department very happy.
At eight o'clock in the evening, after dinner, they went to sing in a karaoke bar.
