Chapter 240 Leave In Panic
Erin nodded, "Fine. I will deal with this matter first, and you should be careful. Don't make trouble again. Many bad things happened to us recently. You'd better stay at home obediently and don't go anywhere, so as not to cause trouble again. Just wait for my news."
Lara finally let out a sigh of relief when she heard that Erin was willing to come forward.

Lara was stunned.
She chuckled.
"So are you questioning me now?"

Lara paused slightly.
She lowered her eyes and sneered apathetically after a moment.
"I have thought of a way to solve this! Why are you so anxious? Or, you are so anxious not because of the endorsement, but because of your ex-girlfriend Clarissa? You used to abandon her without hesitation, but now she is perfect in your heart!"
"Lara!"

The news of Clarissa's disappearance was reported by the police. No one had found her yet. Why was Erin so sure that she could find Clarissa by calling her?
But she still called Clarissa because she was worried about her safety.

"What's wrong?"
It was not Clarissa, but a man.
Millie was startled, and she immediately understood who he was.

"Nothing... I just want to ask if Clarissa... is all right?"
Anderson sat on the sofa and glanced at Clarissa who was applying a facial mask next to him.
Clarissa gestured to him, and then he said, "She's okay. Keep it a secret."
Millie nodded, "Oh, okay. I see."
After she said that, Anderson hung up the phone.
She stared at the phone and was stunned for several seconds before she reacted.
She was still in a daze, but her heart was filled with joy. Her happy and excited emotions were like a small volcano which was about to erupt immediately.
She took a deep breath and stood for a few seconds before she suppressed the excitement in her heart. Then she returned to indifferent and walked out.
Standing there and seeing Millie coming out, Erin immediately stepped forward.
"How is it? Did she say that she wanted see me?"
Millie frowned and looked at her unpleasantly and suspiciously, "Why do you think that Clarissa has come back?"
Erin was dumbfounded.
She smiled reluctantly, "I just heard that she was back, so I came here to ask."
Millie sneered.
"Oh? Is that so? Who was talking nonsense outside? I called her just now and no one answered the phone. I called her home and they told me that she hasn't come back! They are still looking for her everywhere."
"I don't know who told you that Clarissa has come back. I think that person must know something. Why don't you tell me her name? I want to ask her in person!"
Erin's face changed and she felt a little flustered.
She forced a smile, "I... just heard it by accident. Well, since you can't find her, forget it. I will come here another day."
After speaking, she left in a hurry.
