The atmosphere in the car fell into silence.
And no one spoke again.
When the car stopped in front of the Lavender villa, Evelyn was about to ask Marty to get off the car, but she turned her head and realized that Marty's head was leaning against the car window. Somehow, he had already fallen asleep.

Finally, he took out his cell phone from his pocket and answered the call.
The phone call was from the company.
Because there was a very important video conference in the afternoon that he needed to be there in person, and everyone had been waiting for him for more than half an hour, they thought something had happened, so they called to ask.
As he was talking to them on the phone, he got out of the car.
Putting the coat on his arm, he said on the phone in a low voice, "I'll be right over. Prepare the content of the meeting first. Okay, see you later."
After hanging up the phone, he arrived just beside Evelyn.
Looking down at her, he asked, "Why didn't you wake me up?"
At the moment, Evelyn was leaning in her chair lazily and leisurely, squinting at him under the sunlight. "Mmm," she responded.
With a pause, Marty's gaze fell on her face, which was almost transparent under the sunlight, and all of a sudden, he smiled.
Then, he bent over, with a hand on the armrest and another gently lifting up her chin.
The two of them faced each other, looking at each other from a close distance.
In a distance where she could see her reflection in his pupils clearly, she heard his deep voice, "You like me, huh?"
Evelyn thought that she had already passed the age where her heart would race for someone. But at that moment, her heart was beating for him.
Pursing her lips, for the first time, she did not avoid her feelings.
In response, she nodded slightly.
A huge smile appeared on Marty's face, spreading from the corner of his mouth to the bottom of his eyes. Then, he gently leaned over and kissed her on the lips.
"Evelyn, I love you."
When she heard that, her heart skipped a beat.
Meanwhile, the driver, who was at the side, had turned around sensibly, with his back to them, silently pretending to be deaf.
As her face quickly turned red, it was like snow-white cotton being dyed in beautiful red patches, which made her look captivating and lovable.
At that moment, Marty's heart throbbed. He really wanted to possess her completely.
However, he remained rational. He kissed her gently, then let go of her and stood up.
"I have to go to the company. Stay at home and wait for me to come back, okay?"

Then, Marty smiled again, as he rubbed her head, and turned to walk toward the car.
Immediately, the driver followed him and got into the car. Meanwhile, Evelyn stood up and it wasn't until the car moved out of the yard that she retracted her gaze.
After a while, Aria came in along with two other men.
One of them was called Logan, and the other was called Regan. They were both bodyguards under Aria.
They were twins of the Freeman family. They had great personalities, and they knew kung fu. Most importantly, they were particularly loyal and reliable.
When Aria introduced them to Evelyn, she did not say anything but nodded, and then let them off.
After Aria and the twins left, she was the only one left in the villa.
