Natalia looked up quickly and glanced at Aidan. Seeing that he didn't look unhappy, she introduced him to her mother, "This is Aidan Leonard. He is the director of our institution, and he is my senior."
Lanze nodded with understanding, "Oh, director. I didn't expect you to be so accomplished at such a young age. Can I just call you Aidan?"

Natalia's face changed and she was about to speak, but Aidan had nodded with a smile, "Sure, auntie."
Seeing this, Natalia couldn't say anything else. She held the bowl and said in a low voice, "I'm going to get you some rice."
As she spoke, she walked away with her head lowered in a hurry.
Lanze glanced at them with ambiguous eyes, and she had understand something in her heart.
She smiled kindly, "Natalia is a good girl, but now she has grown up and don't want to tell us many things about her. Well, Aidan, how old are you?"
Aidan smiled politely, "Twenty seven years old."
"Oh, you're quite young!"
Lanze took a deep breath and thought that since he had become the director at the age of twenty-seven, his family background couldn't be too simple.
She looked at Aidan again. He was well-dressed and handsome, and he looked like an elite at first sight, which was the type that she appreciated very much.
Lanze was overjoyed in her heart. She smiled and said, "Is your work in the institution very hard? You study all kinds of diseases all day long."
Aidan replied honestly, "No, compared with the doctors in the hospital, we are much more relaxed. What's more, I study the medicine to benefit mankind better, so I don't feel tired."
Hearing his reply, Lanze smiled more brightly.
"Anyway, you're young and promising."
Aidan was a little embarrassed, "Auntie, you flattered me."
After a while, Natalia came back with a bowl of rice. She glanced at her mother and said unhappily, "Mom! Why do you ask so much?"
Lanze was stunned and glared at her, "Aidan came to our house as a guest, so I just asked him casually. What's wrong?"
After that, she looked at Aidan and said, "Aidan, am I right?"
Aidan still nodded courteously with a smile, "Yes, it doesn't matter. Auntie, if you want to know anything about me, just ask."
His words made Natalia's hand, which was holding the chopsticks, tremble slightly. She felt so flustered and nervy, as if her heart had skipped a beat.
After hearing his words, Lanze was very happy. She smiled at him and said, "I'm a little long-winded. Please don't mind."
Aidan replied with a very mannerly smile, "I don't mind. Auntie, you look like an elder in our family. You are very kind, and I like it very much."
Hearing what he said, Lanze grinned from ear to ear.
Looking at her mother's happy look, Natalia's eyelids twitched and she felt more flustered.
Her face blushed a little. For some reason, she felt it was like that she had taken her boyfriend home to meet her mother.
However, at the thought of Aidan's attitude and identity, as well as her own identity, this idea disappeared in an instant and her heart turned so upset.
Lanze didn't know what she was thinking, but she was very satisfied with Aidan because he answered each of her questions very politely. She smiled and said, "Unlike those glib-tongued boys, you are a good boy. You haven't gotten married yet, have you?"
Aidan answered honestly, "Not yet."
Lanze smiled more happily and kept nodding, "That's so nice."
Natalia really couldn't stand her anymore. She glared at her and said, "Mom, time for meal."
Lanze was stunned. Sensing the anger in Natalia's eyes, she was a little embarrassed, and she didn't say anything.
She smiled at Aidan awkwardly, "Aidan, come on. Have a taste of the dishes cooked by me. I don't know if you'll like it."
Aidan nodded, picked up the chopsticks and began to eat.
During the meal, the atmosphere was silent and stiff. Only Lanze asked a few questions from time to time and Aidan answered her. No one said anything else.
Aidan finished eating quickly and said to them very mannerly, "I'm full. Enjoy your meal."
Lanze was a little surprised and said, "Have you had enough? Do you think the food cooked by me is not delicious?"
Aidan immediately shook his head. "No, the food is very yummy. It's just that I came out late and have eaten something in the morning, so I'm not very hungry now."
He explained seriously and didn't sound flippant, which made them feel that he was sincere.
Lanze nodded with understanding and said, "Oh, I see. Okay, as long as you're full."
After a pause, she looked at Natalia who was absent-minded, and said with a grin, "Well, since you are full, chat with Natalia for a while. I'll clean up the table."
Aidan naturally agreed with her proposal. He looked at Natalia, who was sitting opposite him.
Natalia puckered her mouth in dissatisfaction, "Mom, I'm not full yet!"
Lanze glared at her and yelled at her, "What? Look at you! You've grown fatter. Just eat less and take it as a diet! Anyway, I don't think you have any appetite. Don't force yourself. Hurry up and go to chat with Aidan. I'll clear the table."
After that, she drove Natalia out of the table.
Natalia was speechless.
At this moment, she almost felt that she was not her biological daughter.
Seeing this, Aidan was amused and said, "It doesn't matter. Let Natalia continue to eat. She is not fat and looks well-shaped. We can talk after she finishes eating."

Then she stood up and ran upstairs.
