Chapter 432 He's Calm
Soon, Clarissa was descended onto the deck. Issac reached out and grabbed her, as he quickly pointed the gun at her head.
On the small boat, Anderson calmly watched this scene.
In his earpiece, David's was briefly reporting to him. "Mr. Jordan, team one is ready, team two is ready, team three is ready, and we can take action."
Anderson's eyes were so cold that there wasn't a trace of warmth in them. He opened his lips lightly. "Be careful and don't hurt her."
"Yes sir!"
On the fishing boat, Clarissa didn't know what was going on at all. Suddenly, a gun was pointed at her head. Issac didn't look like he was in his right mind. She was so scared that she screamed, "Issac! Are you crazy?"
"You're right. I'm crazy! Oh! D*mn it! How dare you lie to me! Is there an ambush? Let's see who will win tonight!"
Clarissa's face was pale, and her neck was locked from behind. She almost couldn't breathe. "Calm down. There is no ambush! There is no one here except for the three of us..."
"Shut up!" Issac suddenly roared at her agitatedly. His eyes were red and he pressed the gun against her head a little harder.
"From now on, you are not allowed to speak! Otherwise, I will pull the trigger. Do you hear me?"
Clarissa gritted her teeth, not wanting to irritate him, she didn't say anything more.
"Anderson! ! Otherwise, I'll kill her!"
Issac shouted in Anderson's direction.
At this time, the two boats were less than 30 meters away from each other, and the river was empty, so his voice could be heard clearly.
Anderson's voice came from far away, but unexpectedly, he did not refute or deny it.
"How can I know that you will really let her go after you get the money?"
"I can kill her now!"
Issac roared in a stern voice.
Anderson was silent for a moment.
Then, he saw Anderson say something in a low voice. Soon, there were a lot of movements by the nearby fishing boats and in the water. From a distance, Issac could see that there were quite an amount of people retreating.
Those people were agile and well-trained.
Issac's face turned pale.
After looking around to make sure there was nothing unusual around, Isaac said in a harsh voice, "Come here!"
Anderson continued to row the boat to his side. Soon, he boarded the fishing boat they were on.
He was wearing a black trench coat, a shirt and trousers of the same color. He was radiating a strong aura. There were hints of graveness and coldness written all over his face.
However, his face was extremely pale.
With blood draining off his face, it looked like a piece of paper.
Clarissa's heart tightened at the sight of it.
On the other side, Anderson looked at them with no expression on his face.
"Issac! Let her go. I'll give you the money you want."
He said in a deep voice. His aura made it seem like he was in a negotiation rather than to ransom Clarissa. In other words, he seemed to be giving a charity.
After all, Issac was just a low-class punk. In his life, apart from marrying Lia which gave his life a better chance, the biggest decision he ever made would be losing that one billion dollar.
He was already afraid of Anderson previously. At this moment,
"Hold on, let him take off his jacket!" An order came from the earphone.
Issac swallowed a mouthful of saliva. He was breathing rapidly. On the other hand, Anderson was calm and composed.
"Take off your jacket!"
Anderson didn't have any expression on his face, but he complied with his request and took off his jacket. He casually threw the trench coat onto the deck as if he didn't care at all.
"Tell him to turn around." An order came through Isaac's earphones.
So Issac said again, "Turn around!"
Anderson turned around.
"Give him the computer and ask him to transfer the money!"
Issac pointed to the laptop not far away. "Transfer the money!"
Anderson walked over.
His attitude was too calm, like he was not anxious at all.
The fear and panic in Clarissa's heart gradually subsided as soon as she saw how composed he was.
Anderson picked up the laptop and placed it on a worn-out wooden table. Then, he began to transfer the money.
"Your account?" he asked calmly.
Sweat dripped down Issac's forehead. "It's in the document on the desktop."
Anderson opened the document, copied the account number in it, entered the account number, and then began to transfer the money.
After a while, he handed over the laptop to Issac and said in a low voice, "Done, take a look."
His attitude was very cooperative, and the transaction also went very smoothly, even somewhat unnaturally smooth.
Issac took a few steps forward, taking Clarissa with him to look at the laptop.
Then, he frowned slightly.
"Get the laptop closer to me. I can't see it clearly!"
"You still can't see it clearly?" Anderson pressed the space between his eyebrows and then carefully adjusted the angle of the screen. "How about this? Can you see it now?"
Issac nodded.
His gun was still pressing onto Clarissa's head, so he had nothing to worry about. He leaned forward to take a look at it.
Right at this moment.
Anderson's wrist moved. Before Issac could count the numbers on the screen, he felt a burning sensation, accompanied by intense pain in his hand.
He groaned in pain, and his hand, which was holding the gun, suddenly felt numb. The gun fell down.
In the blink of an eye, Anderson took the gun from him and grabbed his other arm. With a backhanded twist, the sound of bones breaking could be heard.
Issac let out a blood-curdling scream as his arm fell to the ground.
Clarissa was pulled into Anderson's embrace.
"Anderson! I'll kill you!"
Issac's face twisted after he had lost his hostage. After that, he went to pick up the gun on the ground.
However, Anderson reacted faster than him. Before his hand could reach out, the gun was kicked far away, and then his hand was trampled on the ground.
Anderson's eyes were cold and stern, like a grim reaper. With a cold and bloodthirsty smile at the corner of his mouth, he violently crushed his hands with his feet.
Issac's miserable shrieks immediately sounded through the night sky.
"You are the first person who dares to threaten me!"
As Anderson spoke, he exerted more force with his foot. The sound of fingers breaking could be heard.
Clarissa was so scared that she couldn't bear to look at him. She turned her head and hid in his embrace.
"Anderson! Kill me! Please kill me!"
Issac couldn't stand the pain and cried loudly.
"Oh! Death? That's too easy for you. You will have to suffer in prison for the rest of your life!"
Anderson said. With a flip of his ankle, he kicked him away.
Issac's body was kicked far away and crashed into the cabin wall.
Soon, a siren sounded. David ran over happily and said, "Mr. Jordan, the police are here!"
Anderson responded a "Yes" to him. He looked at Issac who was covering his stomach with his hands painfully. Issac could no longer fight back. He said coldly, "I'll leave him to you."
After finishing speaking, Anderson helped Clarissa untie the rope and took her in his arms, ready to leave.
