Chapter 168 I'm Just Crazy About You

Clarissa nodded and closed her eyes.
They sat on the top of the mountain and waited for a long time.
The meteor still did not appear.
Clarissa leaned on his lap and was covered by his coat. She gradually felt a little sleepy.
After the midnight, the temperature was even lower. Even though she was covered by clothes, she felt a little cold and moved closer to his arms in a daze, looking for dependence and warmth.
Anderson lowered his head and stared at Clarissa in his arms with dark and deep eyes. He caressed her hair with his rough fingertips gently and affectionately.
After a long time, it was getting light.
The first signs of the dawn appeared on the horizon. Clarissa was gently awoken.
She opened her eyes and saw Anderson's handsome face under the first rays of the morning sun. He looked so charming and attractive.
She got stunned by his charm, and then squinted happily and reached out to pinch his cheek, "It feels so good to wake up in the arms of my Prince Charming everyday."
Anderson did not stop her movements. After she stopped, he said, "It's dawn. Let's go."
Clarissa sat up and looked around. Sure enough, she saw everyone packing up and leaving with disappointment, and then scratched her hair.
"How about the shooting stars? Was there any shooting star last night?"
"No." Anderson stood up, and then reached out to help her up, "Maybe the report was wrong."
"What?"
A touch of disappointment flashed across Clarissa's face, and then she almost fell down because her legs were limp and numb.
Anderson held her in a hurry and asked, "Are your legs numb?"
"Yeah." Clarissa nodded, bent over and knocked on her numb legs.
Anderson's eyes darkened and stopped her movements. After putting on his coat, he stepped forward and squatted down in front of her.
"Come up."
Clarissa was stunned.
Looking at his broad back, she hesitated, "The mountain road is so steep, and I'll go by myself. I'll be fine after resting for a while."
"Come up!" Anderson repeated.
Clarissa bit her lip and had to got on his back gently. Anderson carried her on his back, and then walked down the mountain.
The mountain road was long and twisty, and the morning dew hadn't been dissipated. Mist coiled around the mountain. Walking on the mountain and breathing in the cold air, they were chilled to the bone.
Clarissa reached out to brush away the branches that protruded diagonally from both sides of the road and asked, "Didn't you sleep last night?"
"Yes." Anderson said.
"You must be very sleepy. How about putting me down and letting me walk by myself? We can walk slowly."
Anderson did not put her down, and continued to walk forward, saying in a deep voice, "I am not sleepy."
He was afraid that she didn't believe him, so he paused and added, "I used to stay up late when I was busy, so I'm used to it."
Seeing this, Clarissa didn't insist and just lay on his back obediently, feeling so happy and warm in heart.
"Anderson, when you are old and you can't walk anymore, I can carry you on my back. You can go wherever you want."
Anderson was amused by her childish words and said blandly, "Can you carry me on your back?"
"Of course. Although I am small, I have great strength."
"Okay, you should carry me on your back in the future."
"That's settled then."
"Okay, it's a deal."
Clarissa's heart danced with happiness, and she felt that this was the happiest thing in the world.
She hoped that she could reach old age together with Anderson. She didn't need intense love or luxurious life. As long as they could stay together for the rest of their lives healthily, this was enough.
They didn't reach the foot of the mountain until noon, and they were both hungry and thirsty.
At the foot of the mountain, there were a few restaurants with characteristics of this down, and the two randomly picked one and walked in.
After eating, they went back. Clarissa didn't sleep well last night. As soon as she got in the car, she felt tired and sleepy. After a while, she fell into a deep sleep.
When she woke up, the sunset glow was just like a picture.
Clarissa got up from the bed, rubbed her eyes, and found that it was already dusk.
The French window in the bedroom was opened, and the wind blew in. The curtain waved in the breeze, and the air was mixed with a salty and wet smell.
She got out of bed and walked towards the French window. There was a large and empty balcony outside with a dining table and two chairs.
Looking at the east, the sea was draped in a veil of mist. The sunset glow tinted the sky red and was reflected in the water, liking broken red brocade. She stretched her body on the balcony, squinted her eyes slightly, and breathed in the fresh sea air. Then she was no longer exhausted and felt hungry.
A  tantalizing aroma came from downstairs. She sniffed and her eyes lit up, and then she turned and ran towards the kitchen.
Sure enough, she found Anderson who was frying steaks in the kitchen.
Compared with his cooking skills yesterday, he looked much more skilled while frying the steaks. Hearing the sound of footsteps, he didn't turn around and said, "You have woken up!"
"Yes." Clarissa said, and leaned over to take a look. The steaks had been fried, and there were clean vegetables next to the pot. It seemed that he was going to make a salad.
"Let me help you!"
She volunteered to help him cut the vegetables. Anderson reminded her to be careful and let her do it.
After cutting the vegetables, Clarissa added some salad dressings. At this time, she smelled the aroma of the steaks and had a good appetite, "It smells good."
Anderson smiled faintly put the fried steaks on plates, and asked her to take them out.
On the breezy and broad balcony, there was a round table, two steaks, and a salad. Anderson brought out a bottle of red wine.
A simple and exquisite dinner started slowly under the sunset glow.
Clarissa picked up the knife and fork and tried to cut the steak on the plate, but Anderson had already cut the steak on his plate and put it in front of her.
She smiled sweetly, squinted slightly and ate a piece of beef. The meat was delicious and tender, and it was cooked to perfection.
While eating, she looked at Anderson.
His movements were elegant and his posture was noble. Under the glorious sunset, he looked like a handsome man in the painting and made her obsessed.
Anderson raised his eyebrows and glanced at her, "What's wrong?"
Clarissa smiled and shook her head, "Nothing, I just think you're so charming."
Her praise pleased Anderson. He smiled unconsciously and said smugly, "Of course."
"You're almost as attractive as Kayson."
"Who is Kayson?"
"The lead singer of a new band in Europe. He is very handsome."
Anderson's face darkened in an instant. He knocked on her head, "Don't be crazy about another man!"
Clarissa grinned and touched her head, "Being crazy about him is the most basic respect for a handsome guy. Understand?"
Anderson's face darkened even more.
Seeing this, Clarissa immediately changed her words, "But I'm just crazy for you."
