Chapter 543 Play With His Feelings
In fact, it was just a simple farewell between friends. But in Marty's eyes, they were kissing.
The woman who had loved him before turned around and did such a thing with another man.

Originally, Marty wanted to go to Evelyn's house to surprise her with romantic gestures. But instead, he had bumped into Jeffrey and Evelyn being lovey-dovey with each other.

"If she likes me, why did she and Jeffrey are all over each other late at night?"
Was Evelyn someone who could easily move on from one guy to another? Was she a playgirl?
With this in mind, Marty drove his car away before Jeffrey left.
Soon after, Jeffrey left Evelyn's place and returned home alone.
She still seemed to be in a bad mood.
But she still insisted on going back to rest.
Because Evelyn knew that because of her incident, the filming had been delayed for too long. So, she planned to go back to the set tomorrow.
She didn't want to delay the progress just because of her alone, so no matter how difficult was for her to fall asleep, she still forced herself to do the same.
Evelyn woke up early the next morning.
Because she didn't sleep well last night, she looked a little haggard after waking up.

"It's a wrap! Are you joining our celebration party later?"
The director ran over to ask Evelyn.

"You guys go ahead. I'm not going because I have something to deal with back home. I'm really sorry."
If it was in the past, Evelyn would have participated in the wrap party.
Although she didn't like it, she would still attend the wrap parties of the series she took part in.
But today, she rejected the director for the first time in her life.
"Why don't you go? Everyone is going today."
Evelyn shook her head.
"I really have something to do today. I have already told them about it in advance. So you guys go ahead and have fun. It's okay. I will definitely go next time. After all, I'm looking forward to us working together in the future."
Evelyn forced a smile.
