Chapter 18 Went Shopping With Him
Clarissa thought, "David?"
"Why is he here?"
Clarissa's body immediately became tense. She glanced behind David, but she didn't see Anderson.
Lliana did not know who David was. She frowned unhappily and asked, "Who are you?"
Although the shop assistant did not know David, she recognized the manager of the shopping mall behind him. She pulled Lliana's sleeve lightly and whispered a few words.
David sneered and ordered the people behind him, "There is a rule in our Jordan Group, which is never bullying customers by being powerful. You're just a small shareholder, but you dare be so arrogant and bully customers in the shop. In the long run, you will ruin the reputation of the Jordan Group."
"Kaylee, remember what Miss Duncan said today and report what she said to her father, in case he will say that we break the contract and end our cooperation with him. From now on, the Duncan Group is not allowed to invest in Revelation Square.
Kaylee was shocked and agreed in a hurry.
Lliana's expression changed in an instant.
"Are you from the Jordan Group?"
David sneered, "Miss Duncan, you finally know who I am."
"Even if you are from the Jordan Group, you can't make a decision at will!"
"Whether I can make a decision or not, it's none of your business. You just need to go back and wait. I believe that your father will definitely talk to you when he returns home tonight."
After he finished, he didn't want to talk nonsense with Lliana anymore. He walked to Clarissa and said in a low voice, "Miss Chapman, Mr. Jordan is waiting for you outside. How about..."
Clarissa's expression changed slightly as she bit her lip.
"My friend is still upstairs..."
"I'll explain to her."
Clarissa looked up at David and finally nodded.
After walking out of the shop and walking more than ten meters to the left, she saw Anderson standing there as expected.
Dressed in a black suit, he still looked reserved. His eyes were intense, and he was handsome and straight. When he stood there, he was so pleasing to the eye.
Seeing her, Anderson waved at her.
Clarissa walked over, stood a step away from him and forced a smile.
"Mr. Jordan, what a coincidence! Are you shopping here as well?"
Anderson pursed his lips and raised his hand to pull her over.
Clarissa was surprised and then lost her balance, but she was pulled into his arms. She was shocked.
"What are you doing?"
"Don't move."
Anderson reached out his hand to remove a piece of flake from her hair. His movements were gentle and very natural.
Clarissa was stunned for a moment, and her face blushed unconsciously.
She took a small step back and ran her fingers through her hair. For some reason, she did not dare look into his eyes.
"Well... thank you for sending David in to help me."
Anderson smiled and said blandly, "I found someone quarreling in the shop as I passed. Judging from the voice, I thought it was you, and it was you indeed. I have to say that we're really fated to meet each other. We can even meet while go shopping."
Clarissa was speechless.
She looked up at him and felt a little curious.
"Aren't you supposed to work at the company at this time? Why are you go shopping now?"
Anderson lied calmly, "I'm on vacation today."
"Oh, I see!"
Although Clarissa didn't know why Anderson would be on vacation on Monday, she thought that he could decide the time to rest on his own, because he was the president of his company. So, she didn't ask more.
She looked around and saw no one else, so she asked, "Are you shopping alone?"
Anderson nodded.
"Isn't that boring?"
"A little bit. Can you accompany me to go shopping later?"
Clarissa was stunned.
This question... was not easy to answer!
She forced a smile and declined, "I'm with my best friend now. I don't think... it's convenient for you to go shopping with us together!"
Anderson thought for a moment and nodded, "You're right."
He suddenly took out a black card from his pocket and put it in her palm.
"Take this."
Clarissa was stunned.
If she was not mistaken, this card should be the VIP black card of the shopping mall owned by the Jordan Group. There was a huge amount of money in this card. Most importantly, the card was the symbol of identity.
Anyone who had this card would be regarded as a member of the Jordan Group, and no one would dare look down on him wherever he went.
Clarissa opened her mouth slightly in surprise and looked at Anderson.
"You give this to me? Why?"
Anderson frowned slightly as if he was very dissatisfied with her question.
"My wife doesn't deserve to have a black card?"
Clarissa was speechless.
She really didn't know what to say.
"I haven't agreed yet..."
"We've registered our marriage." Anderson interrupted her and added seriously, "The reason why I gave you three days is because I'm afraid that you might not be able to accept the fact that you've got married. However, it doesn't mean that you can use this excuse to deny our relationship. You should understand this."
Clarissa was speechless.
At this moment, her cell phone suddenly rang.
She had to answer the phone first.
The phone was from Lauren.
"Hello, Clarissa, I heard from someone that you have left because of something urgent. What happened?"
Clarissa glanced at Anderson.
Anderson looked innocent. She could only place the blame on David and said, "Nothing. I'll be back right now. Don't worry."
"Oh, you don't have to come back. My agent called me just now and told me that I am invited to public activity. Maybe I have to go back immediately. It's good that you're all right. See you next time!"
Clarissa had no choice but to agree and then hang up the phone.
Anderson smiled brightly.
"Does your friend have to leave first?"
Clarissa stared at him with suspicion, "Mr. Jordan, did you play any tricks?"
Anderson shook his head, "Why should I play tricks just in order to go shopping with you? I'm not so bored, and I don't even know who your friend is!"
Clarissa thought about it and thought that he was right.
"Alright! Maybe this matter really has nothing to do with him." She thought.
Seeing that her face eased a lot, Anderson said with a smile, "Mrs. Jordan, may I invite you to go shopping with me now?"
Clarissa couldn't refuse him anymore when she heard that.
She said with a fake smile, "What do you want to buy?"
"Well... help me choose two sets of clothes!"
......
Clarissa had been in love once in her life, but she had never accompanied a man to buy clothes.
She didn't even go shopping with Elliot.
But she had to admit that Anderson's figure was really perfect.
His shoulders were broad and his waist narrow. He was tall and well-shaped. Most importantly, he was very handsome!
All the sales girl in the clothing store were infatuated with him. Their face blushed and they were very excited. They were obsessed with Anderson's charm.
"Oh my god! Who is this man? He's so handsome! I really want to marry him!"
Clarissa sat there speechlessly. Every time Anderson changed his clothes and came out of the fitting room, she nodded.
She kept praising him when he came out.
After a while, she found that there were no clothes that Anderson didn't fit.
No matter what kind of style the clothes was, when he wore it, he looked so charming. He looked either handsome or elegant.
In short, if Anderson was a model or an actor the entertainment circle, he must be the most popular one.
She could not help but sigh.
She thought, "He is not only rich, but also so handsome!"
"He is handsome but he doesn't work as an actor. It is a waste of his perfect face!"
Clarissa began to fantasize again. She thought, "If Anderson is an actor in my company, I can't imagine how popular he will be! He will definitely become my most valuable money-spinner!"
