Chapter 1084 Ruby and Moon

Anne rolled her eyes.
"Don't you know that all newborn babies are small? You were this small when you were young."
When Marf heard this, he became more shocked.
Although he was intelligent, he was still young, and he was yet to learn some general knowledge.
Besides, he lacked of life experience.
Therefore, to him, it was surprising that there was such a small child in this world.
As for Anne, she was there when Marf was newly born. So, she knew it.
While clinging on the cradle, Anne and Marf kept staring at the twins with interest.
Out of curiosity, Marf even poked his younger sister's face. When he felt the incredibly soft sensation of her skin, he was so surprised that he immediately withdrew his hand.
With that, the baby twitched her lips in dissatisfaction. It seemed like she was going to cry, but she was too drowsy. Hence, she continued to sleep.
For a while, Anne and Marf looked at her before being called over by Clarissa.
"Alright, you two. Let them get some sleep and play over here!"
Upon hearing that, they obediently walked to Clarissa's side and sat down.
When Clarissa saw how docile the two of them were, she was extremely contented.
Just then, Anne asked.
"Mommy, have you decided on their names?"
After hearing that question, Clarissa was puzzled. She realized that she hadn't even come up with a name because the twins were born in a hurry.
Then, she shook her head. "Nope. Any idea?"
Instantaneously, Anne's eyes lit up, and she volunteered, "Why don't I name them?"
Before she could finish her words, she was interrupted by Anderson, who had just entered the room.
"In your dreams. I am the one who is supposed to name them."
Because Anne was born in a special situation, Matteo had directly named her Anne, which meant favor. Matteo hoped that God would favor her and let her grow up in peace.
On the other hand, when Marf was born, Carlos was the one who named him.
So, even though Anderson had two children, he hadn't had the chance to name his own children.
This time, when the twins were born, Carlos didn't interfere.
As this was a good chance for Anderson, he clearly would not miss it.
Upon hearing what Anderson said, Anne twitched her lips, looking upset.
When Clarissa saw that, she felt amused. Even so, she didn't want to disappoint Anne, so she suggested, "How about letting your father name them, and you come up with their nicknames?"
Once again, Anne's eyes glimmered.
"That sounds cool! I'll give them their nicknames then."
The quick-witted Anne knew that she wouldn't win over her father, so she accepted the suggestion.
However, right at this moment, Marf chimed in.
"Me too! Me too! I want to give them a name too!"
Normally, Anne would yield to him, but not this time because it wasn't easy for her to get this chance.
"No! I'm the one who said it first. You didn't say it, so you've lost this opportunity."
Usually, Marf was also nice to deal with, but this time, it was about the twins, so he refused to give in too.
"Why can't I? I want to name them too! If not, they won't like me in the future."
As he spoke, he pouted sadly, which made everyone burst into laughter.
Seeing that the two children were about to fight, Clarissa quickly tried to smooth things over. "All right! All right! How about this? Anne comes up with the boy's nickname, while Marf comes up with the girl's."
"One for each of you. Fair and just. So, stop fighting, okay?"
Hearing that, the two children looked at each other.
As soon as Anne saw Marf's pleading gaze, her heart softened.
Therefore, she gave in.
With that, she let out a snort and uttered, "Well, since that's the case, I'll give you the opportunity."
Only then, Marf cheered. He hugged and kissed Anne.
"Thank you, Anne."
After the discussion, the two children sat in a corner to think of a nickname.
At the same time, Anderson took out a small notebook and walked to Clarissa.
Originally, he was staring at the kids with a serious expression. However, at the sight of Clarissa, he immediately changed his expression.
While grinning, he said, "Honey, these are the names that I've come up with. Which one do you like?"
Clarissa took the notebook over and looked at it.
On the list, there were more than a dozen names. Each of them sounded pleasant and had a special meaning.
In the end, she pointed at two of them.
"I'll choose these two."
Right away, Anderson stretched his neck and looked at her choices. One was Kai Jordan, and the other was Khloe Jordan.
Both of the names sounded domineering.
Feeling elated, he held her face and kissed her.
"Honey, we share the same thoughts. I like these two the most too."
The name Kai was not that bad. As for the name Khloe, he felt that it sounded common at first.
Nevertheless, as he thought about it, this name had a nice meaning—green shoot on a flower.
When there was a green shoot on a flower, that meant it was blooming. To him, Khloe would definitely bloom with beauty and success in the future.
After he and Clarissa decided on the names, he showed the names to Carlos and Matteo.
Carlos and Matteo were also satisfied with the names, so the twins' names were set.
Soon, Anne and Marf also came up with the twins' nicknames.
Kai had a red mole on his ear, which looked like a small ruby.
Thus, Anne gave him a nickname called Little Ruby.
As for Khloe, her eyes were curved like the moon, so her nickname was Little Moon.
Little Ruby and Little Moon. Both sounded quite good.
Clarissa was satisfied.
After they were done naming the twins, Robert and Sierra came.
Sierra had specially prepared some nourishing vegetable juice for Clarissa using Robert's recipe. This juice was not only packed with vitamins, but it could also boost her immune system and cultivate her spirit.
As soon as they entered the room, they chirped, "It's so lively in here. What are you guys talking about?"
Looking jolly, Clarissa told Sierra about the twins' names, and Sierra's eyes sparkled.
"Those are good names, and they sounded nice."
Satisfied, Clarissa beamed. Just then, Anderson stood up.
"Mom, please have a seat here. This place is closer to Clarissa. It will be more convenient for you to talk."
Although he wanted to spend twenty-four hours with Clarissa, he knew that she and Sierra had a lot to talk about.
Upon hearing what he said, Sierra accepted his kindness and directly sat down.
