Chapter 66 Apologize To Her

"Why could it be impossible? Apologize to Mr. Jordan and Miss Chapman in a hurry!"
Millie came to sense.
Although she hated Clarissa so much and was unwilling to apologize, she knew that Anderson was not someone she could afford to offend.
So, she said unwillingly, "I'm sorry, Mr. Jordan."
Anderson raised his eyebrows.
"I don't feel the sincerity of your apology."
Millie clenched her fingers tightly.
It was her first time to see Anderson, the outstanding and noble man. But she was humiliated in front of Clarissa.
A strong sense of unwillingness and resentment welled up in her heart. However, when she saw Anderson's cold eyes, she suppressed them all.
She took a deep breath and said again, "I'm sorry, Mr. Jordan. It's my fault."
"Whom are you apologizing to?"
"You..." Millie reacted and looked at Clarissa unwillingly, "I'm sorry, Miss Chapman."
Clarissa smiled.
"What did you say? I didn't hear you. Please say it louder."
Millie was speechless.
Anderson smiled with joy.
He held Clarissa's hand with a look of approval, "Mm, I think so too."
Millie was helpless. She was angry but she didn't dare lose her temper. Finally, she could only raise her voice.
"I'm sorry, Clarissa. I was wrong. I apologize to you."
Clarissa laughed happily.
"That's right!"
She touched her own face. Compared with Millie's swollen cheeks, although she felt a burning pain in her right face, she was no longer angry in her heart.
"All right, let's go!"
Clarissa held Anderson's hand and said.
Anderson looked at her and said, "You want to let her go just like this?"
"Yes, if you're bitten by a mad dog, you can only beat it. Do you really want to argue with a dog?"
Anderson was amused by her words.
"Okay. It's up to you."
They walked out hand in hand.
Behind them, Hunter was slightly shocked when he saw this.
Everyone knew that Anderson had never had a woman by his side, and he had never heard any rumors about Anderson in the past few years.
He didn't expect that Anderson would be together with Clarissa!
Seeing that Hunter was staring at the back of Anderson and Clarissa, Millie pushed his arm discontentedly.
"What are you looking at?"
Hunter came to sense.
"Oh, nothing."
Millie said unwillingly, "Clarissa is really a b*tch! Back then, she seduced Elliot, and now she has actually become Anderson's girlfriend. What a shameless b*tch!"
Hearing her cursing Clarissa, Hunter's face changed.
When he looked at her again, there was a hint of disgust and impatience in his eyes.
Millie also seemed to realize that she had lost her composure that day.
She thought, "It is all Clarissa's fault. If she didn't provoke me on purpose, how could I act like this in front of Hunter?"
She showed an aggrieved expression quickly and pulled Hunter's sleeve like a spoiled child.
"Hunter, my face hurts so much. Take me to the hospital now! I'm afraid that my face will be ruined."
Hunter said in a deep voice, "I'm busy tonight, so I don't have time to go to the hospital with you. Take this card and go by yourself!"
As he spoke, he took out a bank card from his pocket and handed it to her. Then, he turned around and left.
Millie was stunned, and then she went off the deep end.
"What does Hunter mean?" She thought.
If it weren't for the fact that he was the only son of the Brown Family and her families really wanted her to be with him, how could she be with him?
Now that she was bullied, he actually gave her a bank card and left directly!
She rushed out angrily, only to see that Hunter had already got in the car and drove away mercilessly.
She was so angry that she threw the bank card in her hand.
"Get out! You are a coward! I was slapped but you didn't even dare speak for me! Stay away from me and don't let me see you again!"
......
On the other side, Clarissa and Anderson got on the car together.
"Mr. Jordan, where are you going?"
Anderson looked at Clarissa's face and frowned slightly, "Go to the hospital first."
"Okay."
Clarissa was stunned and said in a hurry, "No, I'm fine. There's no need to go to the hospital."
"You're not allowed to speak."
Anderson didn't allow her to refuse him. Clarissa had no choice but to shut up when she heard Anderson's words.
Anderson held her face again and looked at it carefully.
Her tender and white face was slightly swollen at this time, and there were five clear red marks on it.
His eyes turned much colder.
"You did a good job today. But when you meet this kind of crazy women next time, don't beat her yourself. You should call me. Understand?"
Clarissa looked at him and said, "Millie is just an unreasonable woman. She used to bully other female classmates in high school. I didn't expect to meet her here today. Hiss!"
The wound on her face was touched by Anderson's finger, and she groaned in pain.
Anderson had no choice but to let go of her. Clarissa added, "You've taken revenge for me just now. She only slapped me once, but I slapped her twice. I didn't suffer any losses, so don't be angry."
Anderson sneered.
"She's not qualified to make me angry! I'm just angry with you. Why didn't you call me when such a thing happened? I found you in time today. If I didn't go there in time, what if the vase really hit you?"
Clarissa blinked her eyes.
"She couldn't hit me. I would be careful."
Anderson sneered.
He didn't say anything else.
He turned to look at the bag next to him and saw the scarf inside, and his eyes darkened a little.
"What is this?"
"Oh, I bought it for you."
Clarissa took out the scarf while speaking, "I wanted to buy it secretly and give it to you on Christmas, but it seems that I can't keep it a secret anymore. Millie ruined my plan, so you'd better receive my gift now!"
Anderson looked at the fine scarf in front of him.
He looked at Clarissa and asked, "Did you choose it for me specially?"
Clarissa nodded and looked at him expectantly, "What do you think? Do you like it?"
Anderson smiled and said, "I like it."
"Then I'll wear it for you!"
"Alright."
Anderson bent slightly. Clarissa put the scarf around his neck and made a popular shape.
After that, she looked at him carefully.
Anderson happened to wear a knitted sweater and a black cashmere jacket, and the scarf matched his clothes perfectly.
"Am I good-looking?" Anderson asked.
Clarissa nodded with a smile, "Yes, you're very handsome."
"Thank you, dear."
"You're welcome."
In the driver's seat, David said in his heart.
"It's fine that you show off your love in front of me."
"But, Mr. Jordan, how can you say something against your heart just to make Mrs. Jordan happy?"
He had been working with Anderson for a long time, and he knew that Anderson never wore a high-collared sweater or a scarf.
Maybe this was the power of love...
The car soon arrived at the hospital.
Anderson asked the doctor to apply ointment to Clarissa's face, and then he walked out of the doctor's office.
He stood in the corridor and made a phone call.
"Within a week, I want the Watts family to disappear in Visstead!"
When he said this, his handsome face was no longer as gentle as what he looked like when he was with Clarissa just now. Instead, his face was cold-blooded and ruthless.
After saying that, he hung up the phone.
Looking down at the scarf around his neck, after a while, he smiled with satisfaction.
