Chapter 111 Let Him Find Another Woman

"Cecily, are you all right? Do you feel unwell?"

Aurelie could only hear rustling sounds from inside, and Cecily's voice wasn't very clear, so she leaned her ear closer to the door.

Cecily bit her lower lip hard, took a deep breath, and replied to the outside, "No... I'm fine, you go first... um..."

While she was halfway through speaking with Aurelie, this ruffian mostly removed her clothes.

"What are you doing exactly?" Cecily looked up at Darian fiercely, but even though she was furious, she didn't dare raise her voice.

"I've already told you," Darian said, moving closer to her, his breath mixed with a faint scent of alcohol, intoxicating to the smell.

Cecily felt both ashamed and annoyed. She raised her hand to cover Darian's presumptuous lips.

The warmth of her palm against his lips made her subconsciously withdraw her hand.

In the current situation, Cecily's mind was all muddled. Her only plan was to get rid of Aurelie first, then deal with Darian.

"Cecily? I can't hear what you're saying..."

Cecily bit her lower lip tightly. Darian was not willing to let her go, his strong arms confined her, and she was kissed without any chance of escape.

Cecily didn't dare make a sound because every time she attempted to talk, the man bit her maliciously, making her sound exceedingly suggestive.

Cecily glared at Darian with all her might, growling lowly, "You've had enough."

"Do you want your best friend to see us like this?"

Cecily desperately clutched the clothes on her body. Of course, she didn't want that. Darian might be shameless, but she had her dignity.

"What do I need to do for you to let me go?"

"Kiss me."

Cecily narrowed her eyes and pursed her lips.

“Unwilling?” Darian let out a cold laugh. “Then why are we even talking?”

“You’re just a thug.”

Darian raised one eyebrow and chuckled dismissively. “And then? Do you like me?”

“I hate you.”

The tall and muscular man paused, his dark eyes narrowing dangerously. He gave a mocking smile, his lips curling with irony. “No matter, I have plenty of ways to make you fall in love with me. Are you going to kiss me or not?”

Cecily’s eyes turned red with anger.

This madman.

Seeing that she made no move, Darian leaned in, lifted her chin, and forcibly pried open her lips, kissing her evasive mouth with a tangled play of tongues.

Darian acted as if he had tasted something sweet and was unwilling to let go.

Cecily’s breath became increasingly disordered. Struggling had drained most of her strength, and she felt utterly helpless in front of this powerful man.

Without a fight left in her, he became even more brazen, taking everything from her without any hesitation.

The kiss was desperate and dominating as if he had lost all reason.

It wasn't until Darian’s kisses trailed down her neck and further that Cecily snapped back to reality, pushing his face away with her hand. Her voice kept low, “Don’t… Darian, please.”

“Hmm, ‘please’ me,” Darian’s voice was sultry and husky as if its sweetness could be suffocating.

“Cecily, what the hell is going on? You’re killing me here. Can I come in?”

“No...” Cecily hurriedly said, “My stomach... it hurts a little. Can you get me some antacid from outside?”

“Stomachache? Did you eat something bad?”

“Yeah.”

“Okay, I’ll go make you some antacid.”

“Thank you.” Cecily voiced her gratitude with the quickness of someone eager to end the conversation and managed to send Aurelie away. When she turned back, she saw Darian’s eyes clouded with a thick haze of desire.

Cecily’s heart trembled uncontrollably. “What’s gotten into you tonight? Are you drunk?”

Darian moved closer, pressing her body toward his.

“Cecily,” he murmured, his voice deep and captivating. Cecily’s eyes flickered, her hand against his chest tightening slightly.

“Why would you have a child with someone else? Hmm?”

Cecily felt her heart quiver slightly.

She realized that he believed what Elysia and the others had said and misunderstood, thinking that another man was fathering her child.

A flash of panic crossed Cecily's eyes.

"I only have one child, and that child is with you."

"Is that so?" He chuckled softly with an enigmatic expression. Cecily watched as a coldness slowly enveloped his gaze, a chill that inexplicably made her own heart race with fear.

"But that child isn't mine, is it? Cecily, why were you so foolish back then? Why did you drink Ophelia's alcohol? Why did you go into another man's room? Why did you have a child with another man? Why isn't Rowan my child?"

Cecily gave a bitter smile, thinking to herself that the child was indeed his.

Darian stared at her, then smirked. "It doesn't matter. You'll just have to bear a child that truly belongs to us."

Cecily's heart trembled. Darian's words were alarmingly serious and didn't seem like a joke.

However, Cecily thought of the moment he was embracing Ophelia and now was pressuring her to bear his child.

A sardonic smile curved Cecily's lips – he must relish in a life of polygamy, surrounded by multiple lovers.

She looked up at him, "What? Can't Ophelia bear you a child?"

Darian's brows knitted together tightly.

"If you really want a child, go to Ophelia. She's your fiancée, or find another woman. With your status, there are plenty of women willing to bear your child, but I, Cecily, am not willing."

He was the one who had forcibly given her the abortion pill.

Whether he just wanted to punish her or indeed wanted to terminate her pregnancy didn't matter.

He had done it.

Cecily refused to face another accident one day and go through that ordeal again.

That night, the pain and despair had been too much to bear.

Darian's tall, sturdy frame stiffened abruptly.

He glared at her with eyes that had once been filled with desire but now carried a chilling coldness, "What did you say? Repeat what you just said!"

Cecily clenched her fists and looked straight into Darian's eyes, unflinching, "Darian, I said I'm not willing to bear your child. If you want children, go to Ophelia or any other woman willing to bear them for you."

"Willing to have a child for another man, but not for me?" Cecily didn't care what he was thinking. She just wanted him to leave. "Yes, for anyone else, but I don't want to for you."

The light in Darian's eyes dimmed bit by bit as immense anger filled his chest.

Fine!

Just fine!

She was telling him to go find another woman, saying it was okay to have a child with any other man but not him.

Fine.

Darian clenched his fists so tightly that the sound of his knuckles cracking was almost eerie.

The next second, he raised his hand.

A fierce punch zoomed through the air, but Cecily looked straight into Darian's eyes, unflinching.

With a loud crash, Darian's fist smashed the mirror behind Cecily to pieces.

Cecily's pupils shivered slightly.

Suppressing his rage, Darian placed his hand on the back of Cecily's neck, his thin lips coldly whispered in her ear, "Cecily, well done. I will absolutely not come looking for you again."

Cecily replied, "Remember what you said."

Darian let her go without saying anything and stormed out. Slamming the door behind him.

Cecily's entire tensed body relaxed as Darian left, slowly sliding down until she was slumped on the floor.

Outside, the sound of a glass shattering rang out. Aurelie saw Darian storming out of the bathroom, fuming with rage, and she nearly thought she was dreaming.

"Why... why... why are you here?"

Darian didn't bother answering her. His fury carried him as he stormed out the door.

Aurelie, not minding the glass she had accidentally broken, hurried to the bathroom, only to find Cecily collapsed on the floor, hugging her knees tightly to herself.

"Cecily?" Aurelie quickly squatted beside Cecily, her brow furrowed with urgent concern, "What was Darian doing here? Did you... Did you just have a confrontation with him? Did he... Holy crap..."
