Chapter 180 Ophelia Jumped off in Grief
Darian was even more angry. This heartless woman truly didn't know how to care for others.
Cecily pursed her lips and felt a bit helpless. "What else can I do?"
Before Darian could speak, Cecily's phone rang. She answered the call from Griffin, who was with Rowan at the hospital. "Hello, Griffin."
"Mommy, are you coming back?"
"Yeah, Mommy will be back soon. What's wrong?"
"Two uncles came to see Rowan."
"Two uncles?" Cecily hesitated for a moment. "Okay, mommy will be back soon."
Cecily hung up the phone. "Since you don't want to buy the cream, let's go back to the hospital. People are coming to see Rowan. There can't be no adults in the ward."
Darian remained silent as the car turned at the intersection and headed toward the hospital.
Back in the hospital room, when Cecily pushed the door open, she saw Hayden and Declan inside.
"Mommy, Daddy," Cecily said.
"Darian, Cecily," said Hayden.
Darian glanced lightly at the people in the room and nodded slightly.
"Oh my, Darian, what happened to your face? Who beat you?" Hayden and Declan immediately rushed to Darian's side.
It was unbelievable that Darian had actually been beaten.
Darian glanced at the two of them, and they quickly wiped the smile off their faces.
"Darian, we came to see Rowan. Who was the one who tried to hurt Rowan?" Hayden asked, getting down to business.
Darian replied coldly, "Ophelia."
"Ophelia?" Hayden and Declan were not surprised.
Only she could do something like this.
"But..." Hayden and Declan looked back at the two little kids and pulled Darian to the side surreptitiously.
Darian frowned slightly.
Cecily poured a glass of coffee for the two of them. "Here, have some coffee, Hayden and Declan."
They immediately stopped acting sneaky and thanked Cecily repeatedly. "Thank you, Cecily."
Cecily nodded slightly and decided to walk away since they had something to discuss with Darian.
"Mama," Griffin pulled Cecily over and glanced at Hayden and Declan. "Those two uncles are strange."
Cecily sat down next to Griffin. "Why do you think they're strange?"
"Well...they have a strong capacity for acceptance.." Griffin could only say that.
When those two strange uncles arrived earlier, they stared at him and his brother like they had discovered aliens. After a few seconds of shock, they quickly accepted the fact that they were identical twin brothers.
Meanwhile, Hayden and Declan surrounded Darian, with Hayden asking, "Darian, how did this kid suddenly turn into two?"
Lowering his voice, Declan asked, "Yeah, and the other kid who supposedly died back then is actually alive. It scared me when I saw him just now."
Darian remained silent.
Hayden said, "Darian, what will happen next? What about the two sons? What if their biological father comes looking for them, and your wife goes with him?"
Darian furrowed his brows deeply, and a fierce wave suddenly welled up in his eyes.
When Darian's gaze swept toward him, Hayden felt a chill down his spine and quickly said,
"You don't look at me like that. I'm stating the facts. If their real dad shows up, he will certainly take the child back. Cecily also has two children with that man. What if she ends up being with him for the sake of giving the children a complete family?" Hayden spoke matter-of-factly, leaving room for the possibility.
Darian gritted his teeth, his eyes filled with more coldness. The thought of Cecily becoming someone else's wife with their child stirred up an uncontrollable anger deep within Darian.
"Darian, if you don't make a move soon, your wife will belong to someone else."
Cecily watched the three tall men whispering in the corner.

Larkin was very efficient in his work. The news of the cancellation of the engagement between Fitzgerald's Family and the Flores Family spread quickly, causing quite a stir.
Hayden looked at the latest announcement from Fitzgerald's Group on his phone and exclaimed, "Damn, Darian, this speed is impressive."

As soon as Declan finished speaking, someone suddenly shouted from outside the door, "Someone jumped off the roof."

"It seems to be the patient in the VIP ward in front."

The patient in the VIP ward in front? Wasn't that Ophelia?
The next second, Tabitha burst through the door and rushed to Darian, "Darian, please go save Ophelia. She can't handle the stress and wants to commit suicide. I'm begging you, for the sake of our past relationship, to go talk to her."

Tears streaked down Tabitha's face as she looked at Darian, her eyes filled with worry.

Declan raised an eyebrow and remarked sarcastically, "Is that so? Who was the first person to leave the country after Darian's car accident eight years ago? Wasn't it your daughter?"
Tabitha cried, "It's not like that. Ophelia had her reasons back then..."
"Reasons? What reasons? You've been using these two words for eight years, and yet you still haven't revealed what these reasons are. Doesn't Miss Ophelia find it ridiculous?" Hayden said.
Their words left her speechless. Tabitha's face turned dark and unpleasant.
In the end, she could only look hopefully at Darian, hoping that he still had some bit of mercy left.
But Darian's eyes were cold and emotionless. He said without any sentiment, "Is it fun to act like this?"
"What? What do you mean?" Tabitha was puzzled.
Darian's voice was chilly. "She had a leg injury, so how did she manage to get up to the rooftop? If she wanted to die, she could have jumped directly from the hospital window. If she wanted to make a scene and let Owen know, she could have jumped in front of him."
