Chapter 226 Darian Loses Control
"So, do you agree?" Cecily looked at Darian nervously, hoping for a positive response.
"Even if I agree, my grandfather won't," Darian replied calmly.
"That's not your concern," Cecily insisted.
"All right," Darian nodded. "Then I'm doomed. Your bargaining chip is useless," Darian said, his voice gentle.
Cecily was infuriated. Only he could say such things. Darian chuckled softly, ruffling her hair. He wouldn't let her leave him again.
Cecily swatted his hand away, "Stop it, you're making me bald." She and Darian were indeed quarrelsome lovers.
Darian's face softened as he watched her vivid expressions. At least now, she could smile, get angry, and show her temper. That was good. Even if she didn't agree to remarry now, it didn't matter. Darian could wait. The future was long, and he believed she would change her mind.
He bent down and embraced his woman. Cecily suddenly felt a warm breath in her ear. He held her and whispered, "Think about it. Your goal is Griffin and Rowan, and mine is to remarry you. If we remarry, you can see them every day. So, remarrying can solve all our problems." He made sense, and his voice was alluring.
Cecily put her hand on his shoulder and forced a fake smile, "I decline, thank you."
Darian felt the urge to kiss her as he looked at her beautiful red lips. But the thought of him kissing someone else made his face darken instantly. He felt dirty and repulsed himself. He couldn't bring himself to kiss her again.
Cecily saw his heated expression and knew his intention. She raised her hand and pressed it against his mouth, "If you kiss me again, I'll bite you to death."
"What?" Darian frowned slightly. He thought about the location showing that Griffin and Rowan had been to the club. They should have been with Cecily at that time. So, Cecily also went to the club. Did she go to see him?
"You came to see me before, right?" Cecily lightly furrowed her brows. "Otherwise, who were you hugging and kissing when you were drunk?"
Darian stared at her. His sexy Adam's apple rolled, and then he let out a pleased chuckle. So, he wasn't dreaming at that time, and he didn't kiss anyone else. He kissed her!
Cecily was puzzled as she looked at the sudden smile on Darian's face, "What are you laughing at..." His kiss cut off her words. Cecily didn't expect him to kiss her suddenly, so she was shocked and widened her eyes.
He held her slender waist with one hand and pressed the back of her head with the other, kissing her fiercely. Cecily knew she couldn't push him away, so she bit his invading tongue directly. Soon, a bloody taste spread in their mouths.
At that moment, Darian didn't care about anything. He seemed not to feel any pain and was unwilling to leave. "Knock, knock." Two knocks sounded.
Outside, Griffin and Aurelie were like two geckos, tightly pressed against the door, listening to what was happening inside. Rowan looked a bit helpless at the scene.
"Why is it suddenly quiet?" Griffin was puzzled. The waiter who was serving the dishes had already lined up three or four. If the people inside didn't finish their conversation, they would have to eat outside.
Cecily was afraid that someone outside would push the door open, so she kept pushing the man's chest. But Darian completely ignored her actions. He directly lifted her up. Cecily was so scared that she almost screamed. There were people outside, and Cecily didn't dare to call out. She could only stare angrily at Darian. She bit his tongue until it bled, but he seemed not to feel any pain.
Darian held her and opened the door of the private room. This private room was connected to another one. The next private room was empty. Darian pressed her against the door. His passionate kiss landed on her again.
And outside, after a few people knocked on the door, they waited for a few minutes, but they still didn't hear any sound inside. Aurelie was afraid that the two of them would get too excited and something unspeakable would happen inside. So she looked at the waiter and said, "It seems that the next private room is not reserved. Can I switch to the next one?"
"I can pay more," Aurelie added. The waiter thought for a moment and nodded, "Sure." So the waiter carried the dishes to the next private room.
Griffin quietly opened the door a little and looked inside. But he didn't see Cecily and Darian. So he walked in directly, "Where did Daddy and Mommy go?"
Aurelie, "Aren't they inside?"
"They're not." Aurelie hesitated. She thought that this private room was connected to the other one. So she quickly went to stop the waiter, "Wait, I won't switch. I'll stay in this one, thank you." Aurelie felt a little scared afterward. That was close! It would have been embarrassing.
Rowan and Griffin looked at the empty private room, scratching their heads, and asked in confusion, "Where are Daddy and Mommy?" Aurelie said awkwardly, "They..."
"They went to eat."
"Don't they eat with us?" Aurelie smiled awkwardly, "We sit at one table, and they sit at another."
And at this moment, in the adjacent private room, Darian kissed Cecily until her face turned red. It was as if the emotions accumulated over the past two months were all poured into this kiss. Darian didn't want to let her go, and she couldn't resist Darian's affectionate kiss. So, she gradually gave in. His nose gently rubbed against her smooth cheek.
