Chapter 605 Chloe, in your eyes, am I that kind of person?
Chloe hesitantly spoke, "Did you make James do this on purpose?"
Chloe remembered that when they were at the hospital, she felt that if James continued like this, Donovan would set more traps for him, making him do bigger things until James cornered himself.

"Tomorrow!"
"Then tomorrow..." Before Chloe could finish saying "Then see you tomorrow," Donovan hung up the phone.
Donovan was very angry.
Chloe muttered on the other end, "If not, then not. Anyway, it's not like you haven't done this kind of thing before."
Wasn't the incident with Paisley and Janet orchestrated by Donovan back then?
Charles saw how angry Donovan was and asked him, "What's wrong?"
"Chloe said I induced James to do this." Donovan sat on the couch and casually lit a cigarette.
"Maybe you just gave her that impression." Charles smiled, "Have you two made up? Gotten remarried?"
"Remarriage is just a formality, not that important," Donovan said indifferently. As he smoked, he squinted his eyes, thinking about Chloe deceiving him, thinking about how Chloe saw him as that kind of person.
"Thinking about Chloe again?" Charles asked him.
"Yes, thinking about her." Donovan teased, "Tomorrow, keep an eye on the reviews and monitor the recent public opinion."
"No problem, that's what I was thinking. You two are together every day now, what else is there to think about?" Charles persisted, returning to the previous topic.
"Thinking about things in bed, really want it." Donovan said, "While you're here, no media interviews are allowed. Keep this matter under control, and stay here for a week."
Charles: "So you're going back?"
"With you here, of course, I'm going back," Donovan said.
The next day, Donovan returned to Maple Valley. On the way, as he drove, he thought: Chloe is something, daring to deceive him!
Pregnancy, miscarriage, and heavy bleeding were all complete lies!
Thinking of this, Donovan sped up.
When he got home, it was seven in the evening. Earlier, Chloe had called Donovan, asking if he would be back for dinner. Donovan said not to wait for him.
"Are you not coming back tonight? Is the situation over there very serious?" Chloe asked him on the phone.
There wasn't a single media report on this matter; all of Chloe's information came from Donovan.
"I'm not coming back for dinner, but I'll be back to sleep. Wait for me."
Donovan had been away for so long and had encountered such a big issue, so naturally, Chloe was anxious.
So, after dinner, Chloe sat on the couch waiting for him.
Donovan finally returned, looking travel-worn. As soon as he walked in the door, he said to Chloe, "Upstairs."
Chloe obediently followed him upstairs.
