Chapter 106 Ryan Discovered the Affairs between Xavier and Grace

How come what Grace said was identical to what Xavier said?
"It's all because of you!" Ryan wouldn't tell Grace that he had also been kicked out by Xavier.
Grace was happily drinking coffee here, but as soon as Ryan arrived, the coffee was not tasty. She stood up, intending to leave.
Ryan suddenly grabbed her wrist. "Where are you going?"
Grace bumped against the chair with Ryan's action, making her waist sore and weak, almost unable to sit back down.
Ryan also noticed and asked, "Is your waist hurting?"
Grace felt nervous instantly.
Ryan was experienced in this regard; he had no idea how many women he had been with. Could he tell?
"No," Grace denied.
"How is it possible that it's not hurting?" Ryan said, reaching out and pinching Grace's waist directly.
Grace gasped; her already uncomfortable waist felt even worse with Ryan's touch.
"What are you doing, Ryan!" Grace quickly stepped back, putting some distance between her and Ryan.
With his hand empty, Ryan suddenly felt something was off, and even his heart felt empty. He had just touched Grace's waist, and it seemed quite soft.
But Ryan quickly dismissed his thoughts; Grace wasn't fat, her figure was decent, but there were plenty of beautiful women with better figures than Grace.
"Why are you reacting so strongly when I haven't done anything to you?" Ryan was also not pleased.
"Is this from last night?" Ryan continued mockingly.
With each word Ryan spoke, Grace felt like he knew something.
She bit her lip tightly, wondering what Ryan meant. She thought, 'Did he know what happened between me and Xavier last night?'
Then, Grace heard Ryan say, "You slept in the car last night, right? It's strange you found it comfortable to sleep in!"
Ryan's car, worth several million dollars, was uncomfortable even for him to sleep in. While Grace, with a sore back and aching waist, would found it even more unbearable after spending the night in that old car.
Grace breathed a sigh of relief; fortunately, Ryan didn't think in that direction.
"It's none of your business!" Grace turned around directly, ready to leave.
Ryan followed. "Where are you going? Let me tell you, I'm showing you respect now. Let's go find that waiter together and have him open the door for us."
Ryan kept saying, "I'll take a loss; we can sleep together tonight, and I won't kick you out. How about that?"
Grace remained silent as Ryan continued, "Grace, what do you mean? I haven't looked down on you. Did you complain to my dad about something, and that's why he had me thrown out?"
"Ryan, what are you trying to do?" Grace felt like Ryan was buzzing around her like a hornet, annoying and hard to drive away.
Feeling helpless, Grace picked up her phone and sent a message to Xavier: [Mr. Montgomery, could you please keep an eye on Ryan? If he's truly that idle, I can hook him up with a job.]
Grace had never complained before, but since Ryan suspected her, she might as well go ahead and do it.
However, she wouldn't complain to Patrick; it would be Xavier.
Clearly, Grace's complaint would be more effective with Xavier.
Soon enough, Ryan was called away by a phone call.
"How could this happen? My dad probably doesn't know yet; please don't tell him!" Ryan was perplexed.
Although Grace didn't know what was going on, and Xavier hadn't replied, she was sure it was Xavier.
After leaving, Grace went to her residence to retrieve her belongings and messaged Xavier about the situation.
Xavier simply replied: [Okay.]
As Grace left with her suitcase, she saw the staff member who had brought her here yesterday.
"Ms. Lewis, we have other spare rooms here; shall I take you there?"
Grace was wary of any traps; it wouldn't be decent if something like yesterday happened again.
"Thank you, no need," Grace decided to temporarily stay in her car and put her luggage there.
"It's arranged by Mr. Montgomery," the staff member said.
Grace couldn't confirm if it was Xavier; she asked, "Mr. Montgomery? Patrick Montgomery?"
"No, Mr. Montgomery said if you don't like it here, he'll arrange another room for you. You can stay wherever you want."
Indeed, it was Xavier.
"Tell Mr. Montgomery I don't need it," Grace said.
"Ms. Lewis, please don't make it difficult for me; this is the Boss's arrangement."
"Boss?" Grace was confused.
Why call Xavier the Boss?
In an instant, Grace understood, "Mr. Montgomery is your leader?"
The staff wasn't an ordinary employee; his badge read Manager, indicating a certain level of authority.
Grace realized that Xavier's presence here wasn't due to his prestigious status but because the entire resort was Xavier's property.
Although she had seen that the resort developer wasn't DG, it was likely that Xavier's holdings were far more extensive than she had imagined. He owned not just the DG Group but much more.
The manager didn't reply, but the answer was obvious. "Ms. Lewis, this way please."
Grace followed the manager to another room.
The hotel indeed had no vacant rooms last night, but Xavier had prepared a room for Grace effortlessly.
In the new room, located closer to the mountains, it was serene.
Grace quite liked this room; upon entering, there was a subtle fragrance, like the scent of orchids.
Grace thanked Xavier and had a chat with Angela for a while.
She didn't go out again until evening.
When Ryan returned after taking the call, he found Grace had disappeared again.
Heading to the room, he noticed the door was open.
Ryan quickly entered to freshen up, even checked his breath; he didn't have bad breath.
Having finished his work in the afternoon, Patrick called, inquiring about how he and Grace were getting along, how they found staying in the couple's room. He even arranged a candlelit dinner for them by the seaside, asking Ryan to take Grace there.
"Dad, you have no idea how unreasonable this Grace is. She didn't stay with me last night, she just took her suitcase and left. She has a terrible temper, and I have no idea where she is now," Ryan complained.
"What?" Patrick was extremely surprised.
Ryan replied, "Don't you know? Didn't Grace call you to complain? Wasn't it you last night..."
"What happened last night?" Patrick was completely clueless.
"Nothing!" Ryan didn't dare tell Patrick about being thrown out last night.
But if it wasn't his father, then who could it be?
Ryan couldn't think of anyone else; the only person he could think of was Xavier!
But why would Xavier do this? Was Xavier trying to help Grace?
If that were the case, then between Xavier and Grace...
